If you want somewhere to go where it’s quiet, this is a good place. The coffee is actually pretty good. Not to strong but gives you a kick. And the specialty drinks are really enticing :)

Great place to enjoy a coffee and do some work. They have lots of tables and plenty of electrical outlets and a nice covered outdoor space. The free WiFi seems very reliable and the people who work here are friendly.
The only negative is the parking. This is a popular shop and the parking is limited to about 15 spaces. They have overflow parking, but it is across a busy 4-​lane street.

I’ve always been a fan of Caribou and my co workers and colleagues in Dubai have been enjoying it lately. I must say that I have seen a great improvement in just the last year or so. The employees are so much more friendly. The baristas really take the time to listen to your requests. As of late, I have been enjoying tea lattes other than coffee and Caribou makes a delicious pomegranate and vanilla latte with the tea bag or w/​o. The pastry and sandwiches are good and new varieties of drinks and food are added often. I enjoy coming here to relax, get a little a little work done, or chat it up with family. Parking at this location can be a chore sometimes, but your best bet is to park across the street near Dollar General God willing if you’re able to walk, go for it!

I came here on a Sunday evening, the lady at the counter was friendly and the café latte was great: not too sweet, not burned, just perfect. I loved the atmosphere, it’s one of a few restaurants which have a proper ceiling without all the plumbing in view. They also have drive through if you’re in a hurry. The parking space is a bit limited though. Try the back maybe you find a place there.

Almost never disappointed with this place. Working from home leaves me wanting to venture out almost daily for coffee. The mochas here are made with real chocolate, not the bottle syrup or powder stuff. My favorites are the ‘berry white mocha’ and the ‘campfire mocha’. The service is 99.1% friendly and the coffee is delightful. I definitely recommend this spot!

Love love love caribou. The cabin-​like feel makes for a home-​y experience! The chalkboard, trivia questions and the open library are the best. The only downside is the extremely limited parking, there are only about 8 parking spots. My favorite thing is the hot chocolate and decaf vanilla latte.

I come here all of the time to have coffee and get work done. The staff is excellent and friendly and the coffee is quite good. The ambiance is cheerful and upbeat, but it can get pretty noisy at times (like most coffee shops). I would like to give this Caribou 5 stars, but I can’t give it a full rating because of the parking situation. The parking lot is simply too small to accommodate all of the patrons, so overflow parking is across Maynard (a very busy street) that requires customers to dodge cars to get to and from the shop. Sometimes, people park in the lane near the drive-​thru which blocks in those people who are legitimately parked. This makes people irate when they’re trying to leave and then have to find the driver (s) to move their car. Perhaps this Caribou can buy more spaces from the adjacent dry cleaners, but for now, the spaces are very limited.

I took my honey here for Valentine’s Day coffee and brunch. Not only were they out of all wraps… what my girlfriend ordered… but her coffee was not flavorful… what a disappointment.

I used to love this coffee shop, as I have loved Carribou for many years. The past four times I have been, they have been out of the chocolate croissant and a few other items featured on the menu. Disappointing. The staff is super friendly, however I’m thinking if the volume has increased, they should increase their orders to accommodate. Finally, I will give this place one more chance but if I don’t get what I order… I’m done.

Caribou over Starbucks any day !
I like the ambience and the décor — reminds me of being in a cabin. It has a private sitting area with a whiteboard for folks who don’t want to use the tissue to scribble down thoughts.
Friendly staff makes the experience better. The only caribou in the vicinity to have a drive thru.
Bottom line; Good hot beverages, nice ambience and drive thru.

I love love love love caribou coffee! I am a regular and always will be. I love that they use mocha powder and not syrup, my favorite drink is flavorful without being syrupy and sugar-​heavy. The service is always great, the baristas know my usual drink as soon as I tell them who it is in the drive through. They always stop and ask how my day is or what I am up to, gives it a whole other dimension of service. Parking can be a pain but so worth it to come in and sit in the comfy lounge type setup inside and chat or just relax. Five stats from me!

Usually I’m in this location studying for about six hours and if that isn’t enough to tell you about how I feel in this place then, I don’t know.
Ambience is perfect for studying. Not too quiet and not too noisy. I prefer some noise when I study because I don’t like hearing myself think all of the time. There are designated places to where you can charge your laptops and those designated places are by the wall. lol. Everyone is right about the coffee, it’s nothing special. I’m sure if they had awesome drinks then that place would be ruckus so I’m not complaining. Overall, for studying, whether your with a group of people or by yourself, this is the place to go!

LOVE THE SPACE. There is usually two of us and it is nice to have our own space next to each other.
The atmosphere is nice and cozy, even with the space.
My drink of choice is the Chai Latte and I have not been disappointed. I do wish they would call out your drink or name as opposed to just letting it sit. It was my first time there and I wasn’t sure what the protocol was so my drink sat for quite some time.
I can see where parking may be an issue, although I have always been able to park in the parking lot.

After the horrible drive thru experience today at least I was looking forward to a nice Americano… nope, that was bust as well.
I guess there’s a reason why consistency holds more true at Starbucks and McDonalds!

I’m partial to Caribou because of my experiences in Charlotte — I’ve been to this location twice so far since moving here and both occasions have been good. There’s ample seating and the same friendly service from the baristas I’m used to back home. (One thing Caribou does well is hire people with personality.) Both of the drinks I’ve had so far (turtle mocha and campfire mocha) have been good. WiFi can be spotty though. Otherwise, great location and glad to see one of these in Cary.

Friendly employees and a sizable location inside, however parking is Very tight to say the least! Great selection of coffees that are flavorful and go down really smooth!
