Three strikes !!!
Three times in a row the wings were undercooked. Had to put them in the oven to finish cooking them. Third time they had just a splash of sauce on them.
Every time we order pizza there are a very small amount of toppings.
Delivery is fast
Well like they say… «You get what you pay for.»

It is a chain pizza joint, it isn’t going to be great. They deliver, quickly and late night, they have specials promos, wings are just not good. They serve a niche.

This place has become consistently bad. My last 3 or 4 orders from here have been screwed up. How about putting the garlic sauce in with my pizza. Yeah the spot with the tab… something goes there guys. Especially when I order extra and get one. If you do carry out the service is also bad. Hope the managers or owners are reading this as there are several other places to get a pizza.

If there was a no star to rate I would give it to them. I ordered a large pizza, wings, and a soda. When I found out they have gave me chicken nuggets instead of wings I called back. They had the nerves to say they don’t deliver and they ran out of wings… Hello you have my number you could have called and said so. Idiots.

The third time in a row that have messed up our food! This location use to be great… The pizza was good and the staff was great, not anymore! Pizza is given to someone else by mistake, pizza not cooked all the way, pizza is delivered cold, the new staff is rude. their reason for all of this? Because they were busy…
Only reason I would go back would be because the general manager took time out his schedule to call and apologize. I got my money back and an offer for him to personally make my food for now on.

I went here for pizza one night after seeing a commercial showing me this beautiful pizza COVERED IN MEATBALL SLICES.
When I got my pizza home and opened it, it had eight meatballs literally the size of marbles and not even big marbles. Wide open cheese with one little meatball on each slice of pizza. I was appalled and friends urged me to write them, saying what great customer service Papa John’s has. So I sent my complaint to the regional office, and got a note back, one line, «We are sorry you had a bad experience.»
Really? Really???
Papa John’s lost my business for life.
