Pizza Hut

For typical delivery pizza, I can say my experience here was exceptional for what I expected. The delivery person was very nice and explained where he put all the extras we ordered. I remember once trying a pizza from here long ago that was very greasy, so I mentioned it and they definitely made mine really well upon request. Usually stick with papa johns, but I now prefer all the options pizza hut offers. I especially recommend the pretzel crust, balsamic glaze, and good deals on meals for groups. I give it five stars, not compared to other pizza I’ve had, but for what it is (cheap quick chain pizza) I was pleased.

I love this Pizza Hut. I dont know what all these reviews are talking about. I try not to eat out but i was made aware of a promo code teomed3t6 for a medium 3 topping pizza for $ 6. I usually get half and half so it feels like im getting 6 toppings. The options are endless. You can drizzle sauce on the pizza or get flavored crusts. There are several options. You cant beat it. The service is very friendly. A little blonde girl there helped me on 2 occasions. I give this pizza hut 5 stars because of the service, appearance, speed, price, and most important taste and options.

We were really happy with our visit to this location. I ordered something not on the menu and the shift manager went out of his way to make it for me. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We will definitely eat here again.

Believe the reviews that hit on the lack of management at this location.
Ordered a pizza and an order of wings online. Estimated delivery time was 40 to 50 minutes. After an little more than an hour, I called the store to get an update on the order. Was told the delivery person was heading out the door. 30 minutes later I get a call saying that the delivery person forgot to pick up the order, but someone else was leaving now. No offer to knock the price down or anything. Told them that I had no interest in a 2 hours old pizza and wings and to cancel the entire order.
Placed and order with Papa John’s. 22 minutes later, I’m enjoying my pizza.
Will never order from this Pizza Hut — or any other location — again.

Order was 45 min later than promised and was also given the wrong order. Management refused to credit my money back to me and would only remake my order.

Since my last review, I went back and gave them another chance. They’ve been speedy both times so I’m hoping they are improving.

The customer service was good… The pizza not so much. The sauce tasted very tangy and tart. After one slice I couldn’t stomach any more.

I don’t know how this place stays in business the customer service is horrible I rather have frozen pizza than buying again anything from this hole

So I ordered a pizza this weekend. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the young lady at the register said «today has been hell, I guess meaning they were busy. So she takes my payment for the pizza and let’s me know it will be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into almost an hour. During this hour, two other customers state how they’ve been waiting the same amount of time for their pizzas. I listened three different times to one customer being told 15 minutes, and the 4^th time he was told they had lost his pizzas and were making new ones.
The only reason I am giving this Pizza Hut two stars is because one of their employees really went above and beyond. Considering there were probably 10 – 12 workers on last night, no one seemed to care how long any of us had been waiting. However, this gentleman (I think his name was Patrick) took the time to check on my order, let me know how long it was ACTUALLY going to be, and even gave me a credit for my next purchase. I have no problem waiting for something when someone is honest, because I know everyone gets busy. However, the girl at the register told me a time and when I questioned it, she actually revealed that it hadn’t been made yet. Lying about it definitely upset me. But I can’t say enough about the young man who made sure my food was ready when he said it would be and even checked on me a few times to make sure that was fine. My cheesesticks were very hard, but I’m thinking it’s because they were made well before they got started on my other food. Up until last night, I would have recommended this Pizza Hut to anyone. But after that fiasco, I will probably be using another pizza chain. But I still can’t thank Patrick enough for going out of his way to provide excellent customer service!!!

Being in the service industry, I’m usually pretty understanding when it comes to other restaurants. I know there are days when slow service and imperfect food can’t be helped. However, I’ve given this store three chances over a long period of time and we will no longer be using them.
I’ve received the wrong, burnt pizza, and this last time late AND burnt pizza. After waiting 20 minutes for my burnt pizza, I was on hold for 5 minutes with no answer before eventually hanging up when my pizza finally arrived.

I ordered a large pizza and wings around 9:15. It said it would get here at 9:51.
Well, there my husband and I were, waiting until nearly 10:45 for our food. My husband called around 10:10 and asked where our food was. They said «The driver has left with the food.»
When we got the food, it was cold. Not slightly steaming, not lukewarm, cold. I was furious. Our wings were cold as well. I also ordered two marinara sauces and we didn’t receive them. That’s $ 1.00 we were already shorted.
My husband called to complain immediately while I heated up the wings in the microwave. They wanted to give us a $ 15 credit to use with our next order. My husband asked if he could use it at another store, because we obviously didn’t want to deal with this place again. He also said he thought we deserved a credit equal to our order, not half of it. They said that they couldn’t give him a bigger credit and we couldn’t use it at another store. He said forget it, we’ll just take our business to their competitors.
We had a bad experience with the Pizza Hut in Salisbury NC as well. I thought we’d give it another try, just this once. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. The food is okay once heated up, but I’d prefer to have hot, fresh pizza as soon as it’s delivered, and I expect it to be delivered on time. You suck, Pizza Hut.

Their pizza is so disgusting! its so dry and feels raw. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Ordered from the pizza hut out here for the first time the other night. In California, pizza hut is kind of the slum dive joint to go. So I was pleasantly surprised when, for $ 20 I got a specialty pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and hersheys dunkers all delivered to my front door and it tasted GOOD.
I’m sure papa john’s is better (back home it’s good) but papa john’s charges a lot more, so I was glad I opted for this instead.

Quick service, they do have tables set up to dine in. Very small, not really good for families. You know what to expect and they deliver it every time. Like I said quick and good.
