Forgot the bacon on my club on the drive-​thru today, the whole reason you call it a ‘club’ is because of the bacon. Tried calling and complain, dude on phone said manager was «on his way to phone», left me on hold for 10 minutes and hung up. AVOID! Can’t make a simple sandwich and manager is too coward to even talk about it.

This place truly is a hit or miss, and that is sad. Sometimes I go there and the service is spot on, and other times the employees appear not to care. The customer service is below average, the sandwiches are not made correctly, and the freshness is not there. I went there today and the service and wrap was horrible. I will be going to the JM’s on Harrison Ave from now on.

This place deserves a zero grading instead of a one. They were very abrupt with me at the drive-​through and when I told them that they needed to wait a minute they then took it out on us by making us wait for our sandwich for two minutes on the counter while we were at the drive-​through. Then they gave us a sandwich at the drive-​through with no napkins in the bag and I literally sat another two minutes at the drive-​through waiting for the guy on the other side of the glass to open it and ask if there was something he could do for me. I will find out the name of the owner for this company and I swear I will give them names.

This place is hit or miss. I normally order the philly cheese steak which comes with sauteed onions and peppers. I always ask to add lettuce, oil &vinegar, and tomatoes after it’s made. You may want to tell them to make sure that the cheese is melted while grilling the steak. On a occasion, I have ordered, arrive home and the cheese is just one big glob. Not good at all. It’s super busy during lunch hours, but the drive thru is really convenient for me.

I made my final stop at this location. I ordered the roast beef sub. When I got it home and opened it up, the meat looked not a little under what I expected, but drastically short.

It looks bigger on the outside than it really is inside, which is kind of small. It was pretty busy, with at least six or seven people ahead of us, plus at least that many in the drive-​thru. The employees keep everything moving as quick as possible and remained friendly and cool.
I’d not been to this location before and compared to my favorite they made a pretty darn good sub. I would have liked the bread a little more toasty on top during the baking process, but other than that I was very happy with the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the meat & cheese. Would definitely visit again if I’m in this neck of the woods again!

Not at all typical of Jersey Mike’s. I love the food from legitimate franchises.

This is my go-​to place for lunch when I don’t pack my lunch (which is usually the case). A little pricey, but overall decent. I usually get my order to-​go using the drive-​thru, and I haven’t encountered any problems when I do. The person at the window is always courteous and polite (good thing in my book).
