Our A/​C went out over a holiday weekend, but to our surprise we got to speak to a person when we called. The fee would’ve been higher for them to come on the holiday, so we decided to wait until the following day. The technician was there when he said he’d be and was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to order a part for our system, so he came back the next day to finish the job. Fixing it took much more time than expected, but he stayed until it was done and had a great attitude. Even at the end of a long, hot day, he took the time to explain a couple of things to us about our system.
