I first came here with the intention to purchase two sandwiches. I came in and immediately asked the guy behind the counter if they had honey oat. He said they were out, so I let my mom go ahead of me. I then asked him if they were going to have anymore that night? He said he wasn’t sure and said he would find out. Then when he came back, he brought along a loaf of something else. I then asked him if that was honey oat, and he said no it’s wheat. So then I told him I don’t want that, and that I wanted honey out. I asked him if they were going to cook more that night? The woman behind the counter, next to him whispered. It’s like she was telling him to convince me to take the wheat. Anyway, this whole game of my questioning and not getting the answer I was looking for, just continued for about 15 minutes. I asked three or four times and still he was playing games or just acting stupid. I lost my patience and left! This subway claims to be 24 hours. If that’s the case, they should be well-stocked in all the breads they offer or claim to offer. Next, if a customer is asking you a question, whether you like it or not, answer the question. Don’t play stupid games, unless you really are stupid! You can count on me to never come back here again and give business. I don’t support businesses that have employees, who like to play games!

Restaurant is clean and above average when it comes to chain Subways. Restrooms are maintained which is also nice. Knocking them one star due to cold chicken i received a couple of times. Normally the food is on point.

Naomi and her accomplice did a good job of expediting the food as quickly as they could. The line was long and it did take close to 45 minutes for me to get my food however they had two massive call in orders they had to make for a party that had shown up just minutes before I got in line. They worked with the resources they had and kept a smile on their faces. For that I give this restaurant four stars.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. Food was good. Staff is rude. Maybe the morning shift isn’t for you!!!

This is right by my office. I’ve always had a good experience – multiple workers will help out during lunch, so the wait is always reasonable. I love the flatbread and the white cheddar popcorn chips! I’ve never had a negative experience here.

I always come to this subway… it’s super close to work and I am usually always treated nice and professional. Today I was helped by Brittany– terrible customer service and has an attitude.

The staff is really nice in welcoming customers. i would not recommend coming like at 12 – 1 pm because obviously thats lunch time and the line gets so long and then it moves slowly. i do have to say that the flat bread pizzas are DELICIOUS!!! seriously the price is amazing and they taste incredible. I also love coming here because of the broccoli and chicken noodle soup. they are great.

This Subway is my goto for Breakfast. The people are always friendly and the sandwiches are always fresh. Fast in and out service every time. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the one time I made the mistake of coming here at lunch. Ill never make that mistake again. Took me over 25 minutes to get my lunch and leave. Not to mention the parking BLOW here around noon time

I don’t know if its a new tax law in 2013 that applies to subways or wtf. I am baffled. I came in here for a teriyaki chicken salad and the lady rung me up for 5.75 for the salad alone. With tax it came up to 6.27. I don’t understand how you are advertising 5 dollar combos with 3 inch subs, but charging six bucks for a salad by itself. I think this subway ripped me off but i am cool on stopping at this subway again. I had to skip the diet soda cause they were gonna charge me 8 bucks.smh. For 6.27 I basically got a small scoop of chicken that is half of what they would actually put on the teriyaki sandwich(6 inch). This is a verry stingy subway from what I can tell. This place might be ok for you, every man or woman for themselves, but enter at your own risk. I would rather eat something unhealthy than go STALE!

During lunch time, save a headache and don’t go to this subway. It takes 7 min to find parking and 15 to order your food. The sandwich was badly made. I Might as well eat it off the floor. Other times of the day it’s OK. That is way I gave it two stars.

Subway has become one of my lunchtime staples since I’ve been trying to eat healthier. This Subway location happens to be one of the closest to my work, so visit this location around 3 – 4 times a week. The staff here are pretty friendly overall. Mostly made up of younger, college students, I think. You’ll notice that they all usually yell out«Welcome to Subway» as you enter the door, although sometimes there’s seems to be a lack of enthusiasm in their voices. Can’t say I blame them. In terms of quality, the sandwiches here are about the same as you would get from any other Subway. I haven’t noticed any difference in terms of taste or freshness. The inside seating area is a bit limited and there’s no outside seating. Parking lot is usually pretty crowded around lunchtime, but there’s plenty of spaces so it should be no problem to find a spot.

It’s my local spot to work. Excellent customer service! We frequent this spot often but since its the only one nearby it does get crowded during lunch. They do have a feature where you can text your order ahead of time but I’ve yet to try it. They always get my order right and its always good. Thanks!

Went to this Subway for lunch on Thursday. I have been here a couple of times before. It is a newer store in a recently built strip mall just south of the 91 freeway(where the hotel that sat vacant for nearly 20 years was at). Nothing spectacular, but seemed fairly reliable. I ordered the Orchard Chicken Salad $ 5 foot-long. My complaint? They barely put any chicken salad on it. Two scoops from a small ice cream scooper was all you get. They spread it with a knife and it failed to cover the bread. Matter of fact, the 1st bites on the ends would get no chicken salad. So I said something. As you can imagine, I get the blank thousand mile stare that says«I am paid too little to listen to this». I was polite, I just asked for more meat. They said no unless I want to pay. I pointed out how little was on it and he shrugged. Told me they used to use a bigger scoop(I think). Useless. Guess this is kind of like the package sizes shrinking at the grocery store. Subway used to be pretty good, but know they seem to be too corporate. Maybe some accountant has determined that they can boost the bottom-line by using a smaller scooper. I understand that food costs are skyrocketing. $ 5 may not seem like much for a sandwich, but it is too much for a small loaf of bread. Point is there are a lot of better choices for fresh sandwiches out there.

Had lunch yesterday.Wow.I was thinking that I’m the only one tripping but it’s true; they have stale bread. I can’t complain much since I do find that the service is good. But sometimes they have too many people behind the counter doing ONE sandwich. Really? can’t you put the sauce and my pickle at the same time?.. I give them props on busting a kung-fu on lunch time but overall; the only reason I come here is the convenience; which is located near my work place.

This Subway isn’t anything special… except they let you text your order in. You text your order to a special number and it texts you back with your order number. Then 15 minutes later you just walk in and go straight to the front of the line to pickup and pay for your sandwich. So easy! AND they give you a free cookie when you text in your order. Every Subway should do this.

I Love Subway. One would think that all Subways are exactly the same, their quality standards are always reiterated and pretty strict. BUTTHISSUBWAYFAILEDME! They served me STALE bread. It was nasty. Don’t they bake fresh bread every day? I feel really lame Unilocaling about a Subway restaurant, but I had to put the word out about this strange occurrence of stale bread at Subway. Anyways, the SOUTHWESTSAUCERULES. I could chug a whole bottle of that stuff. Get it next time you’re at a Subway. Trust!

I stopped in to this new Subway restaurant just off the 91 Fwy & Avalon last night with a coupon I got from the newspaper. The coupon states that when you buy one regular sub with a medium drink, you get a second sub of equal or lesser value FREE. I’m a strong believe that when a company advertises such a deal, they should hold to their promise! Now, this was not a universal subway coupon, but a promotional coupon for this one specific new subway restaurant. So we ordered two foot-long subs and a medium drink. Anyway, the woman was having trouble punching the coupon into the register, so she asked help from her co-worker. She ended up trying to charge me for 2 six-inch subway MEALS… and when I read her the coupon out-loud, she looked at me puzzled, obviously not understanding what i had just read, smile, apologized, and continued to charge me. At this point, my spanish speaking companion advised me to just dish out the extra bucks as to not hold the line up any further. Now, I’m usually not too critical on the limited English speaking individuals that generally handle my fast food… but when ALL you know is what toppings to put on my sandwich, and no one working can process or even READ a coupon for their restaurant… it makes me a verrrry sad panda! Overall, subway is subway. The place is clean(duh, it’s new), but unless you speak a little spanish, good luck with placing your order.
