I used the t-mobile Tuesday’s app and it let me order and confirmed my free pizza order and then when I got here my pizza STILL wasn’t ready after 45 minutes and then they tried to charge me at the window. I didn’t get a confirmation email until my pizza was almost finished so I was unaware of the bill itself until after it was made. Everyone else in the place was also waiting for over an hour. Nallely said she couldn’t do anything about it when it was already made. If they couldn’t distribute that pizza to anyone else, why couldn’t they give it to me? I’m angry because they wasted my time and gas. I will never be coming back to any dominoes location and won’t be recommending this location to any of my friends. Especially the female employees. I’ve been buying pizza from dominoes for years and have never had a problem until now. Thanks for nothing!

The website kept giving me errors when I was trying to pay for my order, so I ordered from Pizza Hut. 4 days later, I see the charge for Dominos pizza on my credit card bill but I never got the pizza. Two days and two phone calls later I am finally getting the money refunded and they act like they are doing me a big favor. Don’t trust Dominos website, ever again.

I ordered 2 large pizzas with pepperoni and bell peppers the other day and am still so disappointed. I ALWAYS order dominos but this was my first and will be my last time ordering from this location as my pizzas were less flavorful than I’ve ever had them. My 10 year old daughter even noticed and happened to say out loud what I was thinking. I don’t know that happened. The sauce was not as good, the crust that usually has a hint of garlic was also flavorless. Very disappointing.

I’ve been a regular here for about four years now. I always order the same things. 2 pasta carbonara, no onions with extra bacon and mushrooms. My orders are not always prepared the same. Some days are exceptional, some days uneven, and some days are no good. Irehardless, I keep going back because its the closest to my home. One time, I ordered my usual 2. Problem was, one was prepared perfect, and the other hardly had any chicken and to top it off, there were jalapenos! I called and told the manager. At first he was defensive, but towards the end, he offered credit on both or delivery on the spot. Customer service is good. My rating is based on un-consistency on how food is prepared.

No stars or negative 5 stars. Michael is rude and a lier. We ordered 1LG1 med for 24 dollars. Instead we received 2 med for 27 and took over an hour. When I called to speak to a manager Michael said he was and was a total ass.

OKIMTIRED. Sick and tired of customer service or lack of. Im blasting DOMINO’S PIZZAINCARSONUNIVERSITYDRIVETO B EXACT. I called to order a pizza for the kids and they put me on hold. Hate being put on hold for this reason sometimes they forget about you. Well they did. Im 10 min away from them so I drive down still on hold get there still on hold. Finally they ask could they help me and I told them to take me off hold. At that point I asked what was the problem? SHESAIDTHEYWEREBUSY. REALLY!!! So I asked if they could give me some kind of discount for the pizza she said no, so I said you just lost a customer. I’m not going to take this non customer service crap anymore. If I come into your place of business and there is no quality customer service I’m going to put you on BLAST and tell people not to spend there money there. If you dont have enough workers hire some more. Stop under staffing your work crews and teach them some customer service. Domino’s you need to go back to basics and stop all the crappy service CHECKYOURSELF. JUST be warned if you don’t make the food right I will send it back. Businesses need to be accountable for their work.

Pizza is not made well. Lack of toppings and cheese. I also ordered some cheesy breads that bearly had any cheese. Very disappointed. This is the 2nd time I haven’t been pleased with my order. They also take 10 – 15 mins to complete your order. A bit fast if you ask me for 4 pizzas and 2 cheesy bread orders.

Worst Dominos location ever. I wish it wasn’t the closest one to my home. The staff is young, incompetent and untrained. Very disappointing experience. They also have attitude problems and seem to act like YOUR order is the 1st they’ve ever taken. Next time, I’ll just drive 10 extra minutes out of my way for better service!!!

This location blows. I’ve ordered using the online system twice – which defaulted to this location. Both times the pizza took an hour to deliver rather than the quoted 24 minutes and arrived cold. The salad was a mishmash of the three different types of salad listed on the website instead of the garden salad I requested.(tomatoes and carrots completely missing, but had shaved parmesan & feta randomly tossed in. wth?) Ordering from a chain franchise should guarantee a certain minimum quality but this place is just depressing to order from. Barely edible – I’ll probably feed most of this to the dog.
