Umm how are u out of stuff?!? If u know a drink is popular. Stock up on it. Wasted 10 minutes in line to be told. Ohh we are out. Sigh., I’ll stick to my regular Starbucks

Lately I’ve been coming to this location a little more often than before. I have to say that the customer service here has been better, and my drinks have been made much better too.
I seem to be ordering the iced teas more. So far, I’ve tried the iced peach green tea, iced chai latte, iced mango black tea, sweetened black tea, and the iced green tea
I’m excited to try the Granito’s in the next few days!

Soooo sloooooowwww. Sat in drive thru for 12 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Order thru app in advance or be super late to work!

It’s a nice Starbucks, the parking is small though. The staff is very nice and very helpful. I liked it here — parking is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

I went in. The cashier could care less about me the barista making my drink had earrings and was chewing gum with her mouth open those are both food safety violations. What’s going on I get great service in the DT ?? The only stars are for DT and she didn’t make my drink like I asked. I will continue to use DT if there lines is moving.

worlds slowest starbucks. been in this drive thru for going on 50 minutes. Do not come if you do not have a hour to spare. 6:40 still waiting it is currently 7:30. If I could leave half a star I would. Management should be contacted.

Personable staff, they remember faces well if you are a regular like me. Lots of networking space and great business environment. Service is pretty smooth.

Staff is rude. Didn’t seem to care that my drink was obviously not done correctly. Even after I pointed it out. Never coming back here again

Just got a breakfast sandwich and tall coffee through the drive-​thru. I work about 5 mins from there. By the time I got to work, both my sandwich and coffee needed to be heated up b/​c both were just not hot anymore. So that was kinda disappointing.
I sorta feel like the cream I asked for in my coffee is what made it cool down a lot. Since I cannot control how much cream to put in since I order through the drive-​thru, next time I’ll ask for light or just a splash of cream.
Pro: drive-​thru
Con: parking sucks & n drive-​thru is set it kinda awkward. It can get pretty congested with cars. Oh and did I mention food and drinks come cold?

Is it possible to give 0 stars? This location is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This is the third time I’ve been here and tried to order multiple drinks separately and they refused to do so. When I asked why, they cut me off and said «kuz that’s cheating.» I’ve called Starbucks headquarters already regarding this issue once before and the fact that i have to call again is just plain annoying. They’ve gotten better since then but even so, my opinion doesn’t change… still the worst Starbucks EVER.

Place suck, thinking oh I have enough time grab a drink before work, thought wrong because it took them 10+mins to make some lady’s drink the way she wanted it. Ended Up canceling my order never again!

What is so hard about getting an order right? It’s not rocket science yet they NEVER get it right. I kept going there because it’s close when I have to rush to work I just hop on the freeway. I order the same thing SAME THING everyday and no matter how slow and how many times I have to repeat it they NEVER. GET. IT. RIGHT.
It was so annoying I had to call corporate office and complain. Now I rather go inside target. They never get it wrong and they make it just right without having to repeat myself. AVOID THIS PLACE OR CHECK YOUR ORDERS 5 TIMES. TASTE IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE

This location is just OK to me. IT IS WHAT IT IS kind-​of starbucks. I’m glad it is convenient to the public but that’s it for the most part.
PROS:

— legit drinks (tastes/​made good most of the time)
— clean dining area
— by 405 FWY & Carson Mall
— Staff are upbeat & provides fairly quick service
— they DO play cool songs throughout the day. Not those kind of music that put you to sleep or any elevator music neither!
CONS (minor issues)
— Parking is small
— Parking is timed (30 minutes max), meaning I should park across the street at the mall. Starbucks workers are actually suppose to park across the street. Why should I?!! .if I choose to study/​do work at this location! LAME.
— Small dining area so it gets filled quick.
I haven’t had a reason to complain and let’s keep it that way!

I MUST CONFESS. It’s a love and hate relationship with Starbucks. Caffeine is bad for you so I do order DECAF for all my coffee drinks. Also, their default DAIRY is 2% unless you specify what you’d like. I highly suggest NONFAT for lattes (hot/​cold) or SOY for frappuccinos. Soy is extra charge. At times, I do request for caramel around the cup. That’s not healthy also, but it’s so delicious!
TIP: CHECK OUT THEIR «NOT SO HIDDEN MENU» !!! Not all locations can make it. HA.

I don’t drink Starbucks often. When I come here, this location is often out of items. They were out of caramel and apple juice for the caramel apple cider on two different occasions. Getting to the drive-​thru in that cramped lot can be a hassle as well. Avoid peak hours. I have compliments to give the baristas, either.

Was in the area for a training conference.
I stopped in for a gift card and coffee. I asked Tamara if she recommended anything sweet without a syrup involved. She suggested vanilla powder in my regular coffee.

Okay starbucks, used the drive-​thru and only picked up some hibiscus tea drinks since it was a bit hot during the day and we were headed to a park soccer game.
Cashier almost gave it for free, but when I pointed out he needed to charge me, he said «oh you almost had them for free», I laughed because for being honest he still felt embarrassed.
Anyways, good staff attitude and friendly.

I love this location! It’s off the 405 fwy and Avalon Street, right in the heart of Carson. It is right across from the Carson Mall, Ikea, and 24 Hour Fitness too! Very convenient! The service is superb EVERY TIME! I literally come here to get work done on my laptop often and the workers are really accommodating and helpful 100% of the time. There’s an employee named Adam and he deserves recognition. He has made my experience at this location very welcoming. He remembered my name after one visit! Crazy!
My drink orders are always somewhat complicated and they always get it right, not like most of the other Starbucks that I used to go to. I’m so happy with this Starbucks location that I do not need to go to my other usual spots anymore. Thanks staff!

This Starbucks is very close to my gym. I usually hit up a juice bar nearby but this time I was hungry and wanted something a little hardy after my workout with some caffeine. Something quick cuz I needed to finish my Xmas shopping list with 7 days left.
This Starbucks was almost perfect. They had a drive-​thru that went by fairly quick.
A good selection of brekkie sammies that’s available All Day! Yep, you heard me right! I’m knocking off a star cuz I didn’t dig the spongy fake-​like egg in my slow roasted ham & swiss sandwich for almost $ 5! Kudos for fast friendly service. My sandwich came out warm but I won’t be coming back for brekkie until they change the egg. :/​However, I very much enjoyed my tall peppermint mocha which was obviously made with a lot of TLC as I opened up my cup. :)
