Food lately is crap, customer service sucks and long ass line bec. Theirs only one cash registry working cheap as hell!!! Crew and supervisors needs training on how to do their job… talking and B. S around.

I love Jolibee, I go here about once a week the most. But today I decided to order the spam sandwich since I didn’t ate breakfast. I thought maybe it will be filling but no, there was literally only 1 spam and the bread is pretty big to fit 2. C’mon this is pretty easy to make and for it to cost almost $ 1.50, I’d expect at least 2 spams. It’s probably not a big deal but I’m the type to get my money’s worth, & I think it’s not worth trying their sandwich. But their chicken joy is good, I give them that.

This place is soooo annoying. I ordered halo halo and asked if I can get some extra shaved ice which i used to request everytime I order halo halo and the cashier said no. Fine. Waited for our order and when we got our order, I requested again for shaved ice and they girl was hesitating but still gave me some. Seriously, just some extra ice!!! Then I ordered 2 yum with cheese and only charged me one. She said to stand in line again to order. Seriously, bitch, it was your mistake and you wanted me to stand in line. We left and got home and guess what, I didn’t get gravy for my chicken. What kind of training do they undergo? Look at McDonald’s. It’s fast and efficient to think they have drive thrus also. Jollibee’s customer service SUCKS!!! You don’t even deserve a one star, I only had to give you that undeserving star to be able to write a review. Get your act straight!!!

So incredibly annoying. Had me wait almost an hour for the chickenjoy and once it was ready, they realized that they forgot to cook my other order.

I don’t know how many times they’ve messed up my order or have forgotten something. Which always has me driving back and wasting gas. We ordered a chicken joy for my daughter and the forgot the most important thing, the gravy. Most of the reviews are pretty accurate as far as long wait times for food, poor customer service, etc are true. I work in fast food as well and I cringe seeing what goes on in the restaurant. Management needs training!

Great chicken. Tender, juicy and flavorful. Slightly expensive 4.50 for 2 pieces and a side with no drink. Area has lots of homeless.

Just couldn’t resist stopping by although I know it’s fast food! Haven’t had a fast food meal in a looooong time so of course I almost binged out at this place but both the taste and nostalgia of it was great! I don’t live in the area but this was on the way to a business meeting so, why not give it a go?! The food was good, service was fast, and the taste lived up to my Filipino expectation. I know the locals probably take it for granted but coming from the Midwest /North with very few Filipino restaurants, this was a treat. It’s worth a try if you’re a fast food junkie and like to compare Big Macs, In-and-out burgers, and a Jolli Yum Burger!

I come here every once in a while so I figured I’d shoot them a review. The place is usually well kept and very clean which is a bonus. The food is consistent in flavor. Nothing incredibly amazing but you do get what you expect to get. Consistency is key. There aren’t many specials but if you needed chicken specials you would be at Popeyes across the street on tues/thurs. The menu isn’t too complicated. This is a Filipino based fast food establishment so you will find items like HALO-HALO, palabok, spaghetti, etc in their items. I do like their peach mango pies. Always comes out warm, crisp, and filled with the distinct peach mango flavor. Overall this Jollies meets my standards and I will occasionally be back. –1 stars for a fast food joint service can be quite slow, especially for a place without too many options. Mostly chicken/burger/noodles. With the amount of workers usually in staff I would expect in and out before 8 min of waiting. But they do have the little gadget that let’s you know when u r food is ready. –1 stars just for Value to Satisfaction ratio. The menu isn’t the most well priced items compared to other similar products within the area. Prices went up recently again. So I give them a 3 as a Rating.

I dont understand why we would have to wait from 8:30pm to 9:18pm for our food to come. You guys should learn how to do time management. Or at least let the customers now that it will take that long ahead of time. Such a disappointment.

A friend visited the Fullerton location for lunch and posted some pics of the fried chicken. I had never heard of Jollibee, so I did some research on line and decided to give them a try. I live closer to the Carson location, so that’s where a friend and I went. We were not impressed. We both ordered the 2 piece chicken meal, which came with corn, mashed potatoes, and a super greasy leg and thigh. I asked if they offer breast meat, she said«yes», but it would take 20 minutes more, and cost an additional dollar. Out if curiosity, I also ordered a «Spam» sandwich, and my friend ordered a «Jolly Hot Dog». Immediately I felt that the total bill was steep for the type of place we were eating at. While waiting, I noticed all the workers and all other customers were Asian/Filipino, and all seemed to be having a good time. The internet comments I had read about this being their answer to McDonalds appeared to be true. I noticed that the dining area was dirty. Crumbs on many tables, and crumbs/food/paper on the floor. The men’s room was dirty. No paper towels or toilet paper, except all over the floor. Then, our food was ready. Bwaaaah bwaaaaaaah. Total disappointment. $ 19.00 worth of basic, boring TV dinner type food. Seriously. Frozen Banquet chicken, a generic can of corn, and any old instant mashed potatoes would give this place a run for its money. We both asked each other if we felt the chicken legs were cooked all the way. At one point, my buddy showed me his hot dog, which appeared slightly greenish, if I thought it was ok to eat??? I opened the wrapper on my Spam sandwich only to find that they had mistakenly given me a corned beef sandwich. The girl replaced it for me, and I actually enjoyed it, after removing about ½ the mayonnaise slathered in top. We left there feeling gross, greasy, and ripped off. Side note: odd karaōke style hit song covers playing in the speakers. If I ever find myself at a Jollibee again, I’ll order 2 Spam sandwiches with mayo on the side, and call it a day.

Came here for my usual, chicken joy and fries with extra gravy. Cheap and tasty, this is absolutely not fancy, nor is it good for you, but it sure hits the spot. Service was fine, food takes a bit since the chicken is made to order. Prices are great, portions small, but filling since the food is heavy and greasy. Plenty of seating, well kept restaurant, not a fan of anything else on the menu, but I’ll be back for more gravy fries and chicken!

Happy to finally try Jollibee in the States. My only other time was when I was last in the Philippines. I’d have to admit it felt weird paying $ 7 for the Chickenjoy set when I had it for a little over $ 2 in the Philippines. But then again, cost of living is different. Food wise, the chicken was crispy, meaty and seasoned. Gravy was average. Jollibee in its motherland did much better. I’ll come back here again when I have a chicken craving and in the States.

Been here before and have always ordered the chicken joy and spaghetti. Today I ordered the ultimate and the fiesta palabok. The spaghetti here is good, but not as great as others make it to be. In my opinion the spaghetti here is average in comparison to others. A little bit on the pricey side for the amount they give you too. The chicken Joy is the signature fried chicken here. It usually comes with rice and gravy on the side. Definitely not a Churches or Popeyes are especially a Roscoes! The palabok looks delicious but within the first case is very salty. The Ultimate burger comes with french fries and rice. The rice is topped with the Sunny-side egg. The burger patty is topped with mushrooms and gravy, and soda reminds you of Salisbury steak. You need to eat it all together or it’s too salty again. Food is not bad but I think they’re a little too generous with the salt Someone is always cleaning the lobby with customer service could be a little better. Friendly with an attitude!

Slow service was the first thing I noticed here. When I got to order the employee told me that I would have to wait for Chicken for 15 minutes. Wait, that is like their main thing, especially at lunch time. How can they plan so badly as to not have Chicken Joy at lunch? Wow. Turned out the info was bad and the chicken came out a few minutes later. They ran out right after me… Only 1 soda machine had ice. The placement of tables nearby made it hard to get to the soda machine and then they didnt bother to fill the ice for the lunch rush. Hello? Management? The food was nominal, the staff were not very friendly or helpful, and they have a low rating for good reason. If you are hoping for the hospitality Filipinos are world renowned for, move on, you won’t find it here. Too bad, they have decent food.

Craving for that original Filipino spaghetti? This is the place to go. I’m not sure about their fried chicken though. It seems tasteless. You’re better off getting Popeyes chicken. Although I must say, their peach mango pie is da bomb!

Whenever I phone in an order of spaghetti catering pack, it’s NEVER ready when it should be. Last time I purposely came 30 minutes later than I said I would and it STILL wasn’t ready. My cousin was getting hungry while we waited so she ordered the chicken strips which took almost 20 minutes to make… So disappointing. But at least the spaghetti was devoured at the party! I’ll be back. As a last resort.

Jollibee is probably the most popular Filipino fast food chain here in Cali. I was very happy to find out that this chain is sprouting all over the west coast and very glad that there is one here in Carson. This restaurant may be the only place that reminds me so much of my childhood in PI. I was even excited to find out that the recipe is exactly the same, just as I remembered back when I was a kid. I also like the fact that this venue is connected to other Filipino store, making it very convenient for shoppers. The chicken, Oh my, the chicken! They are definitely distinctive; it’s crispy and sweet. The chicken skin is absolutely heavenly despite of the heavy fat content. What makes everything even special is that it comes with white rice. Yes! White rice! making the dish even more traditional. The best part is the gravy, this is probably the best gravy I have ever had in my whole life. It is so good; I could wear it as a lip-gloss. Besides their scrumptious chicken, there are other great dish you could also try such as, the spaghetti, mushroom burger patty and cheeseburger. The customer service is average, and the best time to come here is during the morning, when the chicken is fresh and hot. Breakfast here is also amazing. Coming here is treat, and if you want to get to know and bond with a Filipino, this is the spot.

We only have one store in NY so once I asked my children on their first day in California vacation where they want to have lunch, they named this store in unison. They probably missed this chain store. We ordered the well known chicken joy bucket and the palabok on the sides. No talking, no complaints while they were eating. Boy, these kids were got hungry during their flight. I like the taste of the chicken joy in this tore. For some reason, it was delectable. Not as salty as what we have in Queens NY. On the other way around, I prefer the palabok in NY though, more tastyful. The service was fast and friendly. We came on the right day and time perhaps. My children was overwhelmed how much people were talking the language. They may not felt it, but I felt I am home. We enjoyed our meal. Very convenient location as it is next to other Filipino restaurants or stores. The family can’t hide the excitement when they see each stores proximity. They see the possibilty of eating to other restaurants on different times especially it is just a mile away from the family’s resident location. It is hard to find parking spot though. we ended up parking next to a chinese restaurant Overall experience, happy.

Filipino based fast food known for burgers, fried chicken and spaghetti. They also have some other dishes, like a burger steak(basically a burger patty) served over fries with a brown gravy sauce with a side of rice topped with an egg cooked over hard. If you like sweet drinks, you can also get Halo-Halo or Ube Pearl Coolers. They also have fountain drinks with free refills which I always appreciate. This location is right next to several other Filipino stores, including a bakery and a grocery. Good place to go to get lunch then shop for your supplies. Worth a try if you haven’t, be aware the spaghetti sauce isn’t your typical Italian/American style, has a bit of a sweetness to it. Hope you like it!
