Extremely rude managers. I ordered a trailer hitch, was told it would be installed in 10 days (the day I requested, 2 days before my vacation), and when I went in to have it installed I found out the hitch hadn’t even arrived. Good luck getting any sympathy from them, except for when you call their #, because it sends you to a call center, who never even confirms with what is actually happening at the store. I highly recommend NOT using Uhaul for your Trailer Hitches.

Needed a double axle trailer to get a load of flooring from Reno to Tahoe. Stopped by Saturday at dusk and booked it. Jeffrey said they have a 9:00 rush on Sunday so we showed up early and parked in from of the trailer. He opened up the office 10 minutes early to sign us up. His helper got us hooked up and we were gone before 9:00.
Ran a little late on the return but no problems. Charged exactly as quoted and both the people we dealt with were helpful and polite — even when things were hectic.

Everyone there is very professional and friendly at this location. Derek and his group of workers do a great job. Would definitely recommend them if you’re in the Carson City area.

Everyone was very polite and professional. The cargo van I rented online was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. It was very clean and easy to load and drive. Return was quick and with the exception of grabbing my receipt, I didn’t need to go inside. Great experience and I would rent from these folks again.

This place stole from my storage unit! It had to of been an inside job and I am sickened to my stomach on how this all went down. I moved out from my storage unit back in April and when I went to open my unit, my key would not work on the lock. A friend of mine thought maybe I had the wrong unit, and started checking other storage units next to it. lo and behold my key opened another persons unit only four doors down! But it wasn’t my locker or my stuff, I talked to management and they couldn’t explain any of this at all. They had to cut my lock off, because I couldn’t get my belongings otherwise. By the time I was finally able to get into my unit, my three friends and I hurriedly got everything out and loaded because it was almost closing time for this location. By the time I noticed that my TV was gone was when I reached my destination and started moving things. Long story short, contacted the location and couldn’t get the Manager «M» to get back to me for 4 days. and at that point he told me to file a police report and make an insurance claim. I did that the same day and even the office that took my statement said that they guys are shady and he has had to deal with things with them before. I made my insurance claim and just got the call today that I was denied my claim, because there were no signs of force-​able entry. HELLO. WHAT DO YOU CALL THE EMPLOYEE HAVING TO CUT THE LOCK OFF MY UNIT??? FORCE-​ABLE ENTRY!!! So now whoever stole my TV. sure knows how this insurance thing works. it has to be one of the employees. I wouldn’t trust this place AT ALL!!!
I am not done pursuing this either!
