Risa does my hair perfect every time. My son got his hair cut here and he liked it. I have tanned here, too, and of course i was happy with that as well. The beds are stand up ones, which i prefer. So 5 stars from me everytime!

Terrible cut. Uneven on top and left a line in my fade. She didn’t even dust off the hair from my neck or face and she rushed me out of my seat to help the next customer. Had to go home and fix it myself. What a waste of 15 bucks.

Me and my whole family come here for our hair cuts. We come to see Becky, she is the best! she only works every other Sunday but she is well worth the wait. She takes her time and does it right. I have never had a bad cut from her. Becky did my A-​Frame and my Pixie cut, it always looks great! Thank you Becky, your the best.

I live in Virginia City and have had my cut at your place of business twice now. The first time, my haircut was perfect but today was a nightmare. I came to Carson City today to run errands like I do once a week every week so I stopped by to get a haircut before attending a Celebration of Life get together for my best friend who just passed away. I pay for my haircut and even give the lady a tip and I am on my way home to Virginia City. I get home and by now my hair is dry and I notice that one side is about two or three inches longer then the other. I am upset because I am going to be late for the ceremony but can’t go with my hair so uneven so I drive all the way back down to your salon for her to fix it. She fixes it and I asked her if she could at least wash it because I am already running late. I really thought since she messed it up and caused me to drive 40 minutes and that’s not counting the gas, that she would at least wash it for free but instead she charged me $ 4.00. She then said she would dry it because it is so cold outside and she dried it for about 30 seconds and it was still soaking wet so I asked if I could use her blow dryer to dry it myself. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time and I will never go back to your business again.

I got my hair cut there and when she was done I looked like Moe from the three stooges. It looked like she had put a bowl on my head and cut around it. She did not thin it or style it in any manner. It was absolutely the worst hair cut I have ever gotten!
