Domino’s Pizza

I ordered their $ 5.99 medium pizza deal online. The tracker kept me in the know as to what was happening to my pizza ie. prep/​bake/​double check/​delivery. I thought that was pretty cool! It took 21 minutes from when I placed my order to when the order hit my door! That is excellent and the pizza was hot and ready when it arrived. Definitely not gourmet pizza by any means but definitely on par with the price point.

I really like the convenience of their online ordering and the Domino Tracker.

The staff was rude and did not even say anything to us. I order it online and went to the store when it said pizza was ready for pick up. They made us wait 15 minutes before coming to us. You have a bunch of Mexicans working there that ignore white people and help Mexicans right away.
While we were waiting they told another white customer they did not have any change and made him leave to get change but right after the white customer leaves a Mexican woman came in and asked if they had change for her big money and they said yes very fast and pulled out a box with money to help her.
My order became cold sitting there while 2 workers told us it wasn’t ready yet. I will NEVER EVER order your food again and I will record your store to put online to show your staffs racist behavior.
Sick and tired of this joke of a staff.

DON’T PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!!
This place is a big rip-​off! They charge for condiments! ($.99/0.5oz of Parmesan cheese sprinkles!) I canceled my order as soon as I found out that this was the company policy… I mean, my kids use that much on each slice, so if my pie has 8 slices, that’s almost $ 8 extra to get enough sprinkles!
After registering a compliant with Dominoes Pizza main customer care center, they gave my Email address to the smart-​ass franchise owner (basically the person who I was complaining about in the first place, since it is HIS company policy to be stingy) who rudely informed me via email that there are plenty of other pizza «restaurants» (obviously he uses the term loosely) in town that can «meet my financial needs»… basically saying, «if you don’t like it, go somewhere else you cheap SOB»… I should have expected no less from someone who thinks it’s good business to gouge his customers.
If you find yourself calling Dominoes Pizza in Carson City, it’s probably because there is nothing else open at that hour that delivers… that is the only reason I gave them a call in the first place. Next time, I’ll take the ride to MacDonald’s instead… the ketchup is free there!

This is as good as it gets. For a Dominos. You get typical Dominos food and that is the idea with chain places like this. So in fairness to the place, 5 stars for Dominos pizza. it tasted great. was ready fast. The online ordering service was easy and fast.

Ordered a cheese pizza from here through the dominos app. The pizza arrived on time and it was fresh and hot. I don’t remember dominos tasting As good as this. I will have to get another one to make sure it wasn’t a fluke.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Cold, barely any sauce, and like 5 slices of mushrooms on the entire damn thing. Crust tasted like cardboard.
This was my first time ordering a pizza here, and will absolutely be my last.

I just called and purchased a chicken carbonara bowl and a triple mushroom pizza, I have to say I was rather unimpressed with the pizza. I of course ate the bowl first and have to say it was one of my favorite bowls, the pizza however tasted like it was made hours ago, cold not enough cheese to even cover the whole pizza. I have eaten a ton of pizza’s from Domino’s out in Las Vegas, sadly it is not as good up here in Carson. Guess I will have to find a new pizza place.

The «new» Domino’s is pretty great, if you ask me. The revamped recipes make for a delicious pizza, and I really enjoy the sandwich and pasta options when the family wants pizza and I’m just not in the mood.
We order from here more than I’d like to admit. We use both delivery and carry-​out options, depending on weather and how we feel. The online tracker lets you time your trip to the store to carry-​out well, or lets you know when it’s time to turn on the porch light for delivery.
Friendly delivery staff! They’re always smiling and great. The in-​store staff is lackluster at best and somewhat hostile at worst. I don’t enjoy walking in.
The food is always hot and fresh. The pizza crust is delicious, I love the chicken parmesan oven baked sandwich, and the lava cakes make a sinfully delicious dessert option!
If you’re looking for standard delivery-​fare pizza, this is the best option in town.
