This place has gotten better and better food getting better lower in price and they have over 10 glasses of wine a lot under 3.50 $ us gals spend some great nights here and love it ! Friends and wine

We came across Bella Fiore by accident after having dinner elsewhere and decided to stop in and have a glass of wine around 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. It was pretty quiet but once inside we simply couldn’t leave! The bartender, Dakota, was wonderful, friendly and attentive. The music by Acoustic Solutions was truly fabulous and the wine prices were very reasonable. Since we’d already had dinner I asked Dakota if he had anything chocolate and he offered us a piece of chocolate cake gratis. All I can say is that this will be our «go to» place whenever we’re in Carson City. We did look at the menu and it’s basically «wine bar chic» but the few patrons we saw eating seemed to enjoy the food. Go there, you won’t be disappointed!

So my original «team» entered this quaint corner spot during the monthly wine walk that Carson City promotes and we were immediately greeted by Jean, who I had to giggle at because it’s pronounced «Zh-​han» or something French like that. Look, gimme wine! I don’t need a French kid slapping wine in my face! But I had to retreat my infliction because the kid knew his wine! Ok, so far I’m slightly impressed, which is rare!
So I decided right then and there to try it out during non Carson City Wine Walk hours and attempt an invasion to test out the TRUE background of this spot.
I grabbed a couple of people and we walked in… My my my! I had friends that frequent this locale!
Let me say that the interior of Bella Fiore is impressive enough, I’ll keep that hush hush and let you experience it on your own.
Our server came over and here was the TRUE testing I’d been waiting for! It’s a weekday, no Carson City promotion going on… can they STILL impress me?
My first Unilocal level is the level that continues on until the end. And that level is «SERVICE». If your company cannot give me the proper protocols of service then why am I even here?
Well, happily, this place DOES provide that level of service! A rarity in Carson City!
Our wine connoisseur was Smitty, and her wine based knowledge provided my mini group with information that even I didn’t know. One thing I need from my server is INFORMATION! Tell us the specials, tell us what YOU like, tell us something!
Well this young lady did that and more, she gave us amazing service! And, during her time of assistance, made a few in my group wine geniuses! The wine, a wonderful Merlot we all shared was amazing! The service was amazing, the wine shop was. you guessed it. amazing! Ok, I’m impressed with this place. Another Carson City rarity of impressiveness to boost our town’s moral standards.

We love this place! We love having drinks after work. Unfortunately, they have a new bartender. Waitress. Whatever she is «smitty» and she is completely rude. We felt very unwelcome as soon as we got there. We were unsure of what kind of wine we wanted and she was very rude about it. We asked a question about a specific wine she gave us a one word answer. And the said «you want it or not?». We had one glass of wine and left. Will not be going back until she is off or no longer working. It’s sad. We are a group of 5 – 7 professionals that work a lot. I suppose we will be going to the new wine bar that opened in town.

Great selection, super cool bartender, good cheese plate and live music, what more could one want?

What a cute wine bar! Nice appetizers and I really like the flatbread pizza, not to mention the nice wine selection. Drop by and let Dakota serve you wine and pizza. A lovely experience and a great place to host a party or special reception.

We visited on a Saturday evening since they had live music, and the place had a great crowd! A CC favorite Jimmy Mallett was performing and he was awesome! Great location, nice atmosphere, and good wine selection. Service was great although due to the full house was a little slow. However we had a lot of fun so will be back!

Went to Bella Fioré for the first time and my boyfriend and I absolutely loved it. There’s a great wine selection, good atmosphere and friendly service. Also, the cheese varieties were splendid.

That’s what this wine bar is, bar service! Everyone knows that. If it’s too hard to get out of your seat to go to the bar then maybe you should go to a bar where they offer cocktail waitresses. I think it’s the best thing that has ever happened to Carson City. I love this place, the wine & the people that run it,

To me, service outweighs the taste of wine or food. If you have good service, the food can taste «ok» and I will still give the server a good tip. The service at Bella was less than optimal (we had to go to the bar to get our wine and order food). The place was not that overly busy. Wine was way too expensive ($ 9 or so for red and $ 7 for white), especially when you have the option of buying the bottle for $ 15. I realize they mark wine by the glass up, but normally it’s only a few (between $ 5 – 10) difference if you buy the bottle, not a $ 21 difference. The atmosphere was neat and I lilke a uinique place to go, but not at these prices or the service we received (on a Thurs eve).
