Prices here are not bad, but the parking lot is the absolute worst in Carson City. It looks like it went through the Blitz, and on top of that it’s extremely narrow. The only way to legally get into it is if you’re travelling north on Saliman, and the only way to get out of it is usually to get into the turn lane on Saliman onto Fairview. Any other way and you’re taking your life into your own hands.
Once you get inside, the proprietor will be on her cell phone, I can guarantee it. I have never seen her off the phone. She will take a few seconds to acknowledge your presence and ring up your purchase, but the conversation will never stop. The «Thank you, come again» blends into the phone conversation and in an instant you are no longer on her radar.
On the other hand, if you are going up Saliman and turning onto Fairview, this is a good place to get a pack of gum or whatever.
