The main problem I had was the quality. It seemed a little less than great but I can’t say it was horrible. Just not my favorite. If you do go just try them out so you know exactly what your getting.

This yogurt place was decent, they have a small variety of flavors but not really a huge selection. They had dispensers of toppings for your yogurt, and they also had fresh fruit toppings. They also have cake bottoms you can use as the bottom of your yogurt, I didn’t try it, but it was different. The staff was friendly.

I was so excited to see they had waffle bowls! And then my excitement turned to pure disappointment when I took a bite of it… it was stale, chewy, and flat out disgusting. The yogurt was runny and melted before it even made it into my bowl. The toppings weren’t redeeming either. Worse yogurt place I’ve been to.

Honestly this yogurt place is just okay. I think I was turned off by the limited flavors and most of all: a messy toppings bar with no brownie bites. What is different here: They have waffles, brownies and cakes bottoms for bowls. What I like most about this place: Outside seating to enjoy your froyo on a nice evening.

I just love yogurt for a lunch dessert. Right next door to pizza and hamburger stores. Had some of the thickest yogurt in the Plano area. And worthwhile with a buy one get one free coupon.

Nice, clean colorful interior w coloring books and toys for the kids. Around 12 – 14 flavors of yogurt. All the crunchies and dry toppings are mounted on wall dispensers. Fruit and other refrigerated toppings on an island bar in the middle. Lots of syrups and sauces on the counter. Also various cake, cookie, waffle bottoms to choose from. Yogurt is well-priced $ 0.39/oz and if you hit 13.5 oz on the first try, your yogurt is free! On my visit, being my first time, the employee explained and introduced everything. I got strawberry and blackberry toppings w original and raspberry yogurt. It was good! Free wifi and also frequent customer program. And don’t forget $ 2 off w Unilocal checkin.

Terrible! The yogurt tasted like the machines have never been cleaned. The sign out front advertised the fresh cut fruit, when I went inside there was only strawberries and pineapple. The pineapple tasted as if it had been sitting there long enough to ferment. All in all… I will never visit this location again.

As far as froyo goes, this is indeed as good as it gets. Here are all the reasons: + These people are serious about dessert — see my next two points + Not only do they have the froyo and the standard toppings, they also have brownies, waffle bowls and cakes to serve as the base of your ‘creation’. and they have a microwave to warm them! + they don’t just have hot fudge and caramel, they also have honey, nutella, peanut butter, marshmallow, and butterscotch + their reward program is great. to enroll you just give your mobile#. no frequent or obnoxious texts. just easy. +lots of coupons and deals are nice, although the price is good anyway! Oh, and the yogurt is better than most other yogurt places, for whatever reason. bring back the peanut butter and cinnamon bun, people!

The yogurt isn’t quite as good as yogurtville, and it’s kind of dumpy inside, but it’s still good enough to make it worth trying. There aren’t a whole lot of flavor options though. The cookie dough bits are my favorite part! They’re super yummy!

They have a Great selection of tasty frozen yogurt flavors. The staff is very nice and helpful. The price is a bit high for me, but I think they give those big cups so you fill it up so it will weigh more. I enjoyed the vanilla bean, cinnamon bun, and cookies and cream. I’m glad I went and hope to go back, only next time I will not be filling my cup all the way:)

Okay, first off, $.39/oz. That’s not bad. I’d say that it’s under the average cost. The place is well kept, well lit and the employees are always courteous. Second thing about this place? $ 2 off your purchase — Unilocal Check-In offer. Are you kidding me? So those of you who basically fill the whole cup, you are ridiculous. If you just put 10oz in the cup, $ 2 is half off. You don’t have to put $ 8 worth. This is the reason obesity runs rampant in the U.S. Okay, it’s not the single reason, but it’s one of them. Portion control, people! PORTIONCONTROL! This place is probably the cleanest Fro-yo place I’ve ever been to. Watermelon is really good, however, it appears that it hasn’t been served up the last three times I have been there. I’m not that big a fan of most of the flavors, however, the orange is very good. It’s a Sorbet. The strawberry is a little too creamy. It’s like vanilla with strawberry flavoring. The toppings bar has fresh fruit. Some of the other places I’ve gone have had strawberries that were overly ripe. You know what I’m talking about. They have that pink color going on instead of the nice red strawberry color. Yes, the kind that will upset your stomach, then your intestines, then your toilet. I have crossed the line and I intended to. The dry toppings are all in dispensers which makes things easy to add to your fro-yo. The liquid toppings(syrups and sauces) have a sign that say, «please help young patrons with the pumps as they are difficult for little human arms.» or something to that effect. Don’t help those that have non-human arms. That’s just prejudiced! We love this place because it’s a convenient place to stop after church to grab some fro-yo. If it’s too early to eat lunch but too late to eat breakfast, have some fro-yo!

I’ve seen all of the wonderful reviews at other locations of this chain, however, I was kind of disappointed with this location. Great, true to life flavors! I had three flavors. Key Lime, Salted Pretzel, and Cherry Amaretto with my chosen toppings. My issue is with the watery texture. The yogurt was very watered down and lifeless, like flavored ice or something. It would be perfect if the texture were creamy and smooth like Pinkberry or Yogurt By Me. :( Other than that, you get you typical self-serve set up. I do feel there could be more than 2 fruits to use for toppings as well. I probably won’t be back.

Like others have said… If I could give this more than 5 stars I SOOOOOO would. I found out about them through facebook. And saw the posting they would do with all their interesting flavors, little contests, etc. They are very interactive with you on facebook! So I felt very welcome before I ever stepped foot in the door. They are actually a drive for me… about 7 miles maybe. But it is sooo worth it! They are always super friendly when you walk in the door. Ask if they can help you with anything. My first time in there I had no idea how all of it worked… sizes & toppings, etc. The girl said I could sample anything I liked. They have little sample cups that are very helpful! Every purchase you make builds up point towards a free 10 oz yogurt! They are always offering great deals through facebook, text, and even in the neighborhood papers that you get in the mail. They make it very simple to apply them. NOW…about the YOGURT!!! OMG!!! HEAVEN! PURE&SIMPLE!!! My absolute favorite is the Salted Pretzel Carmel!!! My second fave is the White Chocolate Truffle. Sometimes when they are both available I will get an extra container and do half and half. PERFECTCOMBO!!! The people that work there always seem like they are having a good time and having fun! You can sit inside or outside and enjoy the YUMMYZINGA! FROYO!!!

Average yogurt. A bit too cold and icy, sherbet-like and not creamy enough for my tastes.

Awful flavored frozen yogurts. Toppings are decent, but I don’t like the island and dispenser they are in. Employees are nice. I prefer other places.

On gosh!!! Oh, so yummy! I wish they had frequent buyer cards, on second thought maybe not– I would be there every day! But for real, the frozen yogurt here is perfect… Nice and creamy, no «chemical» taste like I have found at other venues. Plus the décor is fun and the people are nice. Did I mention all the unique favors? I can never decide on one when I go to Zinga– I usually, fill my bucket bowl with 2 or 3. So, so good! Love them!!!

I would give zinga 10STARS alone just for the Salted Caramel Pretzel fro-yo! Go! get some… NOW! I’ve been to Zinga in Boston and was excited to see it pop open near my house! With a bogo coupon in tow, headed over. My sister and I were greeted by a super friendly manager(not sure?) We were offered samples and felt welcomed with just one foot in the door. We loaded up. more so than usual because of our coupon(score!). While checking out there were some computer issues and the super friendly/awesome manager mentioned above… just told us to head out since there were some technical difficulties and to count it as a first time visit treat! we were amazed at her generosity since she really didn’t have to! In sum, Fro-yo is great alone… make it free and top it off with amazing service= best day everrr! We’ll be back for sure, and we’ll pay this time! Promise! :)
