Just want to say that we order from here every now and then, even for my son’s birthday we had it catered. Anyway, food is for the most part pretty good. I’m leaving this review about the chocolate cake believe it or not I’ve ordered the chocolate cake a few times and to my recollection, even though it has been a while, it has always been a round «mini cake» in a neat plastic round container. Well, this time, I received a «slice» and not the full round «mini cake»… The slice was still not enough to equal up to the $ 5 mini round cake I was expecting! So ya, I didn’t want to call them and complain but rather leave a review to show that it’s the little things that matter (at least to me). They should’ve let me know they no longer had the mini cakes and if I’d like a slice instead. I mean, they could’ve given me 2 slices instead, THEN, I’d be a happy camper. They gladly did still charge $ 5 for the one. Do NOT mess with a postpartum mama!

My family and I have been going here since they opened. They have improved tremendously over the years. Service is now excellent. Double dough pizza is amazing. Also a fun bar to watch sports or shoot some darts.

Should’ve posted this earlier. About 2 months ago, I ordered a Chicago style pizza. Next day went to eat a piece of the leftovers and noticed something black in the tomatoes. Touched it with a fork and noticed it was a fly. Gross! Idk what this kitchen looks like but I was disgusted. I understand things happen but something like this should not. I called to let them know and the manager didn’t really believe me. She said that’s almost impossible for that to happen. They offered me $ 15 credit but why would I ever get food there again and take that chance?

I just received a pizza that is so cold I can only imagine it was cooked hours ago, kept in a cooler, and delivered to us without being heated up. It was not eaten, out of fear of falling ill. Currently, the restaurant refuses to discuss this with us. They refuse to refund the money and refuse to replace the order. Horrible food and even worse customer service. I live across the street from this location and will never order again.

This restaurant is amazing! Great atmosphere, the food is phenomenal, and the owners go above and being for their customers! Keep up the great work. My family is there about one a week and are NEVER disappointed. It was a pleasant surprise when recently visiting Santa’s Village to see Rosati’s being served in the food stands!

I’ve ordered from this location dozens of times and I was pretty disappointed with my order tonight. So I felt I needed to call but they wouldn’t do anything for me and just pretty much defended themselves. I probably won’t be ordering from Rosati’s anymore

This is one of my favorite Chicago area thin crust pizzas. The crust is crispy in the right places, very flavorful sausage, and lots and lots of quality cheese. They deliver over a wide area, and you can almost always find coupons for two fers, or free wings with your pizza. There are a whole bunch of Rosati’s in the greater Chicagoland area, and they are now expanding to California, Arizona, Texas, Florida and elsewhere.
This location incorporates a sports bar, and there is lots of seating., I’ve never had a problem with my orders here, always precisely as ordered.

I have only ordered delivery from here, and overall have been pretty disappointed every time. Like most pizza places in the area, it isn’t that cheap, and the food is almost disgusting.
If you are looking for a variety of food from one place, they do have that. Pizza, burgers, pasta, shrimp, salads, etc. I have ordered pasta from here, and it was swimming in a broth like liquid. Hardly any cheese, and really no flavor. I ordered pizza and that was decent (thin crust), but hardly compares to most places in the area and was luke warm when delivered. Some food that has been delivered was soggy (fries), and others the bag it came in was dripping/​leaking.
The staff isn’t very friendly or knowledgeable (we asked if we could substitute fries for something else… and they didn’t know the answer).
Not very good at all.

This place is a total hit or miss for us. We order all the time from them and sometimes their food is junk, other times it’s very good. What pushed me over the edge today is that I ordered an Italian beef– extra extra dry, emphasis on dry– My boyfriend politely stressed the importance of this detail haha. I understand that they can’t dry the meat off… But at least give it a good shaking before placing it on the bread. Needless to say, my sandwich was as absolute slop fest. It’s gonna be a while before we order from them again.

I probably wouldn’t recommend this location. The staff isnt very friendly and the Chicago style deep dish crust is the same thickness as their traditional thin. Service is very slow.

Great thin crust pizza. The crust stays crispy, the toppings are great. They are ideal for parties, large pizzas. It’s one of the best in the area. Staff is always friendly. Very clean inside. Overall, it’s a great pizzeria.

Good tasting pizza overall. Not excessively greasy on the thin crust. The fresh tomatoes were a little bland, but it was good overall. Knocked off a ½ star for the tomatoes and a ½ because we asked the person who took the order to have the driver knock or call when they got here (never wake a sleeping baby :)) and they still rang the bell.
