Although I love Pappa Johns pizza. The customer service here was a turn off. I was rudely told that I could not pay over the phone and had to ask another staff who said it was no problem. Go figure! Pizza joints are a dime a dozen but customer service trumps everything Sorry to see that this location totally lacks in this area

the pizza, wings and garlic bread sticks are pretty good, but recently there’s a delivery driver, some clinically depressed Indian guy that brought my order to my place. here’s a little tip! work on ur people skills cuz they suck

i love papa johns pizza ever since college so its my go to place for pizza! we ordered a large sausage, green peppers & mushrooms pizza. it was delicious as i had expected. the lady who took my order was super nice and friendly & told us what their specials were for the day. when im in this area i wold definitely come here again!

Ate here Friday — it’s papa johns nothing special. Service was fine — not sure where the negative reviews come from. When I have a craving for fast pizza will go here again.

Horrible costumer service…
All the bad reviews are correct about this place…
I call to orderer pizza, and the guy on the phone was totally joke, he not sure what he’s offering me, completely not aware of his pricing… And up to that attitude & rude… I wasn’t sure if he will give me what I ordered so I went to store early to talk to manager about all the crap… It turned out that the guy I talked is the manager at this place… I was like wow…
When I ask for the manager… He’s like «why You got a problem» with attitude…
It’s a shame for the owner who’s running this location…
Shame on you papa johns…

Reliable and fast. Order here occasionally when I have a hankering for banana peppers, usually carryout. Not the best, but if the day gets away from me and dinner isn’t anywhere near ready, this fits the bill.
