I walked into this location at 7:30pm and was told that they just sold their last order of crazy bread and they did not make food after 7:20 because they close at 8. I spoke to the manager and asked how long an order of crazy bread would take, he said 10 – 15 minutes and I said I could wait. He told me that he would not make the food because they are closing at 8 and they needed to «save the dough for tomorrow.» How ridiculous is that! I’ve never heard of such awful customer service. It’s not like I came in at 7:55 and wanted to order 5 pizzas. I came in at 7:30 for one order of crazy bread and they refused to make it. Why stay open until 8 if you stop serving customers at 7:30?

So even though they call it «hot and ready» you typically have to wait 15 – 20 minutes for your food to be done. Knowing this we just call it in and it’s no problem. It’s a great deal $ 5 for a large pizza, you really can’t beat that. No, it’s not the best pizza you’ll ever have but if you order it with extra sauce it’s really good. We ordered our pizza with crazy bread and our kids just love it. I am seeing people complain about the service but I found the workers to be nice. They are just young and I get the feeling it’s probably their first job.

Pizza is really delicious and prices are cheap. But the customer service is really awful.

Terrible customer service! At 7:40pm on a Sunday night, I called to ask what time their Little Caesars location closed, and if they were still open, to place an order. The response was ‘we’re shutting down our ovens now’. I then asked ‘what time do you normally close?’. The answer back from The Little Caesars manager was ‘What do you want?’, in a very scoffed attitude. He took the order, saying I can’t order anything but a cheese pizza, and angrily said ‘Be here by 8pm’, the time I’m assuming they normally would be closing. The manager was clearly pissed off that I called near closing time. I get it was the end of the day for him, but really? Did he have to be that rude and mean. I do not recommend this Little Caesars location to anyone. The pizzas good, but as a customer, it’s not worth it when you’re treated so poorly.

I know it’s only a 5 dollar pizza but does the customer service have to be as crappy as their pizza?

Picture this: It’s 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. You have less than $ 20 in your bank account and a nearly empty pantry. You’re not at home because you are, in fact, checking out Costco and hoping to snatch up one of their cool food court deals with a $ 10 gift card. You wait in line for food, stomach rumbling, only to find out they take cash or check only, none of which you have. It’s late. You don’t want to cook(not that you have much anyway). What do you do? Where can you go to spend about $ 5 on instant dinner for two? Enter Little Caesar’s. I like to avoid them as much as I can. But desperate times call for desperate measures. My husband called them up and placed an order for a pizza. Five minutes later, we arrived at Kmart, where Little Caesar’s is located, and wandered around the store a bit before we picked up our fresh order. Perfect. It was unbelieveably amazing for Little Caesar’s pizza. I’ve had many Little Caesar’s pizzas during college and our earlier days of marriage but none of them were as good as the one we picked up last night. It was completely fresh, with ooey gooey cheese, and a perfect crust. It still had that ‘taste’ of Little Caesars, but it was like the holy grail of Little Caesar’s pizzas. Mmm. Of course, the fact that we were finally putting food in our mouths might have been another reason this was so amazing, but that’s OK. Here’s the thing about this location: they usually don’t have the pizzas ready right when you walk in the store. I know that’s kind of a hassle because that’s what they’re known for, but if you can, call ahead and place an order so it can be super fresh and ready. Or, be willing to spend some time wandering around Kmart while they’re working on your order(this Kmart isn’t actually that bad). Little Caesar’s, I may hate on you sometimes, but I’m equally thankful for you.

It’s little caesars. The food here is whatever but its 5 bucks so come on bros. The problem with this location is that they never have the pizzas«hot n ready» or whatever, so they are dumbo. W/e I still holla at my boy caesar when I need something quick for dinner/parties
