Sad news, just stopped by their store and saw them taking the sign off the door. The store has ceased business and is now empty. Too bad, it was a fun place to visit.

If your a car guy as I am then this is worth a visit. Lots of automobilia and die cast cars. As well as car care products. But just listening to the gentleman chatting with other customers as well as us, was a pleasure. Lots of cool car art, and an all round pleasurable experience.

I’m an avid collector of 1:18-scale diecast model cars, and was in Carmel for vacation with my girlfriend. I had no idea this shop(or heaven, if you will) existed. We were craving some Starbucks and walked over to the small strip mall just to see what else was around. When I saw automobile diorama I knew I had to head inside to check it out, and bolted in after spotting a few diecast cars in the display window. There were rows and rows of these model cars, stacked and lined up against the walls. They had a large inventory in the back as well. I spent well over half an hour in the store and copped a few cars that are pretty rare. I’m pretty happy to be able to finally add them into my collection. Their prices seem to be average and often reflect how much you’d pay if you were to purchase on the Internet. The people who run the store are great and really friendly. Thankfully I don’t live too far from Carmel, so here’s to a business that specializes in a rather uncommon and unique hobby: collecting model cars.

I am not into cars in the slightest. You made me incredibly awe inspired at the art, the history, the collectibles, and the posters… holy cow the posters… well you blew my mind. Again, not into cars. Woodies wins.

Wandered in to check out the line of «Old Fart Rules» items and wound up spending quite a bit of time checking out all sorts of Hawaiian shirts and«stuff», old woodies in every form imaginable, surfboard towel racks & clocks, salt & pepper shakers in the cutest combos, Harley-Davidson knick-knacks, etc. The lady working the store has the most upbeat attitude and is so friendly. The owner of the store is just a happy-go-lucky guy that loves his store and life! I wound up buying a Hawaiian magazine rack!
