Cinq Mondes Spa Paris

This is a shame for me to leave a low star review for the front desk service but it left me feeling more strained after a great massage. So I’ll review the overall experience.
Location: 3.5 stars it’s at a shopping center which in my opinion is not the best with the noise, traffic and somewhat difficulty of finding the place. It’s right across the yogurt place. Once you’re inside, you don’t hear the noise.
First walk in: 2 stars. It was slow, there was a couple in front of us. We showed up about 8 min prior to our massages and we were not even checked in let alone greeted. We waited about 15 min. Hmm for a high end spa in a high end location I’d have higher expectations.
Massages and masseuse: 5 stars. Yes please come here for the massages! It is amazing. My masseuse listened to and catered to my needs and took her time. They are professionals and melted me problems away… Until…
Front desk staff person: 0 stars. I had the spa finder gift cards. She did not know what to do as she was new and in training and might I add BY HERSELF. Not only did she not know how to use the gift cards, but she overcharged me on my credit card by $ 50. On top of that I was waiting almost 30 min for her to figure it out. On top of that she had no idea how to print a receipt. They called later and said they fixed it and i will only be charged $ 20 which was the overage. But when I checked my cc acct I was charged the full $ 270 rather than $ 20. How stressful is that?! You go to a spa to destress but you end up with a bigger problem that just diminished the great experience you had.
I understand what it’s like to be new or to have a new staff… But if it’s services that are worth in the hundreds, i don’t think you should be left by yourself until you/​they have all your bases covered. I would love to come back here just for the massages and minus the front desk drama but we’ll see if my issue can be resolved. I would’ve loved to give this place 5stars based on the massage alone but it wouldn’t be fair of me to not encompass the whole experience when that is what you pay for.
Update… They charged extra on the credit card we reserved it on when i clearly told them from the beginning that I had gift cards. Lower them to 1 star.

Great massage by Kristin today. She really listened and was attuned to what my body needed. She can really work those knots without pushing it too much. Highly recommend! Also, the Hamman steam was nice and the products used were lovely.

I was skeptical about the claims from my friends regarding the gentleness of these products
on the skin. I am a skeptic no more. They smell good, are great for your skin and don’t harm
the environment. All natural lotions and cremes.

Was given a gift card for Christmas and finally booked a facial to use it. I felt very comfortable with everyone there and was put at ease. They’re facility is very clean and well kept. Alexandra was my esthetician and she was fabulous. She had a very smooth and flowing touch. My skin feels great!

Amazing spa and hair salon in the Crossroads shopping center. The service is impeccable. They never make you wait for your appointment. See Kecia if you need your hair done. She does an excellent job with both cut and color. I cannot wait to try the Japanese bath looks relaxing. Will be back. Service A++++

Had my hair done by Yesenia last week, and I couldn’t be happier. She is such a great hairdresser. She did the balayage technique on my hair, explained everything to me, and did an outstanding job. My kids didn’t even recognize me!!! So happy with the results.

I went into C. M about a week ago and had my hair done by the wonderful Yesenia Alonzo. She did an amazing job turning my copper highlighted and damaged brown hair to a beautiful dark rich brown red. I absolutely love my hair. The color came our exactly as the picture. That’s the first time anyone has ever did it perfectly to the t! It’s definitely worth if going to Carmel to get your hair done by her. She’s an awesome person & will make you fall in love with your hair all over again.

I got my hair done by Yesenia this past weekend and I could not be more pleased. My hair looks amazing and I have received so many compliments!!! I will never let another stylist touch my hair. She did my highlights freehand and she FIXED my haircut that another stylist had botched a few weeks ago & all for an extremely reasonable price.
I can’t wait to try the spa services next, I will definitely be back!

I was in town for a visit, and walked by Cinq Mondes in the Crossroads shopping center, so I made an appointment. I had a bath, scrub and massage, all of which were amazing! The menu of services is a bit confusing, so I found it helpful to talk to the receptionist. I had a Japanese cedar bath (heaven), a papaya scrub and a massage. All of the treatments were relaxing, calming and very professionally handled. I also liked that all of the treatments took place in one room; no wandering around in your bathrobe getting chilled, etc. The 3 treatments came to a total of $ 180, which was very reasonable (I’ve paid that much for a 90-​min massage). Really loved this place and I’d go back in a heartbeat!
