$ 37 for an xl veggie with out cheese but add pineapple? when my gf called to place the pick up we assumed it was the woman taking the orders annunciation because xl veggie on the menu website is $ 20, so add pineapple $ 23? nope the woman said $ 33 over the phone apparently but couldn’t show us the math for the insane price increase once we came to pick the pizza up… either way, the total for an xl veggie with pineapple but subtract cheese came out to $ 37 lol! so we saved a ton of money and went across the street to mountain mikes, save yourself the first step, just go to mountain mikes.

I was very disappointed yesterday when I went in for the all you can eat buffet and then was told I cant have my bottled water in the establishment. I bring business into this location all the time and enjoy their pizza. But not allowing me to bring in water was just stupid. The manager told me I could either buy a drink or have some water from the tap… that will be my last time buying pizza here. Mountain mikes here I come!

Definitely not the the best pizza place. The calzone was OK but had a lot of liquid in it and did not have a lot of flavor to it. The place is in a ok clean state but would not come back and the calzone was way over priced. And the pizzas that were by the slice and under the heat lamps were tried out and did not look good and were not fresh.

Having spent the last few days in the area. We had our fill of sea food. So our last night we said lets get pizza. So to the point we had a Hawaiian and bread sticks delivered. Delivery was fast and everything arrived hot. The driver was friendly and courteous and also the lady who took our order was great. As for the food. Well the pizza was good not great I like a little more sauce. But it was fresh and hot. Plenty of cheese and toppings. The bread sticks I would Pass on next time not a lot of flavor etc. anyway for the price it was decent.

Went here today for Veteran’s day lunch after I heard that pizza factory was giving free lunch to all veterans this year. The lady at the counter didn’t know what I was talking about, nor did she know what veterans day even was. There was no management even on call, and pretty much this place blows… thanks Pizza Factory for straight up lying on your website for publicity

Was down the street at all the jump houses and decided to call in a pizza to take home. Ordered a medium cheese pizza. The pizza was dry. The crust tasted horrible. Majorly sad. Even the kids didn’t like it. $ 17 for a medium cheese so not worth it. The pizza factory in south salinas is amazing and I wish they’d buy this location!

Came in at around 7:30 with the family and it was empty. I used the 21.99 coupon for an x-​large 1 topping pizza and 10 buffalo wings. The wings were ok actually. They were not fried, but crispy, and they had little sauce, but still weren’t horrible. We got the pepperoni pizza and it was pretty good. Thin crust, nice cheese, and crispy pepperoni. It was a little greasy, but I didn’t expect much from this place. I’d probably give it a 3.5 out of 5.

We just had the worst experience at this location. We went for the all you can eat lunch, and were harassed by one of the workers there named Alicia. Apparently «all you can eat» is a farce because one of my friends took a bite of a slice, and we decided we had to get back to the office, so she continued eating the slice while we walked out the door. Alicia came running after us and started yelling that we were not allowed to leave with the slice of pizza… was she expecting my friend to put the pizza back on the rack after she had already starting eating it? She was rude and condescending, and refused to get the manager when we asked. Needless to say, we will never go back there, and we will tell as many people as we can not to eat at this establishment…

Of the four locations for Pizza Factory I have visited to date, this has the smallest interior. It would be hard for me to imagine ever getting a BAD pizza from this chain, but the crust here does not seem to have the superior taste that the Salinas location has. What is exceptional here is that they are generous with the sauce, and it is GOOD sauce.
The lunch buffet is now $ 6.99, and does not include drink so it ends up being 9 dollars and change. Salad bar is quite limited, but good. There is always soup and chili. Be aware that the pizza that is all you can eat is limited to cheese and pepperoni only.
There is never many eat in patrons when I’ve been there– many are «slice and drink» «to go» customers.
I really get the impression that the employees are not very happy about being there.

All American Pizza Joint! My sweet 3 year old niece just adores pepperoni pizza. Funny stuff to watch her chow down on a mini pizza. Of course, there is a method to the madness; you need to eat the pepperoni pieces off first. This place has fast friendly service and reasonable prices. Easy location and parking at the mouth of Carmel Valley. I have other favorites, but this place is A-​OK for a quick hunger fix.
