Jones & Terwilliger Fine Art Gallery

I’m not an avid art collector. But I do appreciate beautiful paintings. In this town, you can’t toss a penny without hitting an art gallery. Well after walking block after block of galleries, a painting in the window of this gallery caught my eye and surprisingly my husband’s eye.
We walk into the gallery. The woman working there was phenomenally genuine. She was personable and engaging, so down to earth. We pointed out the painting that caught our attention and asked the artists name. We discussed the artist, subject, and his background. Without us asking, she was kind enough to take it off the front display and put it under an adjustable spotlight so we can view it better. It was a beautiful modern impressionist piece from Jeff Jamison called Reflections.
However it was priced outside of our budget. Even telling her that, she didn’t retreat or change her tone with us. Before we left, she gave us the gallery business card and the artist reception flyer. She encouraged us to visit again and check their website. Will do. 5+ star rating.

Probably without a doubt the best art gallery in Carmel. Seek out Patricia Terwilliger for her expert advice and information on the wide variety of artists she represents. The gallery is beautiful and the paintings well displayed. Our first visit was a winner and we continue to visit every time we are in Carmel. Over the last five years, we have purchased paintings and sculptures from Jones & Terilleger Fine Art Gallery. Patricia Terwilliger and Constance Thomas have always been warm and informative. Never any pressure. The gallery has been accomodating and has made special arrangements for delivery. We have been invited to artist receptions in Carmel and Palm Desert. We are regularly informed of new works by artists we like via email. Couldn’t be more pleased to have found this treasure of a gallery
