You know, Supercuts haircuts can be average or even great, but when you waste my time and my family’s time, you will lose my business, even if I live a half mile away and your location is conveniently located. We had a 4:30 appointment for my son right before my daughter’s 5:30 birthday dinner reservation. We arrived at 4:20. It was 4:58 by the time she actually started on my son’s hair. Yes, we were late to my daughter’s birthday celebration. Attitude of the staff was a smirk and a «so sorry». Seriously. You had my phone number when I scheduled. Not even a phone call to warn me in advance– I could have diverted to another location. Trust me, every neighbor in Bressi Ranch will know our experience shortly, with or without Unilocal

Service is always fast and easy. I bring my son here on a regular basis. He’s 3 but they are always very patient and sweet with him. I just recently brought my 6 years old daughter for her first big hair cut and it came out great! If you come early enough during the week you’re sure to snag a 30 minute parking spot right in front of the door.

I was lucky enough to have Christina give my 2 ½ year old son his first haircut. She was great with waiting for him to get comfortable and being patient with his reluctance (with some help from another stylist, Jessie). They rewarded my son with lollipops. Needless to say, he left inquiring about when his next haircut would be… We don’t live in Carlsbad, so I think he will be disappointed when he finds that Christina isn’t the one cutting his hair. Still, I am grateful that we were fortunate enough to have the experience we had. If we lived in Carlsbad, Christina would be cutting my hair, too :-)

When from minute one when I walked in the door with an online reservation to the 15 minutes after when I walked out the door, I never received a single courtesy of acknowledgement or communication of any kind. Poor, poor customer service.

Recently had my hair done by Christina. She did a great job with cut, color, and styled my hair. I would def. go back to her. The place seems busy so I do suggest reserving ahead of time.

Used the neighborhood coupon. Needed a quick cut and my usual stylist was on vacation. Next time I will wait. The stylists were nice but most of them seemed to be focused on talking with each other, somewhat cheap and trashy in a weird way. If it wasn’t for the coupon this place would’ve been a rip off. I learned that all Supercuts are not franchised stores and this one is so the owner of the franchise has their prices marked up for the extra profit as compared to other Supercuts I’ve been too. I won’t go back.

I have two major complaints that are specific to this location. The haircuts are rushed and no time or effort is taken to create a clean cut with blended transitions. I’ve also tried making an appointment for my last 3 haircuts here and each time the appointment is either pushed back by 20−30min or a friend of one of the stylists will sneak in. I don’t like the quality of the haircuts or the unprofessional way they operate. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Picked this SuperCuts because needed cut, saw good reviews, and when I walked in store, understood why. Was so pleased to see Amanda who did a fabulous job cutting and styling my hair. About 14 years ago, I walked into a Supercuts and she was the first one who understood and could give me a word to use for the style I wanted. It was so fun seeing her and to know she oversees the several Supercuts in our area. I would definitely come back to this Supercuts or Art who works at the Supercuts at LaCosta and El Camino Real.

After almost every haircut I’ve ever gotten my whole life I have been disappointed somehow. But today when I came to this supercuts location for the first time I received one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten! I had the hairdresser Christine, I think her name was, and she was so nice and actually listened to how I specifically wanted my hair cut! She did exactly what I wanted and I love it! I would definitely come back to this location over others in the area.

My first time at Super Cuts in Carlsbad and I was helped by Stacey, she did an excellent hair cut on me. I am truly satisfied. If you are searching for a great place for a haircut, search no further, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Stacey and I plan to continue going there. –Kat

Don’t bother making an appointment. they will not hold it. I made an appointment for 3pm they had 3 people infront of me hair cut happened at 330. very unprofessional. hair cut was just ok.

I really don’t care much about getting my hair cut; I’m balding and thinning, so there’s not much to work with; I go every few months. I’ve been to most of the Supercuts around town, and this one is definitely one of them.

A month later… and my coulor and cut are just awful. Don’t waste your money and you will spend a lot of $$$$. I paid a ridiculous sum of money for highlights that the visible eye can’t even see. Then there is the haircut, so bad that no amount of product can help.

I’ve been to a lot of Supercuts in my day, and I usually just stop in to whatever location is the closest whenever I feel like I’m getting a little shaggy and get tired of my hair hitting the back of my neck. However, lately I find myself coming back to the Bressi Ranch location because I’ve always received great service and always get a great haircut.
The stylists are all very knowledgeable and speak passionately about what goes into your hair. As a dude I’d rather devot my time to more manly activities such as drinking beer or eating bacon rather than thinking about what shampoo I need to use. So for that, I’ll go to the experts.
