It is difficult and impossible to shop for 2 kids for the fall season. Everything is expensive. I made a commitment to buy each of them at least 2 articles of clothing a week to build their attire… and it was serendipity that I walked in here and got a few things that were on sale for Gavin. I’ve never stepped foot in this store before. The store is fairly organized albeit dark and small. The girl working was neither friendly nor unfriendly. All I care about is that now both my kids are prepared for the cold season that will soon be upon us.

Very poor quality merchandise, horrible customer service. My daughter wore her new CP sandals during a recent museum visit and they broke half way through(first time wearing them). She had to shuffle along the rest of the day, very uncomfortable. Instead of apologizing for the problem, the store refused to even exchange them for a new pair, which they had on sale right by the register. Instead the asst. manager condescendingly and consistently repeated that I didn’t understand the return policy. What I really didn’t understand, is why any store would uphold a policy that doesn’t protect customers against defective merchandise, and then lose a ten year customer over a $ 10 pair of shoes — go figure…
