My husband and I came into this Sprint store on Monday with two frozen iPhones. Phil Atkinson immediately greeted us and asked what he can help us with. We explained and he got to work right away. We couldn’t be more pleased with his service, he truly tried to help us out and knew what he was doing! He was able to reset our phones and explained what had happened and why and also how to avoid it in the future. Phil was not only patient and knowledgeable but on top of that he didn’t even charge us, even after we took up a lot of his time! We are really happy and grateful that he was able to resolve our issues because my husband uses his phone for work almost all day, everyday; and I have 3 little ones and this is my only line available in case of an emergency! Thanks again Phil! You really saved us some money & grief!

Zero point zero. The techs try to rip you off and belittle you when you don’t buy the expensive add ons, insurance, and lease agreements. Rude and jerks. BEWARE! They will charge you for stuff that doesn’t exist(like activation charges), try to buy back your phone for the price of a screen protector, perform fancy math… I actually had to tell the guy $ 5/mth for 2 years is $ 120, not $ 340, and thus THAT would be deducted from the price of the phone at the end of the lease… SLIMEBALLS.

I have tried to ‘correct’ my billing with Sprint ‘corp’ on the phone for the past 90 days. I am being billed for an installment purchase plan which the Capitola store according to ‘corp’ billing was suppose to already send in the proper cancellation forms — nothing has been done. Capitola 831475.8060 doesn’t answer a phone. This is fraud and misrepresenting business practices. I DONOT have a new phone — I am using the same phone I purchased 9⁄2012 from the Capitola store — Galaxy Note ll — Everyone make note of this issue — check back — I intend to file in small claims if this doesn’t get straightened out — everyone else can benefit from my hard work I can walk you thru it — ZEROZEROZEROZERO would be my first choice !!! I have been with Sprint for 18YEARS … MULTIPLE phones and numbers — MUST be time to change. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy /upgrade/change to go to Costco Santa Cruz they are responsible — Costco will stand behind anything done and this would have been cleared up —- DONOT go to a free standing phone store —- EVERYONE the COSTCO cell kiosk can do ANYTHING. they are the BEST !!! Costco represents all the cell phone carriers —-

Fuck Sprint. Really, just don’t even try. I wanted my entire post to only say Fuck Sprint, but to post it I had to make my review longer. All they do is take your money and give you broken phones and don’t provide reception. I have an unlimited data plan for when WiFi is not available, but unfortunately they are unable to provide data in the majority of places people go. When I asked the employee if the no data meant that there is just no Sprint available, he said yes. Oh and the manager dropped my 3 day old phone in her counter and left a big scratch on the back, which there is «nothing» they can do about it. Fuck Sprint.

Went into the Sprint store in Capitola, CA on May 2nd. Three reps were busy with other customers and no one spoke to us. About 10 minutes later one female rep finished with a customer and told us that someone would be with us shortly. Then she packed up and left. We waited another 10 – 15. Invites and a male rep finished with his customer. Instead of speaking to, us, he put on headphones and quickly left the store. That left one rep. After another 30 minutes we slowly walked out expecting the rep to say something. Nope. Nothing. Sprint lost our business. I have never seen such poor customer service..

I had Tmobile, switched to Sprint just to be with my boyfriend’s plan, then ended up switching back to Tmobile. There are a couple of workers here that are super nice and they try to help with whatever they can, but majority of the time we had to go in, there always seemed to be the ones that couldn’t help us. We had tons of problems with Sprint, and we could not rely on this store to help us… so disappointing!
