Lunch combos $ 6 – 8, the lunch double burger comes with fries and soup or salad. Chicken enchilada soup is my favorite, along with the southwest egg rolls and fresh mex bowls have this awesome sauce and it’s so filling. Amazing top shelf margaritas and 2-​for-​1 happy hour drinks all day. Chips and salsa are complimentary, if you ask for it. Great service, delicious Tex-​mex food and priced right.

So, the reason for the 2 stars… the drinks… I asked for a Tom Collins (gin, lemon, sugar, carbonated water-​garnish with lemon wedge and cherry) EASY, right? Nope, I somehow got vodka and sweet and sour mix as a Tom Collins… my first drink, I didn’t watch her make, the second I did and asked,” isn’t Gin supposed to be in that?” So, why should I be telling a BARTENDER what goes in a drink, and a Tom Collins at that? The prime rib tacos were really good…

Much better meal today after a self imposed boycott of more than a year. Hubby had a turkey burger and fries, I had the chicken Mexican bowl. Both were very fresh and we’ll prepared. Loved the presidente Margarita. Our previous concerns of food being too salty and tasting overly processed has apparently been addressed. Staff very attentive in the bar. We’ll go back

Again, some times I just need a chain meal from the burbs. Actually, Chilis was my only choice while I was on a work trip down to Canon City. I ate my old standby the Quesadilla Explosion salad (said like Napoleon Dynamite’s grandmother of course). The tasty dressing and beans & corn miz make this my favorite salad ever. Can’t review the staff as I just went to the pick up window.

I don’t review chain restaurants as a general rule, but this location stands out. We had dinner 2 nights in a row while we watched the Tour de France in the bar, and they really do a nice job here. The bartender was friendly, highly skilled, and very attentive, and our food, tacos and a burger the first night, steaks and nachos the second, was all properly prepared and tasty. The locals are pleasant, and you really can’t ask for much more in a chain restaurant. 4 stars for doing everything right, this place must have a heck of a manager.

Came for lunch before Zip Lining with friends.
I got the California club, & it is HUGE! The fajitas looked & smelled amazing! My little sister loved the pizza (Im just happy she didn’t get Mac & cheese) The shrimp tacos had a lot of carrots.
Shrimp & carrots & avocados. Which was strange, for Shrimp tacos.
Over all, it was a typical Chili’s meal.

It is way better than most chilis! Our server was a little grouchy but I don’t blame him it was Christmas Eve. The food was awesome!!! It is way better than the chilis in our hometown. It was spiced better and came to the table fast.

Food and service was great! Ordered the 3 app plate as a meal. WAS DELICIOUS!
Thursday evening BarTender was FAST and friendly. We never had to ask for anything! The Bronco game was on and there were plenty of TV’s to watch it on and we could actually hear the game.
