We can’t believe how lucky we are to have such outstanding Vietnamese food right here in Cañon City. Great bun, excellent phở(I swear it’s curative), good rice plates for more conventional eaters. A darling Vietnamese couple make you feel right at home. Can’t recommend it enough.

Place is outstanding! Most underrated or under the radar places in Fremont. The staff is friendly and the Phở is to die for! The broth is amazing and the portions are huge. It’s now my favorite place to eat in town!

Absolutely delicious. Coming from houston, we have so many places to choose from. Go out of town to a place like Canon City, it’s very slim to none you can find a place like this. The Broth is delicious and has a sweet taste to it. The noodles and the meat was abundant !! In houston, the meat is drier and tough. Here, is soft and tender. I got a medium size bowl and it was like an XL in houston. My husband got a Large and man the bowl and food was plenty. I’m extremely happy to have a place like this when we visit every year. The greens provided are so fresh looking, she told me they get it twice a week in Colorado Springs. It’s Amazing to see how different it is from Houston to Canon City, Co. The people is super friendly and they are very nice to their customers. I even over heard her remember a customers order as they sat down, she knew what they wanted. That’s great service there ! If you go through to the Royal Gorge, it is on your right in the Cold Stone Creamery parking lot. Don’t miss out this true Vietnamese cuisine place !!

Food was fresh and well prepared, service was OK. We thought the prices were a tad high and the do not have a children’s menu, a little disappointing. We are not familiar with Vietnamese food and the menu could have a better description, we ended up with a couple of things we wouldn’t have ordered if we knew what we were ordering. The staff doesn’t speak very good English so the couldn’t help. The fried rice was very good, different than Chinese and the shrimp was fresh tasting and wonderfully prepared. We will go back again.
