Not impressed. Front desk staff has been friendly but room service is non existent. Rooms are barely clean upon returning, even the beds were partially made.(Several days in a row so it’s not just an oops!) Breakfast is ok, not great but not bad. Hot tub is scalding hot. Half the Jets are on FULL blast the other half are off. Very noisy in pool hall due to a maintenance closet. Can’t hear anything while taking a dip. If you have to stay for convenience or business it’s alright, but I wouldn’t recommend staying for a holiday. Pros, IHOP and chili’s are super close. Back rooms are quiet. Breakfast is convenient. Front staff always greets you.

Clean room, pool and hot tub were nice. Sauna as well. Breakfast was good, and really clean. The women was on her game with refilling food items, and cleaning the tables once people started leaving.

I found nothing negative about this place. The staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out local attractions and advising us of routes to take. They took time to help us and even stored our luggage until our room became available. Went to the Gorge and when we got back, our room was ready and clean. We requested a ground floor room and the staff helped us with that. Great breakfast and in general, the hotel is clean and friendly. On our road trip across Colorado, we have stayed in a lot of BW and haven’t had a problem at all!

Room and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly. The continental breakfast wasn’t appealing looking and I walked across the parking lot to the IHOP. Was able to bring my dog and keep him in the hotel room for an additional charge. My only real complaint was the the mattresses were hard as concrete and I felt that 389.00 was a lot for Friday and Saturday at a Best Western.

It appears to be recently remodeled. Clean, updated lobby and rooms. The free breakfast wasn’t bad(it’s free people, don’t expect your grandma to take requests for meals). The staff was very friendly. I’d stay here again.

The hotel management was rude. There was a snag with online booking and even after Best Western Corporate called them trying to get a refund, they refused. Then I got a snippy email from management after giving my evaluation from the survey BW requested. I finally got my money back after disputing the charges with my credit card company. This location has NO care for customer satisfaction. I ended up staying at an independent hotel in Canon City and had a much better experience.

Stayed here and was disrespected and treated rudely by the owner. He blamed me for the walls being paper thin, saying to that turning on the fan should have made the paper thin walls tune out the noise. Also the breakfast left something to be desired. They didn’t even have milk for the cereal. When I wen to the front desk to ask them to refill the milk there was no one to be found for 10 minutes. For the money, I’d expect more from this establishment. I paid less to stay at the Quality Inn down the road with a better experience and nicer staff.

Very clean, nice beds and sheets, great water pressure in the shower, very good breakfast, and polite and friendly staff. What else do you need? I really can’t figure out why this place isn’t a BW Plus. 4 stars all day long.

After driving 1200 miles from San Diego, we stopped and stayed a few nights here. The Staff was friendly, the property was clean and the breakfast was great. The rooms were big, bright and very clean and the laundry facilities were very convenient($ 1 to wash and $ 1 to dry). Overall, the experience was nice, especially if you have pets. The only drawback was that because we were on the first floor, we could hear the people above us walking around which was annoying.

After giving a fair evaluation to a survey BWREQUESTED, including many positive aspects of my stay, I got a snotty email from their manager. No accountability, tons of excuses and blaming me for their problems. As an example, they said I should have complained about the relentless barking dogs. Well guess what, I did, twice. Nothing was done! Then they tried to guilt trip me saying the dog was to train disabled people and they respect that. As If I don’t. Just rude. The hotel was half full, they could have moved me or the guests with the lil behaved dogs. Also, I said I didn’t like their breakfast sausages. Again THEY requested my feedback. I got a snippy thing about how no one has ever complained and they are perfectly fine. Well guess what I complained. Why ask if you don’t want honest feedback? This place has no clue on how to treat customers. I have been loyal to BW for 30 years and always had a happy friendly, familiar feeling when I saw a BW sign. No longer.
