Pretty exploitative billboards. Seems like their target customers are creepy men. What does a semi naked girl, with her (already tiny) jean shorts unbuttoned, have to do with selling intended-​for-​work boots.

Impressive range of shoes and wow, they had the right size and a perfect style too. The chap who served us was very helpful and we also appreciated the hint about knocking on the back door from the free parking lot. If you’re looking for a REAL shoe store with knowledgeable service staff, look no further. They have shoes fitting all occupations and price ranges. It’s not an ‘outlet’ but a real store with trained staff and prices are scaled accordingly so that saved us a lot of time. We’ll be back.

Amazing place for anyone in need of great work shoes and boots. Anywhere from kitchen to automotive and construction. The staff was extremely friendly and they had an amazing selection to choose from, also they had my size in any style I chose. They were really patient and helpful, I will be coming back again for sure. The one and only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because everything was a bit pricey but not really a factor since they have good quality merchandise. I like to support local shops like this and highly recommend this place.

Just picked up my third pair of boots from here. The service has always been really good and recently I had my one month old boots start to fall apart. The employees were super helpful and switched them out no problem. They even reminded me to feed the Parking meter as a lot of people get tickets there.

Just left this store and here’s how good my experience was– I got a parking ticket out front (meters run until 8:00 pm now, apparently), and I STILL feel great about stopping in there and getting some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Great guys who are super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and totally non-​pressuring. They sincerely want you to walk out of their store with the RIGHT pair of boots for you– or nothing at all. Amazing. This is the only place you should go for your boots. If you live a bit away– DRIVE here. It’s worth it. Thanks, guys.

Very helpful. I needed a pair of boots that were non-​slip and oil resistance for work. He showed me three pair of boots. After trying them on I picked the ones I liked, then he surprised me that they were on sale. Almost 40 $ off.

This is a great store with a good selection of inventory, but don’t come here for the inventory, come here for the knowledgable sales people and their honesty. I came in willing and ready to spend $ 500 on a pair of Whites and the manager, Eugene, after finding out what type of work I would be doing showed me a selection of boots that would better suit my needs. I ended up spending less than half of what I thought I needed to spend for some quality work boots! If they were anything less than honest they could have sold me the $ 500 boots and not have said another word. Come check this place out, and support a local business.

What a great place to shop. Best selection of work boots and knowledgeable sales staff they measured my foot and explained the difference between each work boot I asked them about. Walked out with a pair of KEEN boots that honestly have been the longest lasting work boot I ever had.

THis place sells used shoes, they once cleaned a pair of boots that were worn for two work days, they were then returned and then resold to the new customer at original price. Do not trust this place at all, they are shady. If you want an honest sale and need to go here look your seller in the eye and make sure they are good hearted honest you will notice the salesman who is lying by the look in their eyes or lack of emotion in their face.

I’ve been going to this place for several years now to buy my work boots, and I usually dont like to spend more than $ 70 or soo, and the boots usually last me about a year witch I love, I ussually buy the boots with holes for the shoe string, not the boots with the little clips on them,

about 8 weeks ago I went to buy a pair of boots and i ended up spending close to $ 200 and now they are ruined, the rubber under the boot just tour off, on both boots, I couldnt beleive ‚
I didnt understand why I payed more money for crappier boots.
becareful what boots they try to sell you, they can care less
next time i come in there witch I will very soon ill be on there ass for a discount or other wise they will lose a good customer…

Great store, great staff. They are there to help and make sure you get what you need. Bought a nice pair of safety shoes there today. The girl who helped me paid attention to me and helped me get an awesome pair of work boots. She and the store knows their stuff, for example she brought out a pair of 11.5 wide for me to try. At first I thought she misunderstood that I needed size 12. Well, the 11.5 w’s fit amazingly well.
The result of my shopping experience: I purchased a sweet pair of safety work shoes that are very comfortable and look like a pair of $ 300 Rockports.
This day and age of alienating big box stores it’s nice to know there is still a shop that can take great care of the customer. WBW personal attention is top notch!
