For a mall location, it’s pretty good. With all of the customers waiting at the hand off bar, I’m glad I used the app to purchase and skipped the line. The barista was friendly and gave a smile as he handed me my latte. I was happy, especially with how many people were trying to refill their ice coffees/teas without waiting through the line, attitude abound.

I wish i could give this Starbucks location 0 star! They didn’t give me a refill because I stepped outside of the store. And plus the cashier was very rude and condescending. I’m never coming back to this location again. Starbucks corporate needs to retrain the staff on what customer service means!!!

Very rude– no customers, took nearly 10 minutes to make a shot of espresso and an iced macchiato. Cashier didn’t even know what milks they had. When he asked another employee she didn’t even turn around and screamed no they don’t have almond milk. Wrong order was made clearly their mistake and Jenny sarcastically said well isn’t that great I guess I’ll remake it and gave me a Luke warm beverage. Management needs to readdress professionalism.

I love Starbucks, but I felt like the cashier getting my order was rushing me when I was the only person in line. I ordered a trap and wanted to add pumps of syrup to create a ferrero rocher drink(which I have tried before and it was delicious!) But once I said I wanted a java chip frap he walked away with the cup and then returned and told me how much it cost. I told him politely that I wasn’t done ordering, so he grabbed the cup to finish my order. I didn’t think I was being rude to him at all, but I felt like I felt like he was giving me attitude. Oh well, I rarely go to this Starbucks and I’m glad there’s multiple Starbucks at this mall for me to visit.

Worst customer service! Took both girls 5 mins to say anything and to turn around to me. They were too busy talking to each other. When I got my Carmel iced coffee there was no milk in it. All the other Starbucks locations add milk without having to ask. She put it on the counter and started to walk away and I told her to come back she gave me a look when I asked where was the milk… she said«The thing didn’t say anything about milk» than asked me to which milk I wanted, I told her and the cup was already filled to the top instead of dumping some out to make room for the milk she says«Oh there’s too much ice in this» but does nothing to fix it and hands me the cup with coffee spilling from the sides. On top of that my husband order a Carmel Frapuccino and the girls skipped his order as three other customers got theirs. Finally they made his and was about to give to him without any Carmel or whipped cream. Won’t be coming here for my Starbucks

First off I don’t know anyone who writes reviews for starbucks coffee but here I go. I came to this starbucks on a Sunday and was expecting for it to be busy and I was right. Built into the mall there was a line of people, but their service was amazing, they took my order before I even got to the cashier and my drink was ready by the time I walked over to the pick up bar. Russell was at the cashier and offered fast, efficient, and friendly service. Francisco was at the bar pumping out drinks with a smile on his face and was very fast and loud since there was a crowd inside. I will be sure to come to this starbucks more often as the staff is welcoming, fast, friendly, and very helpful.

it is what you expect at a decent Starbucks… what I love about it is that they have the Blond Drink ready!!! There is non of this excuse about how they have to make it. The Barista is nice like they should. Place was clean. I do like the hours that they are open.

Worst customer service ever! There were two ladies working that day. First! I ordered a passion fruit lemonade. The lady didn’t know how many pumps were in it. Second! She didn’t make my drink, I waited 20 minutes there and everyone else after me got their drink. Third! I asked the cashier if my drink was being made. The lady said they didn’t have tea. Instead of being attentive to our order she immediately insisted of giving our refund back.

We had an unfortunate mishap happen where the lids weren’t properly secured on our drinks and they spilled everywhere. However upon our next visit the manager went above and beyond to help compensate our bad experience. She was really friendly and nice too. 5 Stars!

I like this location because they hardly have any lines. Conveniently located inside Target. Place is clean and baristas are friendly. Perfect place to take a break after a shopping trip. It’s also close to the kids play place. which is a plus for me.(:

I’m into this location. It is in a nice and secluded part of the mall. The store is small itself but there is usually minimal people in it. The line moved quickly when I was there. I sat on the patio and read a book. It is a relaxing patio even though it looks out into the parking garage.
