Papaya Clothing

I hade really bad experience with this store! I saw that I am not the only one who complained about this specific store so it means that there is a common problem.
I buy from papaya always when I’m at the mall, last time I bought two shirts that one of them was for my sister and cost me 17 $ that I paid with cash.
I stayed at the store and took a picture of the shirt for my sister to see if she likes what I bought her, she told me that she already bought a shirt that looks like what I bought her so after two minutes since the time I bought the shirt I came back to the store and told to the woman I paid her that I would like to return the shirt, she said that they don’t bring money back and she told me that at the moment I paid her, I told her that she didn’t told my anything about that and I want to return the shirt, she didn’t want to bring me the money back and I said that I want to talk with the manager of the store, she said that she is the manager, I said that she can’t lie and say something that she didn’t say at all and I will talk with the manager of the mall about that. She wasn’t talking good to me, she was rude and it took me 10 minutes to get my money back!
I want to add and say that only two minutes after I bought the shirt I wanted to return it.
I like papaya but i will not come back to any store of them! They shouldn’t employ people who are talking like that woman.

i went here recently to buy some summer dresses with one of my friends, as i was putting my phone away in the pocket of the stroller the store owner or manager came and pretended to put something away and glanced over to see if i was stealing something, im not oblivious she could have atleast been more discreet, however i ignored it. well before i left the mall we entered papaya one more time, the manager ofcourse already had her eye on me, so as i was paying for my dress the lady comes and takes the dress out of the bag and rudely starts saying «i did not put this price, i did not put this price» and walks off with the dress to go get another one and comes back and it has the same damn price! the lady still tried to point the finger at me for switching the price, ofcourse emberassed that this rude lady was putting me down infront of other customers and making me look like something i wasnt, i asked for my money back and went off on this lady who kept trying to talk over me, i may have been rude but this lady was ridiculous, and then proceeded to tell her employees to «remember my face»…this lady is a sad, sad excuse for a manager how dare her degrade a paying customer not only infront of others but infront of my child. never will we step foot in this store again especially with desperate managment like that.
