I really like their selection! Lots of fragrant green and black teas, some of them with flower petals or dried fruit. Plenty of cups and pitchers to brew them with, too, along with some mugs and tea sets that would make nice gifts. The teas come with a label saying how long and at what temperature that specific type should be brewed.
The place would get a 5 if I didn’t have a none-too-friendly woman staring at me the entire time I tried to shop, and giving me snotty, smileless responses to my questions and answers. She kept talking to me about the goods, but in a manner that made every exchange unpleasant, mainly because I seemed to be too ignorant for her tastes. I would think she’d want more new tea enthusiasts? But from the sounds of it, she’s not the only one working there, not mention it’s the only tea shop I know of in my area, so I guess I’ll be back.

We happened across this place on the Canandaigua food tour. Robert OBrien is the master of teas! Seriously, he really knows a lot about tea and you can tell when someone loves their craft! We tried many teas before and during the tour! I would totally recommend the iced tea brewer, how convenient! Purchased tea for myself and my sister (gifts are great here). I’m very happy they ship all over the world, I can go home and still order great tea from

Best tea selection ever. Went there with family friend. Try a lot of different flavour. Robert the owner is very helpful, walk through with flavors. We bought white teaand berry berry mix.
