Starbucks

Not really the usual Starbucks crowd here, but pretty solid drinks, even if the pastry selection isn’t always huge. Staff is mostly teenagers, but I haven’t had any major service issues.
It’s usually not too packed, so a good place to study if you need active background motion. Also, has a better playlist than I’m used to in most Starbucks locations.

It’s Starbucks they serve coffee do you really need a review? Im just sayin! They do have the best coffee.

Most of the time the staff here is awesome. They don’t really care if you have a dairy allergy so double check. One girl will cop an attitude if you ask for a refund when they use whole milk instead of coconut milk. Normally when people try to poison you they go to jail. All I wanted was my few bucks back for compensation.

Excellent Starbucks — quick, friendly, consistent drinks that don’t change flavor each time you get them. The parking lot entrance/​exit is a bit chaotic at times as everything (drive-​thru, entry, exit) is all in the same spot which can lead to some close calls.

When you come here, you have arrived at that place of beautiful bliss. The aromas fill the air, take a deep breath and fill your lungs with joy. Yes this is the feeling I get at this location. I order and enjoy my salted caramel mocha extra salt. It makes my day, it brings me back to family and warm memories. Yes, give it time and you too will fall in love with Starbucks. I always have great quick service here. I will continue to keep my dreams alive. Thanks

This starbucks is one of the best starbucks I have been to. Most people at Starbucks don’t really want to be there and helping people. This Starbucks is so much different. They know you’re name if you go there enough and they are always very friendly. I live in canandaigua and they know me and what I want every single time. They are always cheery there. I just don’t get why this place hasn’t got 4.5−5 stars at all!

I was on my way back from NJ to Toronto and boy was I glad to find a Starbucks!
I parked and went inside. As with all Starbucks things are pretty consistent. It’s a clean and well run location, and the staff are super friendly. I received my extra-​hot, half sweet vanilla latte exactly as I requested.

I have the same problem as Brandon V… the drive thru is sloooooow. Other than that, it’s Starbucks… shouldn’t really be any surprises!

If you aren’t the only car in the drive thru then expect a 5 – 10 minute wait for your drink. This is not an isolated incident but one example: ordered a coffee, 2 cars ahead of me, waited about 7 minutes to get to the window, I can see my coffee on the counter through the window, there is a girl at the register but won’t acknowledge me, I sit there for 3 minutes staring at my coffee through the window waiting for them to take my money, finally another kid turns around (not the girl who was actually at the register) and comes to take my money, hands me my drink. I make a comment about how long it takes to get one drink and he fires back about how they can only make one drink at a time… Wtf really??? A state of the art business like Starbucks and you can only make one drink at a time? And that wasn’t even the point… My drink was already made and there was a girl standing right there at the register counting money and making sure her nails looked good for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged, total time in drive thru for an ice coffee: 10 minutes!

This is one of the nicer starbucks that I’ve been to spaning from Syracuse to Rochester. Friendly staff, clean tables, lots of parking, drive-​thru, food area, very clean bathroom, outside area, couches and decent clientele.
