Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually don’t review chains, but today I want to sing praise of the workers at this location. They are a friendly bunch.
The person ahead of me made a bunch of changes to her order, but the person manning the counter was patient, and diligently did as he was told without making a face or show any signs of annoyance. When it was my turn to be helped, I got the same attention and care.
Also, my burrito bowl came out awesome. The Chipotle in Sunnyvale usually makes their mild salsa hot, but this location was perfect.

Twice I’ve paid for guacamole only to discover once home it was not included with my order. Be sure to check your order before you leave!

Yah… don’t think I’ll ever eat here again.
I ordered the steak burrito, black beans, brown rice, sour cream, cheese and Pico DE Gioh (or however you spell that).got the red and green salsa on the side.
Not a fan of the green salsa… red was good.
I live 5 minutes away, took the pic of the burrito and took a bite… IT WAS COLD… I MEAN LIKE LUKE WARM! After nuking it for 2 min I ate again.
It was bland. just no flavor… I kept eating hoping it would get better, sadly it did not.
Chips are very salty!!! And cold.
The workers were nice and also helpful… they get 4 stars… the burrito on the other hand gets 0 stars.

I love that my job is located within walking distance of so many restaurants, including Chipotle!
Made my way across treacherous winds and street lights to this store located on the corner.
I was greeted immediately and served right away! The nice girl who took my order was lightening quick! I was literally in and out of there within 2 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever been served so quickly before…
Plenty of seating inside and I believe there’s outside seating as well in front of the store for when the weather is nice.

I am a huge fan of chipotle I eat it alot. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to ever the portions are super minimal with their servings. When you are a vegetarian and you order something veggie you don’t get filled up as much as meat eaters but you still deserve to have as much veggies as they have meat. They literally gave me like 20 pinto beans in a burrito bowl and gave the guy in front of me like two onions and three bell peppers for his serving of vegetables. I thought whatever you’re just being cheap I’m not going to say anything except for I ordered extra cheese and she looked at me like I was from another planet like how could I possibly want that much cheese. I take my Chinsy veggie burrito bowl to my car to eat it and there is no flavor the beans suck even the hot sauce that’s the hottest one is not even remotely hot. I will never go to this one again.

I come here from time to time since I work near by, pretty good place usually not that big of a line when I go and I started ordering the burrito more than the bowl… haven’t gotten sick yet so I guess that’s a plus… Been here multiple times

This is by far my favorite chipotle! The Manager is always great! Customer service is great at this location! Staff is super friendly, professional and courteous! 6 stars

We are big chipotle fans. We have come to this location a few times as it is close to where we live. I came in within an hour of closing time and it looked as if they entire staff was there having a meeting or talk right in the back kitchen area– visible to everyone and within earshot of all customers. There was one man helping a customer before me. Out of the 10+ employees no one came to help me or assist their co worker. Once the employee was done making the mans meal — he set it on the counter and no one whatsoever rang this man up for over 5 minutes/​they just continued to discuss how they need to have better customer service and just make their location better — but yet no one helped this man and then no one would help me either as we both waited there for anyone to ring us up. Apparently the one employee who was making our food couldn’t or didn’t know how to ring us up. It just was very strange and when the meeting broke we still had to ask someone to please ring us up so we could leave. Weird situation.
Sooo… We have given this spot another chance and I have really seen a turn around in customer service /​
The employees have been kind and courteous and make sure to help you with your order. As long as the employees are great– we will continue to give this chipotle our business.

I like Chipotle in general but they really did not give a full portion. Also $ 13.52 for a bowl with guac and drink. This place is no longer a value for what you receieve

As I write about this «food with integrity», I’ll also leave out any bias about what’s been going on with this company over the past couple months lol
But anyways… this is actually one of my favorite Chipotle’s, it’s been opened for a while prior to the influx of Chipotle’s all over San Jose with crappy service. Thankfully, I never had to deal with crappy service or CHEAPotle portions at this location.
The store front is also nicer then other Chipotles I been to… gotta love having the option to dine outside too… although Bascom is hardly a quiet street lol.
My only knock on this place is the parking situation. The Sherwin Williams has multiple spots and hogs up the majority of the spaces. Don’t park there unless you want to get barked at! Chipotle (and the other retailers) have some spaces in a barely there garage. Your only other option is street parking.
4 stars… double chicken, double rice, double beans… aww yeah FTW!

Went there on my way to a meeting. I’m a big fan of chipotle. And in all my years, I’ve never been so disappointed. Not sure who made my bowl but boy does he give small portions. I wanted to ask him for more rice but he seemed really uninterested and annoyed at my presence. They were a bit low on the ingredients (undersandable) but he gave me very little scoops of everything even if there was plenty available. But for some reason he decided to load up the sour cream. Personally I like balance in my bowls/​burritos so I was disappointed. At some point I was unsure if he even put rice it, that’s how little there was. I was too shy to say anything, because the staff all had stern faces and didn’t want to upset them. Seemed like they had a rough day!
Anyway make sure if you go to this location they don’t skimp you on the portions!

Sooo close to my work. The Chipotle app is so convenient to have. Place your order on the app, drive down the street to pick it up, then get back to work in time to eat it before the dinner break is over.
Parking is kinda mehh since Sherwin-​Williams next door doesn’t let you park in certain designated stalls. There’s a parking garage… with like 12 stalls –_​_​_​_​_​– but I guess in the evening, parking isn’t that big of a problem.
Burrito bowl with chicken and the works, can’t go wrong with that.

I frequently walk to this Chipotle location as it is close to work. I very rarely write reviews (this may be my second one), but the service and quality of food you get here is outstanding and worthy of recognition.
I’m also writing to bring attention to Jessica, an employee at this location (I returned to the counter and asked for her name). She has always greeted me with a pleasant smile and happily accommodated my request. She has a great attitude and superb attention to detail.

Been going here for awhile. I work down the street. My girlfriend went here and got our associates some food, and liked the customer service. So I Called the store and tried to spoke to Margarita to let her know what wonderful job she’s doing. (I work in management so I appreciate people skills and great service) but the General Manager for 4yrs there named James or Mike Was rude on the phone and being arrogant. I wish he could’ve been a little bit nicer since I appreciate his employees! That’s all!

Come here a lot and its usually good… Until today when I saw a girl who works there eating in the back using her bare hands to eat freshly made chips while we were standing there watching.
Cmon that’s so unsanitary and gross!
There’s another chipotle down the street on Camden. They seem to have their act together a little more. And at least hire sanitary workers.

I want to preface this with a note that I don’t eat any fast food and I haven’t been to Chipotle in years but after visiting this Chipotle twice in the last month, I’m now a fan.
The salad bowls with chicken and carnitas, guacamole, three different salsas, YUM.
Aside from the food, it’s quick service, you can pretty much create your own dish, it’s centrally located to everything in Campbell, and the price is right.
If you want a quick and pretty healthy dish, this is a great place to visit. Just be warned, any time after 5:30 pm there’s likely a line.

After countless tries at Los Gatos and finally giving up, I decided to go to the Bascom Chipotle. I got there right at opening where everyone looked miserable and tired at 11 am in the morning.
I ordered a simple bean and cheese which thankfully turned out really good! I mean you really can’t go wrong with bean and cheese but the staff were really polite when I asked for more cheese and actually wrapped it so it wouldn’t fall apart. It’s the little things that count right?!
The location is nice. On the corner of the Main Street with a huge parking lot on the left. It was clean, staff were cordial, and I was in and out of there on time! I recommend this Chipotle over the others around

Chipotle is Chipotle. It’s a chain so the food is basically the same except usually the rice is undercooked from time to time. But you know what sets this Chipotle apart?
RUDEST STAFF EVER.
I got three orders. First of all, they were rushing me like mad. Secondly, one of them was a chicken SALAD. The first lady in the assembling line added rice to it and I looked at her and said «wait, no I just want the chicken SALAD» and she looked at me like I was annoying the hell out of her. I clarified that I didn’t want rice but she didn’t even bother to remake it. She looked at me for a full 10 seconds and i was like fuck it fine I’ll get the chicken burrito bowl that you just made my salad into. At the end, because the person I was ordering for likes the salad sauce i said I wanted the sauce and the last person in line just completely ignored me!
They had a machine problem and the line was getting long so there was some stress. Fine, that’s understandable. But that’s no excuse for completely rude workers. Maybe this branch manager should remember that they are one of MANY chipotles around the area. I will never come back to this one.

Can’t go wrong with chipotle. Everyone knows it’s delicious so the only thing you are girly reviewing is the customer service.
This place nice must have had a bad rep to only have 3 stats but I can definitely say there has been improvement because all I witnessed were joyful and welcoming workers as cheesy as that may sound. Food was prepared quickly and tasted great as always.

I love Chipotle. The food is what gets me every time. I’d give them five stars (for any location) if it wasn’t for the price and the service. I absolutely love their food, and have NEVER had anything disappointing. I tend to get the same thing every time, and it is always consistently great. That is what keeps me coming back. I know I can get exactly what I want, and I can enjoy it all the while.
The bad things about Chipotle are the prices (high) and the service (not great). Unless they are dead, and I mean, if I am the only one in the restaurant, they do not give great service. They want you in and out as quickly as possible, and they tend to not even look at you while you order. This location is no different. This last time I went, she boxed up my bowl before I could even ask for guacamole. I had to order it on the side, because she was in such a hurry to get me through the line. I just think a little more customer service would go a long way with them. Especially when we are paying about $ 10 for a burrito or a salad bowl. Not including a drink!
