Dunkin’ Donuts

very poor customer service, talk down to customers, they seem to not tell you the truth on products you can easyly check on to see they are making it up, depends what you look like for the bathroom use drive thru is busy once in a while it gets pretty backed up for long periods a day, my work brings me by here all day. just poor attitude from few of workers rubs off on rest

Very poor customer service when they make mistakes. Not expecting Burger King but geez.

We went there twice and the first time they burnt every single order and then they gave us the wrong order this dunkin donuts stinks do not go there!

this place gives people a hard time for trying to use the bathroom. pathetic for a major company. also, we have been patrons of dd countless times and not used the facilities. so maybe we could get a free one once? my advice is go to some other place for donuts that does not engage in this corporate bs. no stars. how can one even think about eating without using the bathroom first, even if just to wash hands.

I was being a brat.
This place is open ²⁴⁄₇ and has a drive thru making it super easy to access.
The Arnold Palmer and all frozen coolatas are delicious-​although loaded with sugar, but it’s nice to indulge every once in a while.
The menu keeps growing due to new items that sound interesting but majority include meat, so I won’t be trying them.
The service is usually prompt, especially during the peak hours of the day.
This location is excellent because its across the street from Fresh Pond, which is great for grabbing a coffee and strolling around the pond on a leisurely day.

Breakfast was great. A small coconut coffee Colada with extra sugar and whip cream. A bag of hash browns. Etc… What more can you ask for? Quick and easy. My favorite. The drive thru line is always long, but it moves pretty fast. I always come here on the weekends. The ladies are very nice and never mess the order up. They always ask extra sugar? I say yes. They say it is sweet. I say yes. Haha

Around the corner from work and I always have a crazy order. They are one of the few dds that almost always gets it right. Better then the one across the st that almost always gets it wrong.

I go here often and generally it’s decent– its dunkin donuts. The drive thru is a little odd, but at least they have a drive thru, it is Cambridge. The last time I went there I literally had a verbal argument with the girl at the drive up. She gave me such an extreme attitude with a stare down and completely dirty look, for nothing at all, all because I asked for a stirofoam cup-​SERIOUSLY. I couldn’t believe that she was being so over the top obviously rude. So I called her out on her attitude problem and it seemed to straighten her out for the moment. But that girl really shouldn’t be working in customer service; I can only imagine how many people she treated like that until I spoke up. I would have asked for a manager (it really was that bad), but I didn’t have time– thats why I am writing this review– other employees took notice to me giving her a tongue lashing too– so it didn’t go unnoticed.

Went in for a couple of coolata drinks and the person didn’t know how to make it. Had to wait for another employee to get there to show him how to make it. Otherwise it tasted good.

Rude service, very rude service. The guy who was working would talk back to us and just was very unprofessional.

Great people, great service. 24 hrs is a huge plus when working late or pulling a night shift

This Dunkins is on the route to my office in Lexington, unfortunately the building has been «under construction» for months. I’m far too lazy to go to the other location in Alewife (with no drive-​thru) for my bagel & cream cheese fix in the morning.
Fingers crossed — they will be open for business soon!
