Convenient location. Did a quick stop to cure our sugar craving. Happy to see that they closed at 10pm., we just made it in time. I had to sample a few flavors. I ended up getting my usual cake batter. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Surprisingly it wasn’t freezing cold inside as usual. The ceiling fans were off. It was a nice ending to our day.

When you think of ice cream, it isn’t supposed to be melted, right? I give this ColdStone 1 star only because of the honest young girl behind the counter. I got a Mint Mint Chocolate mix, and at the register it was a melted slush. I was looking at it/mixing it, and I told the worker it’s melted and she agreed. She then offered to make me another one, and I definitely said yes. The Skinny vanilla ice cream didn’t look as melted, so I chose that one with the same mix ins. It didn’t look as melted, but still not the consistency ice cream is supposed to be. Maybe something is wrong with the freezer? I won’t be visiting again.

This is a piss poor excuse for an ice cream shop. There quote on quote«ice cream» is just coffee creamer in a bowl. Terrible customer service I asked for another spoon and the server gave me a filthy glare and I had to wait 5 minutes for the spoon. I wouldn’t recommend this mockery to anyone.

The ice cream wasn’t frozen. I watched a guy receive a ice cream sandwich that was melting when he received it. He asked if the cookie was hot when the server added the ice cream and she said no…0_o Very uncharacteristicly bad for a Coldstones

On a busy Wednesday night awesome employee, Jose Ojeda, made us a great milkshake! He had a huge line of people & worked like a machine(his nickname). The spot is worth your time, especially if you like seeing a hard work ethic in action. The milkshake was good, however, there was a 20 minute wait, so more workers behind the counter are definitely needed.

It took three consecutive lousy visits before I wrote a review but tonight was the icing on the cake(this Coldstone’s would be out of icing though)!!! The ice cream is super soft, they are out of almost every topping, the service is super slow(my kids waited a half an hour for crappy ice cream), the website says the store is open until 11:00pm, the sign at the store says 9:30pm but they locked the doors at 9:00pm! A customer showed up at 9:20pm and was pleading for them to let him in and they just shook their heads no!!! What a joke! I will only go back there one more time — to unload my worthless gift cards so I never have to walk into this store again. Management is non-existence — how do you run out of supplies every weekend — this store will be out of business soon, it is a disaster. If you want to make money with a business in Camarillo, I recommend opening a well managed ice cream store that is opened to 11:00pm on weekends and doesn’t run out of supplies!

LOVE their ice cream, however, their ice cream is expensive that it makes me much rather prefer purchasing a tub of ice cream at a grocery store. If you’re in the mood for a Subway sandwich, then this is the place to go because there is literally a Subway inside(YES! INSIDE!) the Cold Stone Creamery!

My wife wanted some ice cream so I got in the car and drove across town to get some for her and myself. Both of us like chocolate ice cream with different toppings. When I got there they had a sign up on the counter saying they were basically out of a bunch of stuff, including chocolate ice cream. Seriously? Out of chocolate ice cream at a creamery? To me that’s like a steak house running out of steak. Anyways. Next time I make a quick ice cream run it’ll be somewhere other than here.

The is a better one in town. I went a while back and haven’t been since. I was the only customer and there was no worker to be found. I waited over 5 minutes to find out the didn’t have the topping I wanted. Not to mention the ice cream looking old. I left without getting anything and I was pregnant at the time. Yes, it looked that bad. Despite, the store being a two minute drive from my house I go to the other one.

The quality of this ice cream at this location is pretty bad… I ordered the cheesecake ice cream and it had these gooey gummy pieces(that shouldn’t been there) and tasted like old freezer burned ice cream! My daughter and son both got the cake batter ice cream with brownies mixed in that were burnt and as hard as a rock. That’s ridiculous and I won’t be visiting this place again!

Ice scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! This is a nice change of pace from the other ice cream joint that offers 31 different flavors. Portions are inconsistent depending on the employee you get so watch ahead of time and plan accordingly. Great selection of toppings and the ice cream itself is good.

Yesterday I became a fan of Cold Stones. Today, I had a Coffee Creation, because they ran out of Coffee ice cream, I used Butter Pecan. Talking about out of this world. Loved.

If you want ice cream, you’ll get it, but that’s it. Cold Stone shares the space with Subway which is a put off because you smell warm, baking bread when you’re craving cold, sweet ice cream. They have no sugar free toppings aside from nuts. The service by the minimum wage, band-wannabe, long hair tucked up into hat kid was less than impressive. We felt we were bothering him and he wasn’t hiding his annoyance. I will not come to this location again. Bust Cold Stone. Finally, the spoons were the ones used for soup at Subway… too big for ice cream.

Oh Coldstone, I remember when I was first introduced to you in Tucson years ago by my then girlfriend now wife. Since those early beginnings you have spread like a virus across the country with clones sprouting up everywhere spreading your delectable delights to the masses. Your creamy ice cream plopped onto a frozen marble slab by a teenager working for minimum wage, who mixes it with anything I want and teasingly calls the sizes«love it», «gotta have it» and«Can’t live without it», making it hard to resist, but I must. I must resist for the sake of my waistline, I must resist. Alas, if my wife gets pregnant again, I will be coming to you for your special treats about once a week if not more. What can beat you? 31 flavors cant come up with the combinations you can. Frozen yogurt doesn’t satisfy quite the same. However, there is another. Another more powerful and less fattening force in the galaxy… Gelato. I long for the day Camarillo gets a gelato place to take you down. HAHAHAHAHAHA it will come someday, Coldstone. I hope you are prepared.
