It’s baskin robbins, so you already know what you are getting product wise. My 1 star rating is due to the horrendous customer service I received from Samantha. She seemed completely bothered by having customers and even said «whatever» when I asked a question. Samantha is in need of customer service training.

Update of my previous review from a comment of a fellow Unilocaler that I received.
I do agree that 1 star is a little harsh for the initial great service I received, however, to me, I can’t believe I wasn’t offered maybe a last scoop of ice cream to replace the one at the bottom that I threw away, I had to ask for a cup of water, and was insisted on that the oreos were fresh when they clearly werent.
Service comes second to the food quality and if the quality is refused to be improved upon/​be consumable by food standards, then what does service mean if I can’t even get any food to experience the service in the future.
Thank you for the reply to my Unilocal and I’m not sure if this is being received by you or BR31 as a whole (I’m still not too familiar with Unilocal yet) but I appreciate the constructive criticism and I hope BR31 sees where I am coming from.

Very disappointed in this BR Lady was not helpful and had this lost look about herself. Store was low on Ice cream. And when I asked how much for ½ gal she quoted me $ 35!!! I had to ask again because I thought I misheard but she confirmed the ridiculous price. I won’t bother with this place again.

Drove across town for a treat and got a Rude server to my 7yr old daughter… poor size serving that didn’t fill a child size cup… Left 3 calls to mgr still no call :(after 20 yrs I’ll give my business to someone else

Sitting here eating my overpriced, «STALE», ice cream. What a waste of money… place is a mess and you stick to the tables cause they havent been cleaned in a couple days. So glad I live by a reputable 31 flavors. Its in Simi in case you want to enjoy your ice cream next time.

Their Chocolate Peanut butter Ice cream is to die for but sometimes when I stop in the ice cream can have ice chips. The ice cream can be icy not a fan. If they can fix that I would be there all the time.

We’ve been going here for years. Friendly staff and fairly quick service. However, on our last visit we took a coupon from a locally bought $ 25 coupon book. The coupon for «buy one sundae get one free» said it didn’t expire until 12÷31÷13 and it was good at all Ventura County locations. Apparently not. We were told that they don’t accept those coupons. I don’t like being misled, baited and switched, or nickel and dimed. Will not be back. I’ll just go to Wild Cherry down the street.

tonight is 31 cent scoop night. My family all got ice cream for under 3 dollars. Sweet! My favs are gold medal ribbon and chocolate peanutbutter.
