If you can’t find the perfect souvenir here then it hasn’t been manufactured yet, best selection of Christmas ornaments I have ever seen anywhere. The home decorating options are superb. You can spend hours in this store ladies so leave the men at home if they don’t like to browse

St. Nick Nack’s in the back of the store is like a Christmas tree museum. I loved browsing all the designed trees. Unfortunately for the store owners, I didn’t buy anything. It’s not that there aren’t nice things. There are many… maybe too many! I was overwhelmed, but again, it’s me not them. You can pluck ornaments from the tree or find them lined up on a nearby wall. I was very impressed with their selection of Christopher Radko premium glass ornaments. You’ll see a lot of glass ornaments around, but Radko is like the Mercedes or BMW of Christmas ornaments. Very beautiful and also pretty pricey. They also have a nice display of Department 56 houses, which are the premium display village homes. They have several different themes and also had a good display of Halloween ones. I’m not sure if they are always available or if it was because we were visiting in October. It’s great to just browse and take in all the sights. We like to design and make our own wreaths, so this was great for inspiration. They have some beautiful bows for sale or you can get the ribbon and make the bows yourself. Most of the decorations for sale are ornaments and indoor things. So, St. Nick Nack’s is just a portion of this gigantic store. There are many nautical gifts, t-shirts, candles, windchimes, and other things for sale. It’s definitely worth the stop. I can’t wait to visit next year! The bathrooms are all the way on the opposite side of the store from St. Nick Nack’s(near the candles and windchimes).

I came here when I was a young child. We came to the area every summer and coming to the store was tradition to get our tshirts and taffy. It’s very large and you can spend over an hour and not see everything. It has so many gifts, tshirts, beach related items, Christmas, jewelry, shells, FUDGE, and more!!! It’s a fun shopping experience and worth coming by to check out. It’s near a lot of restaurants so it gets busy during prime eating time b/c they are waiting on a seat !! The staff was friendly and my kids liked the free fudge samples.

Great store with a WIDE variety of stuff. I’m biased but I highly recommend checking out Saint Nick Nacks the Christmas part of the store. It has tons of Christmas ornaments and a wide assortment of Christmas village houses too. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because everything in the store is grossly over priced.

Very interesting set of stores. My girl and I stopped by here on vacation and spent over an hour perusing the plethora of gifts. One can find anything from nautical gifts to Christmas décor and even some Halloween/Fall décor. It was a fun experience. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area and want some good gifts to take back home.

This place is a must see if you find yourself in the Myrtle Beach area. About a 20 minute ride from North Myrtle. Even if you don’t buy anything, just to see the massive quantity of items they sell here is something else. Not just the shlocky souvenir crap all the tourist stores in the area sell. Massive nautical selection. Christmas, Halloween, and everything else! Check it out!

Holy smokes Santa Claus!!! The biggest selection of Christmas décor/ornaments/everything christmas stuff I have ever seen. Don’t be fooled by the beachy décor when you walk in. Head straight to the back and enter the closest thing to the North Pole since the North Pole itself! Do you hear that? It’s Silver Bells welcoming you to 24÷7÷365 of Christmas goodness.

I agree with many of fellow Unilocalers on this one. This places is a MUST do if you are in the area. It has something like 30,000 square feet of shopping space and offers aything from shells to fudge to christmas ornaments. The fudge and saltwater taffy is a must try/buy and the christmas section is a must see. MUST stop here!

We stop here every time we’re in the area. There’s always something new and plenty to look at. They’ve done quite a few upgrades in the past few years and it looks great. Don’t leave without getting some fudge. There’s really something for everyone here. It’s not full of junk, like some of the other gift shops. Our entire family loves visiting here.

If you go to one store while in Calabash make sure it’s this one! This isn’t your typical tacky, cheap tourist shop! Huuuuuge store with tons of variety. They have good quality items for reasonable prices. They truly do have something for everyone. I loved the Christmas section!

Honestly… I thought this was going to be yet another butthole at the beach… HOWEVERTHISPLACESWEPTMEOFFMYFEET!!! Nicest beach store in the area with real high quality products. Huge assortment of shells and sea products. Awesome vintage maritime gear as well — real ship wheels, diving gear, bells etc. Just great. They had to DRAG me out…

Gotta up my rating to 5 stars. No trip to Calabash or Sunset Beach is complete without at least one(if not several) stops at Callahans. Fudge is amazing, a great selection of t-shirts, wonderful array of «beachy» things to buy, and my wife loves to browse and shop here, and can get lost in their jewelry section for an hour. The«nautical shop», as my family calls it, is a tradition. For us, it means we have«arrived» at the beach and it’s vacation time. Thank you, Callahan’s, for all the memories.

This is a giftshop mega-store stocking everything from the ubiquitious Vera Bradley bags to typical tourist tee-shirts, bumperstickers, fridge magnets, jewelry, hats, flip-flops, shot glasses, and all other sorts of knick-knacks. They also have a counter offering candy, fudge, and old-fashioned glass bottles of Coca-Cola, Nehi, Root-beer, etc. While I wasn’t in the mood to buy anything, I found it to be a fun place to walk off the fried food that was just consumed across the street.

Choose your selections carefully at Callahan’s. Nothing is refundable, even with a receipt. They will only issue store credit.

After many a visit to this area with my golf gang, I decided on a family vacation to the area. In my previous visits I had driven by Callahans many times. On this trip however, I knew if I drove past it, I would be in it ! To my surprise it turned out to be a enjoyable hour and a half. That’s correct, an hour an and half of shopping in gift shop! I know I’m losing my membership to all those manly associations but this place is interesting. The holiday decorations are amazing, so much so that you need to see it to believe it. However, it is the country store atmosphere(wooden floors, old scales, etc.) that I liked the most. I really think they have anything and everything you could ever need to buy while on vacation. I’m already trying to think of an excuse to visit Callahans when I visit with my golf group next year. There must be at least one other macho guy in my group that I can talk into a visit to Callahans. Even if we need to sneak out and take an oath not to tell anyone else. Do yourself a favor and stop in and enjoy a really cool and different gift shop !!

This place has a little bit of everything. It’s basically every holiday you ever imagined — St. Nick’s Nacks is a Christmas village, plus there’s a Halloweentown, and an Easter room, etc. — plus just your standard beach-style gifts, from flip flops to seashells to deck chairs to jewelry. It’s a really cool place. There was some construction going on when I visited, so I can only imagine they’re adding more things. I look forward to seeing what’s new!
