The store is back open and really pretty however the service from the general manager of that store is HORRIBLE! I called last week to see if they had an item I saw on the online clearance section. The guy that I spoke with found the item and put them on hold. I confirmed with him that the additional 30% off was in store as well. Well, when I went to pick them up the guy that helped me said he can only give me what’s ringing up and not the additional 30%. He called the general manager(Leslie) over and she insisted sales online were different from in-store. She wasn’t nice about it though. She was RUDE! Gave me a crazy look for even asking, basically didn’t want to acknolwedge that the item was actually a clearance item. Went to WS Topanga that very same day and they gladly did it. I told them what happened to me at the Calabasas store. When I mentioned it was clearance online they did a little research and found that the item wasn’t tagged properly. They found the error, fixed the price and honored the additional percentage off. Why couldn’t the General Manager at the Calabasas store do this? Instead she decides to be rude. Clearly Leslie at the Calabasas store was either 1. too lazy to do her job or 2. doesn’t have the proper experience to tackle such an issue. Funny story(which prompted me to write this Unilocal review) today, they posted a pic on their instagram(WSCALABASAS) of the clearance section and the additional 30% off sign. Guess what is displayed in the front??? The item I wanted to purchase! Ha! So I left a comment on their post about how it was funny the item they vehemently denied being clearance was front and center on the clearance table. As expected, instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing for their mistake, they deleted my comment. Had they not deleted my comment and instead reached out to me, my Unilocal review would have been really different. But since they lack customer service and needed damage control, they went the easy route and deleted it. I will NEVER visit this Williams Sonoma again. The company should be ashamed of who they have running that store. Every other store that I have been to has been awesome! Perhaps this store should have remained closed and never re-opened. Do yourself a favor, visit the Topanga Store. They are so much nicer and really helpful.

I have always been a fan of Williams-Sonoma. I shop there often and have bought much of my cookware there. This past weekend I went to the Calabasas location to purchase some dinner ware. I am sorry to say that although I found the items that I was looking for, I received the worse service from James. He was unfriendly, seemed bothered to answer my questions, and almost annoyed that he had to ring my purchases up and then bag them. In addition, I had a coupon for $ 10 off a purchase of $ 50 or more. Once the order was rung up, I questioned if the $ 10 had been adjusted from the total. He told me «yes»; come to find out, it hadn’t been applied to my purchase and he only made it right when I pointed it out. I actually intended to purchase more items, but because I was made to feel so unimportant, I went to a different location. I will continue to shop at Williams-Sonoma, but definitely not at the Calabasas location.

Who doesn’t love the smell of freshly baked pecan bread with a plethora of kitchen accessories?! Every time I come inside, I dream of the store being my very own kitchen! To the left they have your mixers, panini makers, baking tools, espresso machines etc. and to the right, they have the dining sets, plates, towels, dining etc. Directly in front is the cutlery sets. This store also houses a lot of ready made products such as pasta sauces, barbecue sauces, spices, as well as bread mixes, cupcake mixes, and a lot of other really rustic premixed items. There’s just no need to go anywhere else for your kitchen needs! I absolutely LOVE the baking cookie sheets from here. My cookies come out perfectly every time without the need for grease beforehand. The quality is always really top notch and I just can’t say enough about that. I never have any problems with any of the items too. I even use their oven mitts and dish soap! Really glad this location reopened! Come in and see for yourself!

The store is back open and so convenient! One of my favorite kitchen stores! They offer the best bakeware! Love using the Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract! Vanilla bean too! Great seasonal candies and hot coco! Oh don’t forget the marshmallows! The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. Often cooking up delicious samples. I frequently have been going to the Beverly Hills location but am glad this one reopened!

I have to say that I normally don’t leave a bad review but Williams-Sonoma put up a sign in the front that says up to 75% off. So I go inside the store and I’m looking and looking and looking and I see nothing that’s 75% off not even up to 75% off. So I asked the employee where is the 75% off??? I only see 25% off. he says oh they’re out there and I say show me! we both go together and the guy can’t fine one item that’s 75%.

They are really nice over the phone. i.e. They did not have a product that I needed, so they recommended a place where I could get the item of interest without me prompting them to do so. In my estimation that sort of service gets a 5 star rating. However, their prices will bring them down to four stars.

Great products, bad service. I may not look like a girl with tons of money but never have I once walked into the store and gotten so much as a «hello». Not friendly at all. I will not be shopping here again…

Normally love this store, inflated prices and all. However, two days ago I purchased a supposed new Nespresso expresso machine and mild froher«pre-wrapped» for the holidays. Once I got it home and unwrapped it, surprise, surprise, it been sold once with a number of the expresso«packets» gone. Went back to the store and the clerk could have cared less. He acted like he was doing me a favor just to refund the money. Poor customer service. Poor quality control. If you are going to charge«retail plus,» you need to get your act together in the product and employee area…

If I had expendable income, Williams Sonoma would be on my list of places to spend it! Greeted with a friendly, «Would you like to try some peppermint bark?» — I wandered in. Why, yes, I would love some. I’m not usually a peppermint person but yum! It was delicious. At just over $ 25 a box, it could make a nice holiday gift to someone. Aside from the tasty holiday treats, Williams Sonoma has an assortment of items from high quality cookware to kitchen accessories to utensils. I was able to complete a few more items for my Oxo collection — surprisingly, they weren’t super overpriced, which was a nice surprise.

If you want a place to shop where the help is rude, pretentious, and decidedly unhelpful(ironic isn’t it) shop at the Calabasas Williams Sonoma.

I love how you can shop at the fabulous Williams-Sonoma minus the hassle of a mega-mall. Located within the beautiful outdoor shopping center called The Commons at Calabasas, you will find this gem of a store. Here you will find great gourmet kitchen appliances and quality cookware.
