this pharmacy has the worst service. Going to ask my boss to switch to another. I’d rather drive another 10 minutes to ensure good customer service.
They open at 9:00AM. I walk in and Linda was giving an albertsons employee a flu shot.
next up is a poor man in crutches, and she has no problem making him wait while she opens up show and answers phone calls.
why didn’t she take the time to handle that before servicing the employee. she chose to make the injured gentleman wait, doesn’t seem right to me.

I live near this pharmacy so it’s the most convenient to go to. I haven’t really had the same issues as the other Unilocalers on here. They have my prescription on auto-​renew and I just swing in to grab it after I get the automated voicemail that it’s ready. They’re open til 9pm during the week. Easy peasy. It would be nice if they were friendlier but all I really want is for my prescription to be ready on time, which it is.

Its hit or miss with this pharmacy sometimes I get great service but more times than not its horrible and my meds aren’t ready when they say they will be.

Unfortunately, my experiences have been about the same as these others. They always have an attitude, and seem rushed. I don’t feel like they appreciate the business.
One of the less-​than-​desirable experiences really rubbed me the wrong way. I was trying to fill a Rx for an eye drop. I told them I’ll be in about 10 minutes before they close, coming straight from doc. I hand them my Rx and the date is incorrect. Doc made an error. They started closing shop saying they couldn’t stay open 1 minute past 5pm. I literally needed 3 minutes to have doc send over new Rx. It was like pulling teeth with this pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy! The staff is disorganized and rude. I keep trying to give them another chance and I can guarantee the each time something will go wrong. They will get the name wrong on the prescription even when it is right in front of them, or the insurance will be screwed up. They need to rethink the staff at this location.

This pharmacy is all over the place… they are SO unorganized, and they always say my prescription will be ready when it is not. They even told me I didn’t have any more refills, and then the next day I called back and they said I had two refills.
My Doctor has has many issues with them when refilling my prescriptions.
The people who work there need to be a lot more cheerful and organized in order to keep customers satisfied.
