Best store ever! Was in the store yesterday with my 10 year old daughter and the ladies in the store were super sweet and helpful. She walked out with super cute cloths. They also have a HUGE selection of swimwear from top designers for all body types. Highly recommended.

Nicole & Mara helped me find some great swimsuits for my upcoming trip to the Dominican. They were extremely patient and did not seem bothered by the fact that I wanted to try practically everything on in the store. Great customer service from these ladies. I got 4 really cute bikinis, the only thing that sucks about this place is that it’s SO expensive. We’re talking like average $ 200 a swimsuit. However, they do have a lot of styles & prints to choose from & since these are designer suits the quality is pretty good.

I have always loved the merchandise at Diane’s Beachwear. I had not been in for years because the last time I went in I didn’t have a great experience. However, this time was pleasantly different. The wizard of swimwear, Michelle helped me find a few new suits. I came in looking for black bikini bottoms and left with 3 new suits! Bikinis are not my favorite thing to shop for. I expressed that to Michelle from the start and she reassured me she had the perfect suit(s) to fit my body type. Some of the suits are too skimpy for my taste but they truly have something in there for everyone. You get the vibe that the ladies in there really love what they are doing!

I was in the commons and decided to walk through Diane’s because I hadn’t been in almost a year because of my previous bad experience. I wanted to update my review because the girl in the store was friendly, and the store wasn’t a mess. The reason why I’m rating them three stars is because I don’t think the customer service representative telling me to come in and spend more money was a good solution to my previous experience. At least customer service in store seems to have improved.

Great swimsuits… great location. No complaints here but also wasn’t trying to make a return but realize when you buy swimwear it’s usually a no return/or exchanges type deal. But again, that’s just what I’m used to.

Went to Diane’s this past Saturday(08/02/2014. Walked in and immed found lots of acacia and Mikoh, which was what my daughter and I were looking for. The sales girls were super sweet and super helpful. The main girl helping me was a tall thin brunette who had the best personality and even offered my dog water. Anyway, left there laughing, but in a good way and with a new Acacia swimsuit for my daughter and a really cute pair of sweats and bracelet for myself. Not stuck up at all and very helpful

Just left the store. I was considering buying a bikini. But the way the girl was following me all around the store as I’m trying to shop, I felt so uncomfortable I decided not to. It almost felt like she was afraid I would shop lift or something… I kept catching her out the corner of my eye literally fixing every piece of hanger I touched. Note: the hangers weren’t perfect to begin with so I don’t see why this was necessary… Won’t be bringing my business here again.

Let me start off by saying I love this store and the clothing items being sold. I have purchased many items from this store with no problems, but for some reason today I experienced a strange encounter. I walked in and there was no customers in the store and one sales rep quickly greeted me and made me feel welcome which I appreciate. As I started looking around I realized someone else seemed to be hovering over my shoulder the entire time, the other sales rep. I tested my own questions by moving from one end of the store to the complete opposite and of course she followed me. I don’t know if this is a new company policy due to previous shoplifting but I know it made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. So uncomfortable and offended that I actually left for the first time without purchasing a single thing.

Walked into the store to just check it out, a very nice lady actually not nice at all helped me. She was so friendly I saw a pair of pants I liked but didn’t have time to try them on, she suggested I buy them and could bring them back if they didn’t work, they could be returned within 7 days. They didn’t fit right and I was careful to take them back within the allowed time. Just one thing she didn’t mention, NO refunds just store credit. Kind of a cheap shot in my opinion she said just bring them back in 7 days no mention of her store credit only policy. There was one thing I didn’t mention either I am a costume designer and thought she had cute things and was planning on shopping there for my show and spreading the word. Her $ 43 sale cost her alot of money.

The store is great with amazing beachwear but I will never shop there again due to their poor or non existant cusI have had problems since I purchased a «see thru» bikini there($ 200). I was told they don’t return anything and to contact the manufacturer, the manufacturer Luli Fama which said the bikini was not see thru, I took pictures that showed it wet with my bikini hair and private parts clearly visible and after about 10 emails they said to take it up with Diane’s, the business. I went back there and Gigi, the general manager I have been dealing with said she had no say and would get fired if she did anything but agreed with me that the bikini was very«see thru» but she had already talked to Corporate and they refused to do anything. I believe in patronizing my local neighborhood establishments until I feel they are no longer deserving of my $$. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

While waiting to meet a friend for dinner, I wandered in seeing some adorable clothes; and adorable they were. I quickly picked up a few shirts to try on and was looking for others as I continued to be ignored by 2 sales people. There were also 2 other customers in the store that evidently required all the attention. A tall middle aged, very thin woman trying on very tall, very slim summer dresses. A young woman trying on bikinis that they also assumed required a lot of attention. Then there was an older woman, older figure and evidently needed no attention as I was ignored and walked past twice. As they offered to «put your things in a room» or «can I get you another size» to the other women, I seemed to be invisible. When I asked if I could try on clothes, I was told«sure» but nobody moved. The other 2 ladies were«escorted» to fitting rooms. I have lived in Calabasas 20 years and from what I could tell I was the only one that made a purchase, but I have never been treated this way. The clothes are great but the staff left a lot to be desired. I believe in patronizing my local neighborhood establishments until I feel they are no longer deserving of my $$. I won’t be shopping here anymore.
