Caltech Pools

I researched for over a year to find the perfect leak detection company. It was well worth the wait. I found Caltech on Unilocal and on an internet search. Celia is the office manager. She was able to answer all of my questions and immediately schedule a time for Darren (owner) to come out and assess my leak. He created and owns a patent on several leak detection machines and repair items. Darren does all of his repairs and guarantees his work. He arrived on time with his assistant. They are a great team. They are precise, neat, organized and knows everything there is to know about a pool. I immediately felt safe. Darren also offered more than one solution to repair my leak. Praise God. This was the first time in years I was able to vacuum my pool and see the bottom. There is no longer a leak!

Used Caltech last summer to find a leak, they found and fixed some small leaks. Darren also said, if you see the pool is still leaking just call me and we will come back out there and check it out. So I did after noticing I was losing water ! he found and fixed the leak, well for the last month, I have not lost any water. Yahooooo. Office staff was also awesome. Save water and fix your leaks !

If you have or suspect a possible pool leak this is the company to call!
I originally made the mistake of hiring a «pool maintenance/​leak» guy that did not have the proper equipment to find the leak (s). Keep in mind that it is easy to do a visual test, a bucket test or even a dye test, HOWEVER, with all those steps accomplished you can still have leaks in other places — such as your pipes in which you need to hire a company that has actual leak detention tools. I paid this guy money to come out to basically tell me that yes I do have a leak… and he could refer me to a company that could actually fix the problem and find exactly where the leak was. This was a complete waste of money as I already knew I had a leak. After this horrible experience I immediately called Caltech and they fixed everything.
Darren was extremely nice and professional. The work was great and he definitely found 2 big leaks. I save about $ 250 in my water bill which I just got!
