Nice McDonalds with obvious recent upgrades (flat screen menus, television in lobby)… Quick efficient service, prompt and accurate

I actually got a hot hamburger today, I was shocked! Service was quick, people were friendly in the drive thru and i was in & out of line fast!

This location could careless about happy customers… when their employees make mistakes with orders they will gladly charge you to make it correct rather then fix the issue and make the customer happy… employees have No customer skills… manager wouldn’t even fix mistake without 20 cent charge!

WORST ! I go order breakfast after hearing them show off how they have it ALL day ! Didn’t even have what we wanted 1^st off & still let us order it we get to the window & tell us there? Manager stood there & said no sorry nor explanation!

*** Pit stop review (Cabazon) ***
This is a pretty standard Micky D’s. I had to find a place to grab a bite without huge lines. This Micky D’s worked out because I needed an escape from tacos and burgers. The filet-​o-​fish slider hit the spot. This particular McDonald’s is hard to miss. It’s right off of the freeway at the west end of the Cabazon Outlet Center. During the weekends this place is pretty packed full of people. The tour buses always makes stops here to let all of the tourists off.
Here’s what I liked…
* This location is that it’s not too far off the freeway.
* The plentiful parking for large vehicles is another plus.
* It’s also the only place to eat in the immediate vicinity outside of the Cabazon Outlet. That only matters if you’re shopping at the outlet.
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* A little dingy, especially the restroom.
* Got the hee-​bee jee-bee’s from the weirdo with the staring problem… Should have asked, «whut chu look’n at foo???» ha ha ha…
Food = ok (as expected)
Seating area = ok
Service = ok
Restroom = very dingy

I have only ever stopped here once and we just went in the drive through to get iced coffee for myself (needed caffeine) and something fun to drink for the boys. One child wanted a chocolate shake but the lady working the drive through politely informed me that their shake machine was down, so I ordered him a berry smoothie instead (his brother had also asked for a smoothie). When I got up to the payment window the cashier was an adult woman. When I got up to the order window, the employee there was also an adult woman (kind of unusual… I would have expected it to be staffed just with teenagers). The order window employee told me that it was «happy hour» and she had given us one of the smoothies for free. I am not a frequent McDonald’s customer but I am pretty sure they don’t have a happy hour and just comped the drink because I had wanted something else originally. That was a nice unexpected bonus as well as great customer service. I found both ladies to be polite and efficient… which is something that none of the employees at my last visit to McDonald’s (different location) were.
So thank you, ladies, for the efficiency, manners, and customer service!

Do not stop by this place. Worst customer service ever. People here are so rude and have bad attitude.

Lots of parking. The menu was so small I couldn’t read it.

This McDonalds is a dump. Place is filthy and a majority of the workers need a lesson in customer service and be told to leave there attitude at home. It’s not my fault your life sucks. I expect a lot more from a place with this kind of foot traffic.
Don’t expect to be in a hurry either. Go thru the drive thru to get in and out quicker. The walk-​ins are not priority here.
Napkins are under lock down as well. They will not mix in your cream or sugar in your coffee unless you are drive thru.

This place is soooo bad. First off, this place is filthy from all the traffic they get. I over looked this because I was looking forward to golden crispy nuggets and fries, but instead I received dry, over salted, and uneventful. I watched what looked like the manager (didn’t get her name) being rude and smart to pretty much everyone that walked up to her register. What was especially hard was watching her impatience with an elderly woman. In addition, the workers in the back were laughing and cracking jokes and we’re basically cheering her on. When I was about to complain, I saw what looked liked the owner witnessing this the whole time! He even conducted an interview which I heard him refer to the applicant as beautiful (gross!!). In that moment, I realized that this place is going to get traffic anyway because of so many people visiting from out of the country, state, etc. and they could care less about their customers. Why should they? No, one is making them accountable with ownership/​management like that. It seems to me they have a comfortable little scam going. With the remodel of the outlets, there are new restaurants available, so if you can, then I would advise you to avoid this place like the plague! They will not get me to pay for another BAD meal to eat in filth again, or for their horrible service ever again. Disgusting!

Pretty certain this is the ONLY McDonald’s off a major highway that does NOT have a baby changing station in the bathroom. Seriously? Who designed this location?

Good food, quick service! But they did not give me my condements for my breakfast platter.

This place is DIRTY & GROSS, especially the bathrooms. The dining area is also dirty because people are just messy eaters and people don’t throw away their trash or clean up after themselves. The employees aren’t focused on their store just in one particular area of their work. This location is just gross and dirty. I can’t trust to eat here anymore.

The food was good, and the restaurant was clean. The restroom was nasty though. They have the waterless urinals which are usually ok as long as you change the cartridge. One of their urinals was long overdue for its cartridge change. They covered the urinal with a trash bag, but the smell of urine that was setting in the urinal was so overpowering you couldn’t be in there for more than a min.

Worst tasting McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The 2 cheeseburgers tasted like cardboard! I was hoping for a savory greasy meal that would fulfill my flirtatious desires but I was left hanging…
I won’t be coming back here next time I’m at the outlets.

Stopped for breakfast at 7:30am. This place is dirty! Their bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I told the young lady at the counter and she said there wasn’t anyone available to check it, but it was scheduled to be cleaned later today. Really?

If I could give this place ½ star I would. Stopped at this McDonald’s to use their restroom and get beverages for the drive home. My first tip that something was wrong was the huge crowd of anxious/​irritated looking people waiting with receipts in their hands waiting for their numbers to be called. We’re talking 12 to 15 people waiting here.
One girl was on the register taking order after order but she never moved more than a foot from her «post», not to fill a beverage cup, not to place a sandwich in a bag. Another girl was bagging items at a snail’s pace and calling out the numbers at the same… slow… speed. Several people were scurrying around in the kitchen but food rarely appeared on the counter.
Our order consisted of 2 fill– your– own sodas and a vanilla shake. When after 10 minutes I asked Register Girl about the shake, she gave me a blank stare and said «it’s coming».
No «let me get that for you», or «sorry for the delay». She went back to her register and stood there.
By this time the waiting crowd was looking wide-​eyed and desperate, surging forward and back like racehorses at a starting gate. Hubby was ready to forget about the shake and head for the car when… Finally… Our number was called.
We fled the scene as quickly as possible. My recommendation is to avoid this location at all costs unless you are in desperate need of a bathroom because this place is the s*its.

We stopped by this McDonalds to get a small bite to eat after a day of shopping at the outlets next door. We went thought the drive through and ordered a McChicken and a small Caramel Frappé. We were about to pull forward when saw that the monotone voiced employee wrote that we ordered a Mocha Frappé instead of what we actually said. Once we told her that we actually wanted is when she said that they just cleaned out all the machines so we were unable to order that type of drink. Well, okay then, just stop making frappés in the middle of the day, that’s cool.
We settled with just the McChicken and when I got it, the bag smelled like it had been drenched in maple syrup.
To come to a conclusion; I’m glad that I won’t be coming back to this particular McDonalds any time soon.

Well, I was here yesterday during a shopping excursion at the outlets. We got hungry and didn’t want Panda Express so McDonald’s was the next best thing.
FOOD — 3 Stars: The food here is consistent and I applaud McDonald’s for that. We ordered a Big Mac, Chicken Sandwich, and McRib meals. All of these were good and didn’t miss a beat.
SERVICE — 2.5 Stars: The service here was ok. Nothing special and the workers were a bit confused when we asked if they two sandwiches used the same chicken meat. I don’t know if that’s confusing, but I thought it was a simple question.
ATMOSPHERE — 0 Stars: This place is disgusting. The eating area is ok, but the bathroom is gross. I walked in to wash my hands and it smelled so bad. Then, I proceeded to wash my hands only to realize that there was a hand dryer and nothing to hold the door open with. So, what did I do? The moment someone stepped inside when I was in mid-​rinse (after soaping of course) I stuck my foot out to hold the door and used napkins to dry my hands. It was that disgusting. It was like I needed another sink outside to wash my hands from holding the door. Yuck!
RECOMMENDATION: I will only ever come back here to eat if I absolutely have to otherwise the food court sounds way better than this McDonald’s. Just be warned that it’s dirty in here… I’m getting shivers remembering the grossness.

Every time I come to Palm Springs, this is one of our stops for coffee, fries and ice cream (when having a sweet tooth moment), It’s a convenient spot when you want to get off the road for 5 min to use the restroom and get a snack.
Staff are polite and they keep the restaurant and bathrooms nice and clean.
