Burger King

This Burger King is disgusting. The toilet was filled to the brim and urinal was like a swamp. I lost my appetite after going in there.

Despite being nearly empty on a Sunday morning it still tool over ten minutes to receive my 5 piece french toast stick meal and when it finally did come there were no apologies just attitude from the completely indifferent cashier. Fuck this place. Now I know why it’s been years since I stopped at a Buger King.

First of all, you cannot hear the people at the drive thru speaker. It is awful. The volume is so low. When I told the lady at the window, her response was that she could hear me so that is all that matters. My Whopper Jr. was cold. They forgot the fries but I knew better than to drive off without checking my order. When I let the lady know, she was very quick to give them to me no questions asked do that is a good thing. That was the only fast part of the service. It is a busy stop do don’t expect fast food.

Customer service sucks! The lady was rude and to top it off they screwed up my order.

I ordered a Whopper Jr. At 9:45 am. Kudos’ for offering lunch early. The food was a little slow coming out. Store opened at 7am. The fries were hot and fresh. The meat on the sandwich was lukewarm. Didn’t even melt the cheese. The door to the men’s toilet would not lock.

This is a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. The staff is friendly and attentive to the customers needs. Extremely easy freeway access. Dining room is always clean and the food is always fresh. Great view of the Cabazon Dinosaurs as well.

This place is so gross. We came to eat after going to Cabazon and the lady taking our order was yelling at the people at the drive-​thru. The soda has no carbonation and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. There were bugs all over the restroom and i couldnt stand being in there at all. The women working put their own music on the speakers and turned it so loud that i couldnt hear the person sitting next to me. Very dirty and unprofessional. Never coming back.

Fries were so salty I couldn’t even finish eating them. Workers seemed careless. One was even playing music from her phone out of her shirt pocket while taking orders. Definitely won’t be back to this one.

This is a good Burger King in that I had no complaints whatsoever about the service, it was fast, friendly and accurate as well as proactively informative where they ask the right questions and make suggestions.
They offer both lunch and breakfast menu items before 9am as well.
The other reason is that this Burger King is located right next to the Cabazon Dinosaurs @ 50 800 Seminole Dr, Cabazon, CA 92 230 where you can see and take photos of the huge Brontosaurus and Tyrannosaurs Rex, even from your car window without getting out.
Plus, it’s close to the Cabazon Palm Desert Outlets too and on the way to Palm Springs as well as the Palm Springs Aerian Tramway (right before the Highway 111 connection.

I don’t eat at too many fast food restaurants and I don’t remember the last time eating at a Burgerking but I was starving and driving home from phoenix.
Went thru the drive-​thru and the lady was nice but the burger was a mess and the paper inside had crap all over it.

Stopped this morning at Cabazon. No service person on site. Door open. Cook saw me but was on a personal phone call. Waited 5 minutes and not one person if there were any, acknowledged my presence. Why is this place open.

Flies everywhere disgusting they land in the bathrooms on the toilets and they don’t do anything to kill him. I even asked the girl behind the counter do you have a fly swatter she said yes… So why aren’t you killing them.

If I could leave a zero I would. Spent $ 47.00 on the most disappointing breakfast I’ve ever purchased for my family. James the manager was awful. He looked miserable to be there. The soda fountain was low on syrup. I asked him if he could fill my drink behind the counter. He refused and rudely pushed my cup back at me as I held it out. Waited for ½ hour. My order was incomplete and the cook took my receipt and threw part of the missing food on my table. No tray. She still didn’t get it correct. Dining room was filthy. Flies landing on food. Restrooms dirty. I’ll never eat there again. Corporate needs to step in! The food was gross. I threw most of it in the trash. Needless to say, the only staff member that was somewhat courteous was a young man that clocked in as I was leaving. He at least gave me the manager’s name and offered to get my receipt reprinted. What a joke!

So, filthy, dirty and flies everywhere… It’s not a clean place… But, staff is really nice…

The ONLY reason I’m giving this place more than 1star is because the guy at the counter, Damien, was totally cute. I felt sorry that he was working there. If I could offer him a better job I would. I asked if he was bored and got a smile out of him. Other than that, I got nothing good to say.

I haven’t been to a Burger King in, I don’t know how long, but I don’t recall their Restrooms being so unkept. There was no hand soap, nor paper towels. What do the employees do after they use the facilities.
The condition of this facilities ruined it for me, I didn’t stay to order food and risk looking at it wondering if the employees who came in contact with it didn’t wash their hands. I will not be returning to this or any other BK for any reason.

So it’s Burger King. Just off the highway, in front of a tourist trap. You’re not eating here because you’re not looking for a fine-​dinning experience; you’re here because you’re hungry, you’re traveling and maybe someone in your car decided that life would not be complete until they’ve posed for a FB photo next to life-​sized Dinosaur.
I ate here recently for all of the above reasons. The day I ate here the staff were friendly, the food was OK (the bun on my burger had way too much flower in it) and within a half-​hour we were back on the road, bellies full and FB photos uploaded.

I know this place may seem like the only option when heading west on the 10 from Palm Springs. PLEASE DO NOT STOP HERE. Move on down the road about ten minutes and you’ll find a few more places to eat. My wife got sick from the food here. It’s just gross, cold, and greasy. We ordered chicken sandwiches and their mayonnaise was gelatinous. We also picked up a double whopper for a friend and it was terrible as well, with rubbery meat and hard bread. I work locally about 8 minutes from this Burger King and took the food back to work. I know that its different than eating there, but still the food should not taste as though it was an hour old. There are a few options I’d recommend; the outlet center, McDonald’s, A&W, Ruby’s, In n out (not open as of this review, but soon will be), and the casino. Please pick any of these. Also if you need gas, go to the Morongo Station, it’s 50 cents cheaper than anything else within a 4 mile radius or just head into Banning.

Do not come here. This place is disgusting. Flies everywhere. Bathrooms are gross. Service is horrible. Ketchup is empty. Credit cards not accepted as «the system is down» yet the signs make it seem like this is a permanent thing. 20 minutes to get 3 chicken sandwiches.
Burger King corporate needs to pull their franchise right away.

Stopped at this Burger King on the way back from Palm Springs and never thought that you could get scammed and ripped off at a fast food place. I ordered something off the value menu and they proceed to order and charge me for larger portions. I also ordered a combo meal for my wife and they automatically charged for the upgrade to a large combo without letting me know.
It wasn’t until I looked at the receipt that I find the unauthorized and unneccessary upcharges so I brought it to the manager’s (Jason) attention. He reluctantly gives me the difference in price (says…well that is what you ordered… um no, it wasn’t because I know what I ordered)…and says that he had to upgrade the combo because they ran out of regular size cups… like that was my issue.
Ultimately, it was probably a buck or 2 difference, but I was so upset about the whole situation, I couldn’t eat the crap they served.
