This is my first time buying a car. Luke help me find the perfect car for me and help me to get approved. It was such a smooth process.

Great car-​buying experience! I worked with Tony in buying a new-​to-​me Mazda just days after they received it. Even though the car was priced a bit higher than others I was looking at, I was more than happy to deal with Tony first as he offered the best customer service by far.
100% of my questions about the vehicle (exterior/​interior photos, service paperwork, sales price & more) were answered via email in ONE business day — this was especially helpful as I’m 1.5 hrs away from the dealership. He also took time on his day off (I realized later during the sale) to be available while a third party mechanic I hired did a multi-​point inspection of the car on-​site — no questions asked. In comparison, another dealer (located in Fairfield) said I can buy the car and return it if something wrong came up during inspection (!!!).
Timeline: Saw the car online Wednesday and had all questions addressed by Tony, booked a mechanic on Thursday for a Friday appointment, and bought it on Saturday feeling 100% confident in my purchase and who I was giving business too. Win-​win!

Hendrik is THE BEST. I just leased my 2^nd Fiat from here and it was easy and I got exactly what I wanted. No questions why I wanted what, just showed me what they had that fit into both my budget and wish list. They worked with me on every angle possible to get me the car I wanted for the best deal. Fiat Service in Burlingame is the best. Harry Ng is the best service advisor I have ever met, being persistent, professional, and listening. His manager, Jeffrey is also very helpful. If it weren’t for them, especially Harry, Fiat would not be the fun car it is to drive as it is. Kudos to Harry! I highly recommend buying a car across the street, and use the service there!

Seems like lots of people have had good experiences leasing a Fiat. I have had the misfortune of trying to get a car serviced here and two visits later they are still unable to execute on fairly simple repairs, wasting a lot of my time. That wouldn’t merit a 1 star but they basically lied about how long a repair would take. A one day repair became a «can you leave it for two days to make sure everything dries for safety reasons» request probably because they didn’t line up the parts in advance (would have been fine to say that guys). End of day two (when the repair was supposed to be finished curing) they call to say when they took the part out, it was missing something and they can’t install. You can imagine how frustrating it is to hand your car over for two days only to find out at the last minute when they were planning to install the part (presumably my safety and waiting for it to dry were no longer a concern), they couldn’t because it was missing a bracket. When confronted about this discrepancy, they said well it takes a day to take the part and clean things up (except they hadn’t done that either). Basically lying. Their service guys are friendly and trying hard, but covering for incompetency in the service department. Back for attempt two and a one day repair is going to be a multi day journey now as they worked out something (belatedly) they didn’t realize was going to be harder than they thought. Hey, I’m not an expert on Fiat repairs but it really seems like you guys aren’t either. Huge waste of time. Would take it to Fiat (SF) who have been great so far except that they are closed for renovations.
Advice: just tell the truth, it will waste less of everyone’s time and read up on the repairs you’re doing so you know what’s involved.

Just yesterday, my wife and I bought a 2013 used Fiat from Fiat of Burlingame. Our sales representative, Tony Moyrong spent part of two days walking us through the process of buying this cute little car. He took his time as he explained all the car’s features (It helped that he owned a 2013 Fiat) and then sat patiently in the back seat while I drove the streets of Burlingame. The car has spunk! On the second day, Tony took us through the paper work and we finalized the deal. Unlike many other sale’s representatives, we never felt any pressure during the sale. He deals well with customers. I can actually say that I enjoyed the two days — laughed quite a bit. Heck, he even took our photo at the end and promised to add it to his «photo frame» collection. In turn, I promised to send him a Xmas card.

I did not purchase the car at my first visit. No pressure was put on me to buy.
I called Luke after a few days. Both the cars I was interested in were sold. Luke found me another one after a few days. I was lucky. Everything about this purchase was a breeze.

Great experience buying a used car!

I bought my Fiat500 sport in May 2013, and never got a call or a thank you email from the dealer.
I know this sounds silly, but this was a big purchase for me, and they seem not to care for customer service at all. All the emails I receive is from them is about trying to sell me something or asking for referral — awful!
I’m actually trying to sell my car now, and I called in to try to schedule a service visit — 1^st time after 2,5 years. SO disappointing! The guy was really rude and didn’t make an effort to help me in any way! He wasn’t friendly at all, and it made me feel like it was a hassle to schedule a time for me.
Didn’t say anything and just hung up on my face!
Right after that, I decided to call Fiat Berkeley, and the guy that answered the phone was really friendly and helpful. He scheduled my appointment right away, and have me all the information I needed to know and expect in terms of pricing, timing and coverage.
If I knew this before buying my car, I’d definitely gone to Fiat Berkeley instead!
Horrible customer service! No appreciation for my business at all!

Bay Area folks, come here first if you need to buy a used or new car, hands down. I am originally from New Jersey and many of us normally would steer clear of salemen at dealerships due to the reputations they may have when it comes to hustling.
Hendrik Nursalim is an honest salesman who was courteous, extremely knowledgeable about the car, and not pushy at all. He was thoughtful and listened to all of my concerns and partnered well with me to make sure we were both able to come to an agreement on price that felt good to both of us.
If you want to work with someone with integrity, honesty, and kindness, definitely ask for Hendrik at Fiat of Burlingame. I will be making all of my car purchases there going forward.

Just had the most pleasant experience at Fiat of Burlingame. Worked with Tony in sales and George in finance. What an absolutely seamless transaction. i was in and out in less than an hour and a half and that included the tutorial of the vehicle. This is how car buying should be. Car was fully charged and was ready to go. I strongly recommend this dealership.

Always intrigued by electric cars, and the fun appearance of the Fiat, we took a test drive of the 500e without the intent to buy.
We were courteously greeted by Elton who became our Fiat ambassador over the next week as we moved from mild interest to signing our first-​ever car lease. Thoughout the process, Elton quickly addressed our questions and concerns (e.g. color, cost, availability). When we signed the lease, he even helped us complete the rebate paperwork.
I’m really not sure what to expect from a car dealership since we rarely change cars; however, this transaction was easier than upgrading a phone. That said, if anything turns out odd about our car, I hope their post sales customer service will be similar to Nordstrom’s! Great job Burlingame Fiat!

This was so easy! We were looking for a 3^rd car that my husband would drive to and from work and was ELECTRIC. Fiats are darling and we thought it would be a fun car to cruise around in. We wandered in on an afternoon and were greeted by Hendrik Nursalim. He showed us our options, took my husband for a test drive and sealed the deal. He was so easy to work with. He didn’t try any bait and switch or upsell (which we both HATE). He was incredibly respectful and so helpful. It really was an easy process.

I absolutely loved my experience here. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by James. He was very knowledgable and showed me all of the options for the fiat 500. He wasn’t pushy at all and was honest about the price. I shopped around but ended up returning and buying the car from this dealership. James took me very seriously and gave me the best price I can ask for!
Don’t even waste your time looking at other dealerships, especially the fiat of sf. This is a one stop shop! I highly recommend and love my brand new red fiat! It’s perfect for my petite size (and even for 6’0 guys) and I love showing it off to my friends!

This review is long over due. I’ve been going to Fiat of Burlingame for almost a year now and think that not only the service is exceptional but the people are as well. These guys really, I mean really go above and beyond to make sure that my baby fiat is well taken care of. They follow up with their calls, with maintenance and overall experience. Although I did not purchase my Fiat here, I found that out of all the bay area’s Fiat services, this one is the best. I’ve had some pretty crummy experiences with the Fiat auto services in SF and SJ.
The general feel and atomosphere is definitely good and of real quality. I really feel that 4 out of the 4 times that I have visited this place, whether it be for oil changes, maintenance or just quick check ups, the service is quick and professional. It’s straight forward and staff are professional. I highly recommend that if you have a Fiat or any Putnam car to get the services here. Prices are reasonable too if you subscribe to the Fiat mailing list and get occassional coupons. I find that calling ahead of time and making an appointment is best but they do take service walk-​ins.

Just leased my gorgeous little 500e! Such a beautiful little car. Perfect as my family car: the girls LoVE it .
Overall, I had a great experience. James was great. Very easy to deal with. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Made the whole process a breeze! I highly recommend him.

This is my first time car shopping and I could not have had the best first time! Hendricks was so amazing, nice, and patient. He is the best car specialist ever! I came today with my boyfriend to look at the fiat 500e. I commute from south city to San Jose and paying for gas was killing me! I had to find a better alternative! So I started looking into leasing an electric car. I’ll be honest– I wanted the honda fit ev but they’re impossible to get. So my boyfriend told me I have to think of another car cause finding one before august when school starts again isn’t reasonable. In comes the fiat 500e. I could not have been happier with my decision. It’s so cute and I love the ability to control the car with the mobile app!
Now, my boyfriend has been to many dealerships before and said that Hendricks is amazing– the BEST he has ever dealt with because I was telling him that it was so easy and no pressure and he has set my bar for when I deal with dealerships now. Boyfriend agrees– Hendricks has set the bar HIGH.
Mike from the finance side was amazing too. He made me feel so young– kept calling us «kids». He even gave me a teacher discount on his own.
Hendricks and mike are an amazing team and I seriously could not be more ecstatic about the lease.
