KFC

Either they give you less than 20 wings or they make you wait a crazy amount of time to get your wings.
Today they were supposed to open at 11am but I ended up leaving at 11:15am because they STILL weren’t open.

The worst service ever here! They made me wait over 10 mins for my honey BBQ wings & when I looked at my food it was just regular hot wings so they made me wait another 10 mins! They also forgot my mac & cheese so when I told them they only gave me a half scoop of mac & cheese! This place is terrible!

Holy crap this place is NASTY!!!
Tables, floors and a couple employees too, no employee gives a crap about the orders, only helpful person in the place today was the only Asian guy working, African American guy to busy on his phonefor the last 15 minutes of his shift, I guess it was time to go home…

Every time I go to this Kentucky Fried Chicken they never have chicken ready to go. Today I ordered a 20 piece Honey Bbq Wings in the drive thru they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I waited 15 minutes before I had to go inside and get my order. This is the worst KFC ever!!!

The service alone made me want to give it five stars. But I had to dock one because it’s a fast food chain, right? Anyway, we picked up a bucket of chicken and some sides while we were moving recently. Food was fine. It’s fast food fried chicken. Pretty straight forward. Although, we were genuinely charmed by the two friendly and helpful gentlemen working the counter. So charming those two!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service both times I’ve been here has been awful. Very rude employees in the drive-​through. The macaroni and cheese is tasteless and mushy. The popcorn chicken was decent, nothing spectacular. The first time the employee didn’t bother to ask if I wanted dipping sauce, just put in a honey mustard. The second time, I wasn’t asked about sauce and there wasn’t one included at all. So both times I’ve had to eat dry popcorn chicken. The only positive was the service was fast.

Let me say this… You should have more than 2 people working the lunch rush on a Sunday. We entered the lobby of this location and the trash container was over filled. The floor was sticky and the carpets were damp (as if someone had spilled soda). We ordered our meals (that was the easiest part of the visit) and then found a table. Most of them had not been cleaned, so we cleaned our own.
I used the bathroom and to my surprise there was a box on the toilet paper dispenser. I wish I were joking when I said this, It was a USED DOUCHE. Yes, I even took a photo and promptly took it to the counter to let them know they needed to clean the women’s bathroom. That NEVER happened in the almost hour we were there. It took about 20 minutes to get our food and there were others who came in after us, however received their food before us. The Soda machine was out of carbonation and it was never fixed while we were there.
The best part of the visit was, Once we got our food, it was HOT and Delicious.
Overall…Dirty Lobby, Not enough Staff, no emergency in cleaning anything… Food (NOT Fast) but definitely good.

the past four to five times I have been here for a burger I am tolkd that they are out. I don’t know how you can be out of food that many times. I will never return.

Stopped by last night (11/​18/​2014) at 9:25PM to get A&W, they told me they were out of burgers, so I ordered another A&W menu item, and they said they were out of everything A&W, only KFC menu items.
I got the idea they started cleaning way early and only had KFC chicken in the warmers.
If you are open til 10PM, then you need to serve til 10PM. (or at least like 9:55PM)

I will never return to this Kfc! I still don’t know why I returned after the first time. BUT I am tired of ALWAYS getting my food wrong. Always missing a few biscuits or chicken and their food is dry. No where near fresh! The employees are not wearing appropriate shoes. One of the guys was wearing gray Jordan’s which are super slippery which made him walk really REALLY slow. While I was waiting for them to correct my order (after 15 minutes of waiting for them to pay attention to me) I saw 2 other customers complain about wrong orders. THIS PLACE IS BEING RAN BY A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!

After waiting 10+ minutes in the parking lot for my drive through order, I went inside to see WTF was going on. The restaurant reeked of weed, two employees were chowing down and my order hadn’t even been started!?! Double WTF!?! You don’t want to work there? Leave! I agree with other reviews… Keep driving!!!

Worst KFC ever I’m not sure why this KFC is messed up but they can’t get a order right and the staff is just rude. I ordered white meat and you get dark. Not sure why it’s so hard.

Ordered a double cheeseburger via drive thru, and received a single patty with only ketchup and mustard. Seriously wtf?! When the «restaurant» is totally empty, is it really that hard to get my order right? Clearly the employees didn’t care, because this was such a blatant disregard for accuracy. What I received was way worse than the crappy fast food burger that I was already expecting.

If you order in the drive through, you’ll end up waiting in the parking lot. If you order inside, you’ll just end up waiting. This type of food makes all of it’s merit on being convenient and quick. Hence the term ‘fast food’. After trying this place some time ago and vowing not to return, I made the mistake of letting someone talk me into giving it another try. I certainly wouldn’t eat here for my health, so it should have some other redeeming quality. Sadly, this is not the case. I worked for KFC in my youth (not this one) and this one does not hold to anything resembling corporate standards. I’m never going near this place again, and I highly suggest you don’t either.

I have visited this place about 4 times and every single time they either run out of the grilled chicken and/​or they get my order completely wrong. I have never left this place satisfied and have learned my lesson to double check my order before I drive off from now on. The employees have no customer service skills, nor any common sense in terms of preparing more food if they can clearly see they are running low on a particular food/​item. Every four visits have been nothing but frustrating for my family and I and I wish the owner would either take the time to re-​train or hire staff that actually knows and understands how to work in a fast food environment and, most importantly, with customers.
Negatives:
* Food order is never correct
* They are out of the food I want and the wait time is 10+ minutes so I have to pull over and wait or I can cancel my order altogether
* Order takers are careless, rude and never say «thank you»
* Service sucks — employees do look like they are annoyed with customers and that they do not want to be there
Positives:
* Convenient location
* When food is available and is served, it tastes the same as other KFC restaurants
* Prices are the same as other KFC restaurants

I don’t know why I keep going to this place for KFC chicken other than its in a convenient spot… Everytime I go there something ends up happening whether it is they got my order wrong or didn’t give the full order.
Just recently they had a trainee or something on the mic because she didn’t even understand what I wanted to order. The trainee kept cutting me off with the total when I’m trying to order for the family. Then all of a sudden her voice changed to a man finishing my order so you could tell something was wrong. Luckily for me they got my order right even though they had to substitute for different parts of meat.
This place is starting to feel more and more ghetto feeling lately and from now on I’m driving a little extra to go somewhere else.

The consistencies of chain-​store fast food. It almost always tastes and quality is the same — pretty good. KFC chicken seems I be very consistent. It’s just when it’s comes out hot box is not always fresh. The hot wings or honey bbq wings seems to succumb to this faith. If this particular branch fixes this then I’d buy mor chikin! The A & W that’s paired is utter fail — I’d just give up on that chain. Pair an In and Out — that would be awesome chicken and burgers!

I didn’t know KFC can be done wrong, but this place did just that. Beyond horrible customer service and always «forgetting» an item or two. Not just on one visit but all three visits! — Coincident? I rather not test this again.

This is a perfectly normal KFC and A&W so if you like that sort of thing then you will be happy. It is clean and looks pretty new.
The new griledl chicken is pretty gross, IMHO. Also, a 3 piece meal that comes with 3 small, yet fatty pieces and 2 inedible sides is more than an entire roasted chicken at Costco. I think that the Costco chicken is much better, too. My son had a cheeseburger that he loved, but he is 9 and easily pleased. The fries were very good, however. The root beer floats were a bit pathetic, really. Good, but only a small scoop of ice cream. Really, we should have gone to one of the excellent local, family owned restaurants but I was suckered in by the free floats. YMMV, but I just don’t like this food any more. The meal was $ 14 and something. For the same money I could have bought a whole, roasted (and yummy) chicken at Costco, a half gallon of Breyers vanilla, and a 12 pack of A&W.
