Love Starbucks and I normally don’t write bad reviews but here it goes. I have travelled to many cities for work and visited many Starbucks. Never have I need to a Starbucks that takes forever to get a drink. The average wait time is 15 minutes. I’ve actually timed it. It’s a shame.

Every time I’ve made the mistake of coming to this Starbucks location, I tell myself to never do it again. Ever. But then months go by, and I think«it’s closer to our house than the other one, and they can’t possibly still be so slow and disorganized.» Yes. They. Can. I could have driven to the one that’s further away and back twice in the amount of time it took to order and receive a single drink. Arggghh!

I don’t usually go to this location but it was on my way today so I order over the app and picked it up in the store. When I first got there it wasn’t even ready and it was after the specified time. Secondly, I asked the barista about how long it would be, as I had somewhere to b, e and she rudely answered me then proceeded to move slower. When she finally put my latte on the counter it was overflowing with foam. It was covering the lid and dripping down the side of the cup and she made no effort to help or even apologize. I got 2 muffins and I had asked for them warmed up and both were cold on the inside. In conclusion I will never be going back to this location.

Every time I go here to get a latte they put so much foam in there there’s hardly any coffee I have talked to them about it I give up so I will never go to this Starbucks again you pay so much and get very little here they are very nice here but baristas need to be retrained

I agree with the Unilocalers on the morning crew. They are the best. As far as slow service, I disagree big time. You wanna see slow service, I dare you to go to the one on San Fernando by Sprouts in Burbank. I don’t know why this location is even open. I waited in line for 45 mins for a doppio espresso, my usual. I then tried to order through the app. I ordered through the app 15 mins before arrival, went inside, waited for another 15 mins, then noticed that my ticket was printed with my name on it still sitting in the printer. After I told the barista that my ticket has been printed out for about 30 mins, then he apologized and made my espresso. May I ad I’ve been to this location 3 times and all three times was a big let down. Love the Glenoaks and Keeler location. I do not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Felt compelled to review a starbucks… HORRENDOUS customer service by Suzane. Ignores customer, and is very rude to not only me but to others as well. Never coming to this store again. I can’t believe Starbucks eould hire such a person as a barista.

Review on starbucks seems kind of weird since i doubt many people will be looking to Unilocal to find a starbucks but i just love this morning crew!!! They truly seem to love working together, recommend without it feeling like a sales pitch… great feeling to walk into! Great job morning crew :)

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times, and it is always a sub-par experience. But last night around 7pm was the worst. First, I was SHOCKED to see one of the employees walking all across the counter while she took inventory of the bagged coffee that was on high shelves. Her dirty shoes were contaminating the same surface where food & drinks are prepared! Disgusting! THEN, the barista who was preparing my drink was rude & strangely condescending as she questioned my drink choice and made a disapproving face, then walked away with a shrug. I would rather drive 10 miles out of my way to another Starbucks than purchase any food or drink at this location. YUCK!!!

I’m back here years later and honestly it’s not much better. Firstly, they should probably have a third person expediting the line during treat receipt hour. Secondly, their new manager is worse than the last one. She never smiles, doesn’t know her drinks, and is very argumentative. I wanted two separate transactions for my two star points and she was trying to tell me that if I spent 10 dollars on one transaction I could get four points. I told her my drinks weren’t going to add up to ten dollars and preferred two transactions. After trying to convince me again and again I asked if she could please just do separate transactions. I understand they’re supposed to try and upsell but not at a time when customers are constantly flowing in. I wonder sometimes how these baristas become managers. This is not setting a good example for your employees. When a customer says no, it means no.

This location, even thought it’s so close to me, is not my favorite. It’s always busy and there’s always a line. There’s 2 registers but only one cashier every single time I’ve gone in. Especially during the morning rush. I’ve waited in line 10 mins before, that’s ridiculous The drinks come out pretty quick tho so I will give the baristas 5 stars just for that and the store is kept pretty clean. Just open both registers next time, geez

It’s not cool to laugh about your customers right in front them. So I’m a Starbucks regular, and I’ll admit that I’m hooked on racking up those gold stars. My brother and I were driving back up north and we were both thirsty /we had run out of water. He NEVER goes to Starbucks, but I figured I’d use my app and we wouldn’t have to use any more cash. Being a super hot day, we ordered 1 venti black tea lemonade, 1 cup of ice, and 1 cup of water while standing in line. Slightly quirky, but this is Starbucks and I’m certain they’ve had orders 100x crazier. When I reach the register, I’m asked to verify that I got 4 drinks. What? No. The young man taking the orders clarifies that I have a drink(he looks at me bc he forgets what it is maybe???) and 2 ice waters. I clarify that it is 1 cup of ice, and 1 cup of water. 4 drinks? No. Somehow, someone else’s drink got thrown onto my tab/order/whatever. This was easy enough to clear up, and I go wait for my drink. Eventually, my tea shows up. We wait around to get someone’s attention for the ice & water, and they had cancelled it because they thought we didn’t want it. How did this many confusions occur within such a tiny area? So the guy asks again if we want two ice water and we clarify, yet again. At this point, he heads back to joke with the young lady at the register about us. Super unprofessional, just give us the water, dude.

I know Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. This is just another Starbucks, but I kind of like this location. It is close to my home; it is clean and tidy; parking is usually easy. Plus, they have not screwed up my order yet. Everyone I’ve ever been interacted with is friendly and courteous.

GRRRR!!! i will not EVER go to this location, again! i ordered a Caramel Mocha Frap– after 20 minutes(in store) — i got an iced coffee with whipped cream… then, he gave me a cup with a top that didn’t close, just telling me to «be careful, the top won’t close– idk» it spilled ALL over the passenger seat and carpet and when i placed it on my trunk to close the trunk– into my trunk. i ordered an egg and cheese(because i’m vegetarian) and got a turkey bacon sandwich. this was seriously THE worst experience i’ve ever had at Starbucks. i have a Coffee Bean & Tea Lead nearby, also– now i’m more than willing to make the drive.

If you want to be late to work, come here. I’ve walked in and out(and have seen many other people do so too) because of the line. Slowest Starbucks ever. The employees are really nice, may just need to speed it up or hire more or something. The drive thru Starbucks on San Fernando gets slammed but I still manage to be in and out in a decent amount of time. As for drinks(of course they’re good, they have loads and loads of sugar in them!), I used to get all of their sugary super sweet lattes and teas but after changing my nutrition and becoming aware, I’ve realized how extremely bad it is to consume that much sugar in one drink. Just regular coffee for me please.

I love this Starbucks the staff is so funny and friendly I always like to come in when I know Amy is working. She is so funny and I love how nice she can be knowing what I like and having my Order ready! That’s great customer service. I’ll be coming back time and time again :)

Had coffee with a friend last weekend. As we sat there several of the employees were in the back laughing and carrying on. Some even using foul language,(not once but twice, playing around constantly) This is a place of business, NOT your park to mess around in. I won’t be back to this facility. I’ll stick to the other Starbucks. seating is horrible, nobody was drinking coffee but were certainly on the free WiFi! Nobody was in line and the girl didn’t even acknowledge me. I’ve never experienced this at other Starbucks! Terrible,
