I go here because it’s literally within walking distance from the job. It’s always pretty hit or miss when it comes to speed of service. I understand when there are a lot of customers there’s going to be a wait. What I don’t understand is the lack of a sense of urgency from the baristas preparing the drinks. The drinks aren’t hard to make and I know that from being a former barista, so it’s easy for me to tell written someone is lagging it or when someone is hustling. In the mornings the majority of your drinks are gonna be the bar drinks (hot) so you put the person who can bang them out efficiently and most accurately in that position. It doesn’t give the customer a great impression when the barista moves with all the urgency of constipation and looks as equally underwhelmed to be doing it. Energy is EVERYTHING. Not only does it make the baristas more energetic and engaging, it makes it to where the customers aren’t clocking the wait time as hard.

Bad experience last night, bought coffee with 2 gift cards, sale went fine and was handed a receipt. I still had my 2 used gift cards but I wasn’t sure which one still had a balance. I asked the lady at the counter to check the balance on my card and said «it’s written on your receipt, I asked her again to scan it but she refused and insists its on my receipt… Frustrated I said «fine if you don’t want to!» How many seconds does it take to scan a card? I know it took me a few seconds to say this lady provided bad customer service!

it is a great location. In the mornings it’s great to drive hear and pick up coffee quickly. Honestly it’s kind of a hassle when schools let out between 2:30 — 3:30 then lines are pretty long. If they were on top of there mobile orders then it would be my favorite starbucks to go to. The staff is pretty great though :)

My gf and I stopped in to have a Starbucks doubleshot, first they take at least 10 minutes to come out. From a baristas standpoint (I use to be one) are easy drinks to make. It Should have not taken that long. We get our drinks, only to find out that it’s missing what my gf asked for. We go on and taste them, it tastes terrible. But, the barista kindly remade it into an iced vanilla latte as my gf asked. Which, honestly tasted even worse. We then stood in for like 8 minutes to get a refund.
Maybe just a bad shift for those guys– but was a bad experience from beginning to end.

Nice employees and they make my macchiato to perfection every time. But don’t come here if you’re in a rush to get to work and don’t have much time or don’t order off your Starbucks app. Seems like they’re usually under staffed in the mornings and the baristas move super slow.

This location is next to the 24 hour fitness I frequent and not too far from Costco. Its a nice place to hit right after the gym or to meet friends. The have ample indoor and outdoor seating. The Wells Fargo ATM is just outside which is nice if you want cash. The baristas are very friendly and patient. I know other people have complained about the parking but there is a huge lot around the area. You may not get rock star parking that opens onto their door but there is plenty of easily accessible parking to the left and right of the coffee shop. We could all use a little walk (less than a block).

It’s like going over to Satan’s house for a cup of coffee. First of all, in order to buy one of their overpriced coffees you must sell your kidney. Well you might as well since this coffee literally damages your kidneys and basically kills you. Pumped with a bunch of sweeteners, preservatives and genetically modified coffee that is BURNT and CARCINOGENIC can really harm your body in so many ways. Starbucks is like the McDonald’s of coffee shops. They are everywhere and they are bad for your health. You want good coffee, go to a mom and pops coffee shop or a place where they actually serve you good quality coffee made by a well trained barista.

Flawless experience!
I ordered a coffee frap from the target parking lot in the same plaza. The order was ready when I got there less than 2 minutes later! They greeted me, remembered my name from months ago. CJ has superb customer service skills. Starbucks is Starbucks because of employees like CJ. Thank you for making my good day even better!

Came here while I was waiting for my son to finish up his event nearby. Place was open late which is convenient. Other coffee places in the area closed an hour earlier.
Good work space and the powermat charging tables are sooo convenient for those who don’t carry their power cords with them everywhere you go.
Staff were somewhat rude at the end of the night. I know many places will let customers sit and enjoy their beverages and food after the closing time. Not here. Got the 10 minute warning while staff were sweeping and mopping the floors. Then at 11 on the dot, the same gal stood holding the door open and started saying good night to everyone.
Whatever! Keep on Unilocal’n!

This Starbucks is in a great little complex. If you luck out there’s 30 minute parking right outside. What separates this from other Starbucks is the plentiful seating. That being said it’s also why I didn’t give it 5 stars, it’s pretty messy in here. There’s a lot of garbage left over and there are SO many seats it looks a bit like a messy school cafeteria, or the social zone in an insane asylum. There’s a woman in here wearing this eye gear I guess to help her see her computer screen, it looks like two telescopes on her face. So that’s a plus. There’s «bar» seating right in front of where they serve your beverage; this is great if you’re so impatient you can’t wait a single second more, or if you like to stare down the employees as they make your mocha to assure your dominance over the situation.

Those of us who love Starbucks already know that the service is what truly defines our experience if the coffee is made to perfection. Today every staff member greeted me with warmth and thoughtfulness. I was smiling from the moment I began ordering until I received my drink. My drink was so beautiful! It just surprised me that so much care was taken in preparing my drink. I left feeling grateful and impressed! Thank you all! And Chris, the drink tastes as good as it looked! You are awesome!

I stopped in for a quick cup of coffee as I got out of the airport. It was conveniently located near the airport outside of the car rental area.
I found parking pretty easy and the line was not too long. I stepped inside the store and ordered a flat white espresso drink.

This Starbucks is so convenient when I am shopping at the Empire Center Shopping complex. It is tucked way in the back. Parking at times can be challenging, but there are a lot of spots in the lot. They have a lot of tables out front and even umbrellas so you don’t bake in the Valley sun. It is a good sized store with lots of table seating; they even have a little breakfast bar near the pickup area. The Barista’s are friendly and good at what they do.

This is my favorite Starbucks for the friendly staff and comfort of sitting and staying for a while. Have been frequenting for a couple of yrs now and some of the same people still work here. However, the dark roast coffee frequently doesn’t seem to made as strong and flavorful as some of the other Starbucks. Not sure why. Anyway, it’s still nice to see friendly faces. And it’s very close to BevMo!
