Starbucks

So sad they don’t accept any coupons from Starbucks!!! Franchise Smanchise. Not only that (this is what I experienced), they don’t open on time.

This is the newly redesigned Starbucks in the Burbank Center and it’s been a long time coming. They’ve extended the seating area out into lobby of the building giving an open inviting feel. The good service and the baristas are much better than the cranky, rude ones that used to be there.

The old Starbucks that moved out two years ago has now been replaced by a Starbucks licensed Disney Starbucks. Recently opened this place is still a work in progress as they continue to train their baristas on the Starbucks standards.
One thing to be aware of is this location does not allow you to redeem Starbucks freebies as it’s not a corporate Starbucks store however you can use you gift cards here, but be aware that if want to redeem for stars it will take about twelve hours before it registers on your app.
It’s a nice addition to the building as the closest Starbucks was two blocks away and also it’s open until 5pm so appropriate for those looking for a jolt in the late afternoon.

Clean place. Fast service. Prices can be about $ 1.00 cheaper. It’s all about respect. You walk in they greet you with respect.

This starbucks WAS in the building where I work — however they are now CLOSED (they’re supposedly putting another place in there to help us get our caffeine fixes lol).
Service was always spotty, but the coffee was good. as were the snacks.
Again — this location is CLOSED NOW.

From what I have heard, this location will close on 1÷25÷2013!

The worst Starbucks in Burbank and too bad it’s in the Disney Building’s lobby.
Worst service ever! Why are the employees so rude??? I visited this Starbucks location on a number of occasions when visiting a friend that works at Disney for Starbucks and every time is a BAD experience. The women who work there look at you like you have some sort of problem just because you ask them for a specific drink you like… as if I’m the one with the problem! Excuse me for wanting a drink made without all the junk!
A few times they didn’t have what I wanted in stock or were suddenly out of ice? Weird, how does a Starbucks run out of ice? That’s fine if you are, but don’t be rude on top of that! I tried asking nicely if there was something they could do for the inconvenience, and all she said was «no sorry, you can get a hot drink instead.» Ummm… I don’t drink hot drinks.
Whatever the case may be, these ladies are rude and careless about their jobs clearly. There’s a Starbucks right around the corner on Pass Ave. by Vons in that other shopping center, way better service! People there actually smile and treat you well! Geessss people…

Favorite Starbucks location! I’m a regular here. Conveniently located inside the Disney channel tower buildings across from Radio Disney. Great spot if you need a quick coffee break.

Great Starbucks, in the building near work. Quite the pre-​9am crowd but the staff are friendly and quick. Not much seating indoors– small seating area crowded into by the order placing line, and the standard hard wooden tables and seats along the walkway to the pickup area. Plus– glass windows so you can see who’s in there, or your boss coming in.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s located inside the Disney building across the street from my work. The first time I visited around noon, there was no one there. This morning when I went, it was packed. The line was out the door and I had ten minutes to be across the street for work. I clenched my teeth and got in line, assuming I would just be late once again because I had to have my coffee.
I was wrong. They had two registers going and the ladies working were so on top of the orders, I was at work on time. I had probably 7 people ahead of me and it moved incredibly quickly.
My go-​to Starbucks… now if only EVERY Starbucks could be this with it. Maybe it’s because it is INSIDE the Disney building that they have to get it together, but they really know how to get the line moving and ensure everyone is satisfied.
