Can you please start making more bread bowls? It’s just too bad every time I come here I can’t get soup in a bread bowl. I feel like if you run out every night by 6 p.m., you should probably make more.

You can never go wrong w Panera and this one is no exception. Very pleasant service. Just know that this location is in the mall, by the AMC and Buffalo. It’s not on the street.

I had ordered the turkey bacon bravo to go and I was completely disappointed to see absolutely no turkey in it at all. Literally just bread, bacon and cheese.

I just wanted a Pepsi. I am taking the time to write a review just to say your customer service lacks. I don’t care if it’s full or empty your service should be respectful and efficient. The Miguel behind the counter was rude to my aunt and when the cashier in front of me took off and left waiting for awhile the same gentlemen opened a register to help the people behind me without asking if I’d been helped, so here’s my advise: try harder.

Man I don’t trust there calorie menu. I know it’s prolly true but I feel like they are using artificial flavor that are bad for you. I don’t feel the food is fresh but it’s still good. I wouldn’t eat here is you are dieting.

I’m very happy to see that a Panera Bread has opened up a mile away from me. As usual, the food is great, like any other Panera Bread. Service is more then attentive, and place is nice and quiet. I will be returning here to enjoy the rest of their menu, and free WiFi

I’m honestly shocked this location has 4 ½ stars. All that you read in the reviews about service is TRUE. Its horrible! I come in every now and than because its convenient, and I do enjoy the Broccoli Cheddar soup. However the customer service needs major fixing, starting with management. One manager in particular is extremly rude, she took my order & never smiled/never thanked me. Meanwhile she’s all giggles & smiles goofing off with the employees. Not a very good impression, I’d cut her some slack if it was a one time thing but I’ve had several bad experiences. I want to love this place but you guys make it so hard for me! Lol bummer..

I’m giving this place 2 stars simply because the food is delicious, but the service at this particular Panera Bread is awful and deserves 0 stars. I’m a regular there(because of the delicious food) but they are almost ALWAYS out of bagels by 3pm and sometimes the bread completely. They should drop ‘bread’ from their name for how infrequently they order a correct amount for their demand if they’re running out of it halfway through their open hours. They’ve also given me a hard time for sitting outside during their open hours before at their tables because their chairs were turned upside on the tables(they were starting to close an hour early) and I took two down to sit and eat. If they’re open, I don’t see why I can’t sit there because a chair is upside down. Another time a friend was told they were out of baguettes that usually come with the meals and he pointed out that there was a full loaf sitting behind the counter and they said they couldn’t give it to him. Too many lazy or straight up rude workers here.

Coming from the land of Panera/St. Louis Bread, I was initially hesitant to eat anything at this place since in the past I had a bad bowel issue from eating a orange scone that my mom bought for me. But, my yarn club meets here. I was feeling sleepy & needed some sugar & caffeine STAT. Before deciding on the cinnamon crunch bagel, I had to go over the ingredients to make sure that it was Kat Compatible. Indeed it was. The bagel was delish! And my bowels weren’t irritated. The location is nice, & parking was plentiful.

Looove their hazelnut roast coffee. Nice to come here sometimes in the mornings. Cinnamon coffee cake looks much better than it tastes. Next time I’ll try something else. Edit: cinnamon scone is pretty good. Cookies are mostly dry.

Panera is generally one of my favorite places. However, this one both times has had a depressing atmosphere. The second time I came, the place smelt like sewage, which I reported to management who said they would check on it. Service is friendly. Food is okay.

Slow service but given its in front of theaters it will do. Never come here in a rush. If it’s late it’s normally dirty and scattered. Only half the menu is available and you must be ready to be flexible to accept substitutions. I was told they were out of something when they weren’t. But ended up Being out of the sides and type of bread for my dinner. Big restaurant plenty of seats but service to be desired.

This place is amazing, but only this one. Everybody knows Panera food is overpriced for the quality. But the staff here make it worth while. Sheena and czarina make my day everyday with a warm welcome and perfectly made sandwiches. The bakery is pretty good and always fresh. Zachary is another staff member to look out for :) But seriously all of the staff are amazing. Also try the lemonade. It may be the best thing on the menu.

Gotta be honest, I came here just to get my freebie from my birthday. The place is very clean and although I came late at night they were very friendly and greeted me when I came in. I gave my card to the cashier and she had trouble finding my card number and gift. I didn’t mind it just took a while to get. After inputting many numbers another lady came in and did it almost instantly. Which is good that I finally got my free desert :) The pastry was yummy as usual. This is not my panera location of choice but I had decent service and if I am ever in the area I’ll probably pass but getting a cookie.

I come here often because my dad loves their pecan rolls… we stop in to peruse the bakery(I usually resist) and he indulges. We’ve had pleasant lunches and dinners of their soups, salads and sandwiches. Fresh, tasty, reasonable, and we use their Panera Club card to get points toward future purchases. It’s directly next to a Pinkberry and across from the AMC16 theaters in beautiful downtown Burbank. Plentiful seating, comfortable lighting and homey décor. Restrooms in the back are generally clean and well-stocked. I’ve never seen unsavory characters here until yesterday(see photo). Management should be on top of people sleeping under their hoodies in their establishment. One star off for that! There are families and senior citizens that dine here!

I don’t think I will come back for lunch. Coffee and pastries, yes. I’m not crazy about their super small portions. I ordered a tuna sandwich with chips and I got a small sandwich with a kids sized bag if chips. They added a ¼ slice if a pickle cut lengthwise. On all I was still very hungry afterwards. Not worth the money. Not the most exciting lunch experience. As for the pros: Great people working there Good selection of pastries Strong wifi(free) Lots of open tables for lunch.
